This is a fantastic hotel. Very helpful and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean room. The location is good along the highway. Pool is clean and breakfast buffet is so tasty. Will be coming back as price is so affordable.

Our stay at Summit Ridge Hotel was wonderful. The hotel is very nice, the service is excellent, and the staff are warm, respectful, and accommodating especially to elderly guests and PWDs. We truly felt well taken care of and wish we could have stayed longer and availed discounts â€ïž

I rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didnât say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we werenât able to try most of the restaurantâs menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels weâve stayed at. đ We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. Weâll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Seda Manila Bay. The hotel is well-maintained, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were polite, professional, and accommodating, which made our stay pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities met our expectations. We also appreciated the overall ambiance of the hotel, which is great for both relaxation and short getaways. Thank you to the team for making our stay enjoyable. We would still consider staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating from the moment I arrived. They made everything easy and comfortable. What impressed me most was how willingly they assisted with a special request. I needed to interview the Food & Beverage Supervisor, and the staff quickly helped arrange it. The interview went smoothly, thanks to their support and coordination. The F&B Supervisor was kind and informative, and the overall experience was better than expected. The staffâs warm attitude and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.

We had a great stay at Hortz in Tagaytay. The staff were very accommodating and even let us switch to one of their new Japandi rooms, which was spacious, nicely designed, and had new appliances. It fit our group of six comfortably (though the extra foldable beds werenât the comfiest). The place is accessible, with its own cafĂ©, restaurant, and souvenir shop. Only downside was the shower heater and water pressure, but overall, service and experience were really good. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Very Accommodating plus the view was also nice. We had a great experience for this staycation. We just want to add some suggestion for a much great experience for others: Just add some kitchenware like bowls, knife, etc. For bathroom, a bucket will be helpful and lastly, disposable slippers. Hope these suggestion will be helpful.
