"The room was nice and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very accessible. My only concern is they clean the room on the 2nd night even though we don't request it. We are shocked when we are back in the room 😂.We really appreciate the initiative but we hope next time, ask permission first. And for the pool, it's too cold. Hoping next time you will have a heated pool 😊

GGuest UserWe had a great stay at the hotel. Hindi namin inexpect that inside, the interior was really good. The staff are approachable naman and nice but sadly, when I requested sa reception for the shower heater to be checked, the operator said, he'll come pero walang pumunta sa room namin to check and address our concern. The food was okay, masarap din. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I just hope sa shower magawan nila ng paraan kaso baka dahil malamig lng tlaga during that time kasi december. Thank you fynn botique hotel. We look forward coming back. God bless!

KKamotedaexplorerThe hotel was beautiful. The room we got was spacious for a family of 3. It had a wonderful view, where the location was truly remarkable. It showcased the possibility of wanting to live there. The pool too was well planned that you'd be swimming with mountain on view.

EElaiza Belle TanCelebrated my pre bday celebration with my sisters and my child, and despite the stormy weather plus feeling under the weather, we had memorable experience. Loved how smooth the check in and check out process was. The only downside was there are only two elevators in the building, and during that time, one of the elevator wasn't working. Nevertheless, it didn't affect our entire stay. The location was also nearby for food deliveries.

DDMerylCONTAINERS-is conveniently located across from SVD Starbucks - with view of Taal Lake. It’s really an Eco friendly- green environment made with all different kinds of organic materials- from outside to inside. Local artists- including owners work ,decorate the space. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Nice bathroom. Japanese Restaurant on site is delicious. Air conditioning in rooms is ok - but a little noisy. Needs some air freshener in room- smells a bit musty.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our staff at the hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff were polite and helpful and the entire resort was safe and secure. Some of the amenities can be improved like the door locks and the wi-fi in the rooms, but generally the staff responded to these matters immediately. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Will return again soon.

MMatt EllazarEverything is good. One ride from SM Bacoor, tatawid ka lang. Didn't expect that they got their own Netflix account free to be used unlike sa Iba na ikaw ang need mag login. Other things were working fine. It's just the bathroom shower Lang sa room namin, di buo ung water na nalabas. Nasa isang side lang sya. But still working Kaya walang problema samin. Didn't expect din Na malakinang standard room. Babalik kami dito. 💓

BBudbirdjourneyThe location of the hotel is excellent. Basically, you can take the bus to Olivarez and get off and walk to the hotel. There is a mall across the road. There are also supermarkets and restaurants in the mall, which is very convenient.
In terms of transportation, if you are a self-driving person, the hotel provides parking spaces, but there are not many. We are backpackers and do not drive, but there is a Tricycle gathering next to the Mall opposite, which makes it easy to get in and out. You can also ask the hotel staff to ask Tricycle to pick you up at the door. If you want to return to Manila from Tagaytay, you can basically stop the bus at the door.
The hotel staff are very nice, neatly dressed, smiling and polite.
The room is small but tidy. Towels are provided, but there are no hair dryers and cups. The hotel is designed with environmental protection and sustainable development in mind. Toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers must be obtained from the staff. (Of course it is best to bring your own) There is no hot water boiler in the room, but you can refill it freely in the public space. Every corner of the room has environmentally friendly designs, which I really appreciate.
There is a cafe on the roof with a nice view, but there will be people singing loudly at night until at least 11pm. You can hear it in the room, it's a bit noisy. We all fell asleep singing.

66029****Initially, we were given a bunk bed room on the basement level, which my family wasn't very fond of. We requested the manager to switch us to a twin room on the second floor, and they added an extra small bed. The room was cleaned daily, so the basic service was okay. We tried the breakfast once at 550 PHP per person, but it was quite ordinary, so we didn't bother with it on subsequent days. The pool facilities are relatively new. Massages cost 500-600 PHP per hour, which is half or even less than half the price you'd pay for similar services in Manila, definitely worth trying. If you turn right out of the hotel parking lot and walk about 150 meters to the main road, then turn left and walk another ~1500 meters, you'll find a scenic Starbucks (see picture, the queue was too long during the holidays). If you turn left out of the hotel parking lot, after 150 meters at the T-junction, there's a market with several fast-food restaurants (McDonald's, KFC, Greenwich Pizza) and a supermarket selling fruits and vegetables. It's noticeable that the main building, including room facilities, is a bit dated. The shower in the bathroom uses an electric water heater, and the temperature was only about 35 degrees Celsius (not hot enough), and the shower floor isn't sloped enough, causing water to accumulate. However, for a small town, the value for money at a hotel with this service standard is quite good.
