"Hello, I would like to commend on how alta d' tagaytay handled our entire vacation. We stayed there for three days and 2 nights and I could really say that their service is superb, high class and you are really going to get the value of service that you have paid for. From their very accommodating frontdesk to the food servers and housekeeping staff. They keep on greeting every guest with a smile like it's always their first time to see us everyday. Their shuttle is also one call away and very fast, not to mention their drivers that are also very polite and knowledgeable. They even provide an instruction regarding the floors of the amenities and restaurants within the building. As for the restaurants, they have a variety of food that you can choose from. Their breakfast buffet is also magnificent and if I am going to rate the food that we have tasted , I would give it a 10/10 Regarding our room, we had a very relaxing experience. Upon opening the door, you will be welcomed by the classy cleanliness and smell of the air freshener. Make up room requests are also fast accommodated by housekeeping but the most important part that has caught our attention was the complimentary birthday cakes that were provided by the hotel to our 2 daughters. That makes it more magical. Lastly, the pool is very accessible right beside La Cresta restaurant and they even have a lifeguard to look after your kids if ever. The Jacuzzi has just the right amount of warmness. They even provide laundry bags for your wet clothes (not all hotels provide that) even some of the highest rated ones. Overall, the view, the staff, the service, amenities and superb all around experience is enough to say that we would definitely return to this hotel."

"At first i was disappointed because it's a long walk from the parking area to the room assigned to us plus the steps that you need to walk through. Then i realized i needed to walk and release some sweat. The hotel's facade is quiete tricky. It looks small but when you enter it's big. The swimming pool is very clean the staff spent a long time cleaning the area. There's a safe and cute hanging bridge and the spa and jacuzzi are also available. The staff are very accomodating. Their patience is remarkable. Thank you for your kindness. God bless you all. If i'll get the chance i will surely coming back."

"In Trip.com kids selection up to 17 years old. When we are at the hotel kids only up to 11 yrs old and a breakfast of half of price of adult which is 425 (adult 850) i booked for 6 families 3 adults and 3kids. The room ia quadrupel. When we arrived hotel charge me for another 1500 because of my 12 yr old kid is considered adult. My point of view is Bayleaf Hotel and Trip.com didnt coordinate to each other because on trip selection kids is up to 17 years old. So im so sad for additional 1500 per adult and a nreakfast for kids"

"I've been to several hotels in Tagaytay already and I always come back to Casiana. It's great compared to other pricey hotels. The staff are friendly and the buffet is good too. The rooms are spacious (with balcony) and the toilets are modern. Parking is always available. The pool needs a little bit of cleaning. It is big compared to other hotels in the area - 4 feet for adults. The only thing I am constantly having a problem is the wifi in the room. Sometimes it disappears and is not consistent. I wish they would fix it since it has been a problem for way back in 2023 when I started to go to this hotel. I attached the photo of the custom eggs they made for us while eating our buffet. It was a nice touch."

"We stayed here last Holy Week 2024 for 2 nights. The location is good and easy to find. The restaurant needs a bit of improvement when it comes to tables and chairs and the ambiance and also the food choices. There were no pastries and cakes and no other coffee choices.They only have brewed which didn’t taste good. The room was nice and huge including the bathroom but it needs brighter lighting. Overall it was a good stay but it’s not really place to be going back to. We just tried it."

"Positives: friendly staff (maybe too friendly); quite clean both in and out of the hotel rooms; there were barely any guests there when I checked in, and with a window-less room, it actually made for great sleep hygiene; a positive for those tired travellers that need a good nap. There's not a lot in Bacoor and the roads leading to Cavite and in the Manila direction have the most appalling traffic that I've experienced; but it is a short ride to the Manila airport (min 20 minutes by cab) , making this a potential airport hotel. The safety deposit box didn't work at first, but to the staff's credit, they replaced it very quickly. Unfortunately, the hot water just wasn't present during shower time. Buffet breakfast was okay, but it was a smaller selection than what I've seen at other hotels. As a vegan, I barely managed to find enough options. Despite some positives, I do think the hotel was overpriced. For instance, I only paid about $20 extra for my stay at the City Garden Grand Hotel, in its prime location in Makati and superior facilities."

"I do not have any problems with location and cleanliness. What puts me off is the customer service. I went there around 1:30 and they told me that my check in won’t be until 2:00. While it is fine to deny an early check in, I am disappointed that I went there early and yet my room was given to me 10 minutes past my check-in time. Moreover, some staffs are friendly but most act like they don’t care."

As for the breakfast, the options are very limited and there isn't much variety to choose from. Pros: Unbeatable location for golfers playing at Eagle Ridge. Convenient for early tee times. Cons: Room cleanliness could be improved. Mediocre service. Very few breakfast options. Bottom Line: Stay here for the convenience of the golf course, but don't expect a luxury experience or a high level of service."

"The experience was great,the service is very accommodating, the fir buffet is awesome unlimited. Just I notice the amusement like stationery bike is not friendly due to no saddle and the billiard table has no equipment but maybe we call the front desk but the swimming pool is fantastic very accessible and the room is huge and clean over all total. Hope we can book again as our yearly fambonding. Hooray! Keep the good work all the staff is friendly and especialy the guards is always give a smile upon entering."
