The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a cozy ambiance that made it easy to unwind. I especially loved waking up to the cool breeze and scenic surroundings—it was the perfect escape. The facilities were also impressive, and everything was thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable. What stood out the most was the warm and attentive service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Twin Lakes Hotel was memorable and relaxing. Rou is truly an exceptional host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. She was incredibly attentive and assisted us every step of the way throughout our entire stay. She made a point to check in on us regularly to see if everything was okay, and she was always very quick to respond and extremely helpful whenever we had any questions or needed assistance with anything. Her warm and welcoming nature made us feel right at home and completely comfortable the moment we arrived. On top of her amazing hospitality, the place itself was clean and well-maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This was my second time staying in a family room here. This hotel has an unbeatable view that no other five-star hotel, no matter how hard they try, can replicate. I absolutely love this room because it allows me to fully enjoy that incredible scenery. I'll definitely be back. The only minor downside is that the breakfast selection could be a bit more varied.

Very accomodating staff. Family friendly hotels. They have their own restaurant and breakfast is superb! Celbrated my partner's birthday there and they have complimentary bday cake.

I’d definitely recommend Quest Hotel to travelers who want a budget-friendly option without sacrificing comfort and good service.

The rooms are new and clean (we paid 2500 pesos to upgrade to a newly renovated wing), but in the room, there wasn't bathroom mat and sufficient towels (we paid for 3, and were only given 2 sets of everything). Sounds proofing was mediocre. We could hear guests talking loudly outside our room and music from the restaurant (which thankfully stopped at 9.40pm).

It was amazing! I love the place I booked to stay. Extremely pleased with the location. Highly recommended. Its a corner villa and it was very quiet and peaceful. The care taker was a lady called Chorna and its gated so you can be assured of the security.the security guards were very good. It is safe, its a peaceful heaven. I will definitely be back. Thank you and well done to Hampton Villa. The cleanliness of the place is great and it's a true get away. The 2 bedder villa was fully furnished too.

I booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway! Room is fine, basic for sleepover. SMDC location is the best, so many restaurants and shops around. Commuter friendly location, bus stops right infront of the location. Friendly and helpful guards, lobby staff. Ang sarap mag walking while having Tagaytay cool weather. You can have picnic inside the wide lawn area.

My spouse and I went to the place. The location is beautiful, but I was a bit disappointed with the service from the staff. They were very strict with the check-in time (4pm) I even asked them if they could accommodate us 15 minutes early since we arrived way too early and been waiting around after a long journey from manila.They provided coffee sachets as usual , but they forgot to provide stirrers, so I had to go back to the reception as I can't make a call because there was no phone service in the room. The shower didn’t have hot water, and only half the water was coming out, making it uncomfortable to take a proper shower. Apart from that, everything was okay & still believe that there are still lots of things to improve especially in customer service 😀 will definitely recommend & will come back soon.
