The place is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and incredibly clean, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The villas are comfortable, well-kept, and the overall ambiance is so refreshing. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay! The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating from check-in until check-out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The hotel offers plenty of activities for both kids and adults. We especially loved the farm, outdoor amenities, and peaceful atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the breakfast had a good variety of choices. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we highly recommend Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Hotel. We had a view of Taal Lake (and Taal Volcano) and enjoyed having coffee with that view. Food is great and service is superb. Waiters were readily available - assisting us to bring our plate back from the buffet table and helping bring up our bags as there were no elevators. Location is great - Conti’s beside the hotel and other restaurants to the left and right. Wish I was able to swim. Great view of Taal from the pool

I had a truly wonderful stay at Twin Lakes Hotel and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a cozy ambiance that made it easy to unwind. I especially loved waking up to the cool breeze and scenic surroundings—it was the perfect escape. The facilities were also impressive, and everything was thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable. What stood out the most was the warm and attentive service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Twin Lakes Hotel was memorable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Nice clean great location hotel Friendly staff Will definitely come back again. Value for money, yummy foods Nice view, relaxing stay indeed. Convenient, next to malls, restaurants, near toursist spots. -just wish had a heated pool on cooler or cold season.

Very nice hotel with great views of Lake Taal, rooms are clean and well maintained, they were remodeling some rooms and repairing the steel along the roofline which added some additional noise but they were very considerate about the hours of doing necessary maintenance, the only downsides were the pool closes at 8pm when the city belows lights are very visible and the views would have been great if we were able to use it. And the restaurant was not well stocked, several of the choices we made were not available

The hotel view is absolutely stunning! Plus, it has air conditioning, and the staff are incredibly polite and attentive. The breakfast selection is extensive, so you can choose with confidence. My friend and I had a fantastic stay! 🥳

If we get shower gel or shampoo and complimentary tea, this room would be perfect (comfy bed, good pillows, big room, kettle and coffee, quiet enough for one night) Service is lacking effort in reception. we didn’t need anything, but if they offer we would buy breakfast etc. but no effort from staff at all. Little shame staff is usually what makes the place in Philippines, not here. Location is little far from the views but only 1 km from city center.

I booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway! My spouse and I went to the place. The location is beautiful, but I was a bit disappointed with the service from the staff. They were very strict with the check-in time (4pm) I even asked them if they could accommodate us 15 minutes early since we arrived way too early and been waiting around after a long journey from manila.They provided coffee sachets as usual , but they forgot to provide stirrers, so I had to go back to the reception as I can't make a call because there was no phone service in the room. The shower didn’t have hot water, and only half the water was coming out, making it uncomfortable to take a proper shower. Apart from that, everything was okay & still believe that there are still lots of things to improve especially in customer service 😀 will definitely recommend & will come back soon.
