Amazing
CChihakuWent there to recharge for a night and I can stay that there are only 2 things that disappointed me there.First, we happen to be placed besides a room that has a baby crying nonstop at 2am in the morning and 2nd, the crispy wings are super small like it came from a tiny bantam chicken. Though the pizza and other items in their bfast buffet are all super delicious. For the positives, the staff are all very courteous and friendly. Room is clean and spacious with complete ammenities though it is not that soundproof since we can hear the crying baby next door at 2am. The animals are the stars of my stay and they are so entertaining and very eager to chow down the feeds. I can probably stay there for the entire day if not for the rain that comes and goes. Over all I'll be glad to stay at their hotel again and just vibe with the geese, chicken and the peacocks.

HHRys⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the smiling guards and helpful bell attendants. Check-in was quick, the lobby was clean and relaxing, and every staff member we met was courteous and welcoming. Our family room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and spacious with a lovely view. The heated pool was perfect for the cool Tagaytay weather, and the staff at the pool and bar were very friendly. Breakfast was good though the selection was limited, and the breakfast receptionist could be more pleasant. The front desk manager was attentive and accommodating, even offering a free late checkout. Overall, Hotel Casiana is a wonderful place for a relaxing and safe family stay — definitely worth coming back to! 👨👩👧👦✨

WWrecks21It was a memorable stay with my family as it was my wife's birthday. I booked it less than a month before our stay and I was only able to get the Attic room. The room was very spacious with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Unfortunately, the attic room with veranda was not available on our chosen date. I also indicated in the booking that it was my wife's birthday so at least I was expecting balloons or a slice of cake (which all of the hotels that we went to provide) ready when we enter the room. But nothing, I'm not sure if they don't really do this at their hotel. Food was great and the children enjoyed the indoor pool. Though they offered free shuttle service around the property but since the roads are steep it may be burdensome to take a quick stroll around the property if you want to get some fresh air and a little bit of exercise while enjoying the view of the tall lake. We also played bowling and they also have table tennis and billiards as well. The property also has a baroque style Chapel which is perfect for weddings. If you want to book a room, better if you book the lake view if available. The interior of the main building was magnificent, with wooden floors and oversized wooden doors. The huge foyer with what looks like a handcrafted wooden chandelier really gives the place a cozy and rustic feel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the only thing is that they need to work on how to make the stay more personal to the guests. A little extra mile of having prepared something like a simple decoration of balloons and birthday greetings would have been nice. For a hotel that normally has wedding, birthday, Christening events they should have something always available for them to use.

GGuest UserI rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

GGuest UserIt was a lovely place to stay beautiful location! The decor and facilities is could do with some updating in places but I wouldn’t let that put you off as the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I was well looked after as a solo traveller.

AAnonymous UserTaal Vista is a good place to stay when you’re in Tagaytay. There’s nothing more relaxing than getting an unobstructed view of Taal lake while having breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, Taal Vista offers a variety of food such as Filipino staples, salad, and bread, among others, which I really enjoyed. The rooms are not new but are clean well-maintained nonetheless (kudos to their cleaners who clean the rooms everyday!). If you’re after a serene place, this is the place to go. But if you want newer facilities, then you might want to consider looking for another hotel.

JJohn RexThe room was ok. The only issues were, malfunctioning aircon, no initial wifi, the door is kind hard to open and close, and no initial heater. But they solved it by transferring us to another room, with portable wifi being delivered. Aircon was now working fine, and the heater was already turned on. Maybe it was that particular room that has issues. But nevertheless, we had a good stay. I forgot, the pillow was kinda big, and it gives me some sort of a neck strain of some sort.

MMark Laurence OadanI booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway! Thank you, Villa Ibarra, for an amazing experience!

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay though it would have been perfect if the housekeeping paid attention to cleanliness - it’s pet friendly so the lobby and the room has a foul smell that could really use some thorough cleaning. The tray for the free water was dirty, we didn’t use the water glasses afraid it is not clean as well. The pool was not that clean as well - maybe it was due to the rain, I donno lol. The rain ruined the garden feel and would have been so relaxing to visit their garden :( which we were not able to do. The reception agents were helpful - they went above and beyond by helping me with the water heater :) thank you! Amenities like hair dryer, coffee, shampoo and laundry bag were not ready in the room and I have to request them by calling before it’s provided. It was all complimentary so it’s ok :) The restos are reasonably priced and the food was ok ~ we had dinner at Sweet Knot Haven and breakfast at Bodhi cafe.
