My stay at Hotel Casiana was honestly disappointing. There was nothing particularly outstanding about the hotel that would make me want to come back.
One good thing I can say is that the room was clean and well-maintained during our stay.
However, one major issue was the poor soundproofing of the rooms. We even ended up having an uncomfortable situation with the guests in the next room because they complained that our room was noisy. We were with kids who were simply enjoying their stay, and it was only around 5 PM at the time. The guests next door were foreigners, and while I understand where they were coming from, it really wasn’t entirely our fault, the hotel’s walls are just too thin. Even people walking in the hallway could clearly be heard inside the room, including their footsteps.
Another issue was the front desk service. It took a very long time for them to answer whenever we needed assistance. Front desk staff should be more responsive and available, especially for guest concerns.
Overall, I did not enjoy my stay here, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
