All of the hotel staff were very accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was fast.
The room was clean. what you see in the photos is exactly what you get. The location is great, too.
The breakfast buffet didn’t have many options, but everything was palatable and tasted good.
No complaints at all. We’ll definitely be coming back!

RRedPillsPositives: friendly staff (maybe too friendly); quite clean both in and out of the hotel rooms; there were barely any guests there when I checked in, and with a window-less room, it actually made for great sleep hygiene; a positive for those tired travellers that need a good nap.
There's not a lot in Bacoor and the roads leading to Cavite and in the Manila direction have the most appalling traffic that I've experienced; but it is a short ride to the Manila airport (min 20 minutes by cab) , making this a potential airport hotel.
The safety deposit box didn't work at first, but to the staff's credit, they replaced it very quickly. Unfortunately, the hot water just wasn't present during shower time.
Buffet breakfast was okay, but it was a smaller selection than what I've seen at other hotels. As a vegan, I barely managed to find enough options.
Despite some positives, I do think the hotel was overpriced. For instance, I only paid about $20 extra for my stay at the City Garden Grand Hotel, in its prime location in Makati and superior facilities.

GGuest UserThis was my second time staying in a family room here. This hotel has an unbeatable view that no other five-star hotel, no matter how hard they try, can replicate. I absolutely love this room because it allows me to fully enjoy that incredible scenery. I'll definitely be back.
The only minor downside is that the breakfast selection could be a bit more varied.

BBenchLouieLocation is a bit secluded from the city center. Staffs are accomodating though not going beyond and just provided whatever requested for instance we requested to retrieve the cake and they didnt offer utensils or think about whenever we would consume it for my partner's birthday,
The room lacks refrigerator which might be a necessity. There's only one swimming pool.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, which really made the experience even better. The amenities were excellent, well maintained, and added a lot of comfort to the stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Our stay at Brizo Hotel and Resort Tagaytay had its ups and downs. Our room was conveniently located right in front of the hotel. It was spacious and featured an attic room, providing a unique and cozy atmosphere. The hotel’s surroundings were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful.
However, there were some issues that affected our experience. My sister found the air conditioning unit to be excessively loud, which significantly disrupted her sleep.
The breakfast served was adequate, though nothing exceptional. Overall, Brizo Hotel and Resort Tagaytay offers a mixed experience with some room for improvement.

AAnonymous UserA hidden gem in Cavite, and just a short drive from the city!
Pros: The place is clean. The Executive room feels a bit small but has most everything you need. Shower had great water pressure, AC and fridge worked well. Pool was a good size and you could do laps or lounge around. Amenities like KTV, gym and pool table were available. Food at the restaurant was great.
Cons: TV needs a quality upgrade and way better selection than just GMA channels. Front desk had a different record of my booking and gave me two rooms when I just booked one, and does not memorize their room offerings and amenities. No elevator for upper floors. Could also use some more soundproofing in the corridors.
