From the moment we arrived the front desk staff was so helpful and kind. She took her time explaining venezia to us and assisted us with anything we needed. Be prepared to walk 15+ minutes to locations or 10 minute walk to the bus. It is very hard to get a taxi or Uber in this location, which is not the hotels fault. Rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. For breakfast the croissants and cappuccinos were good.

Amazing stay great sports and pool. Played tennis with a good junior it was awesome also I left cloths at the hotel and they organized them to be sent to the airport for my colleagues to take with me what outstanding service

To the woman on the reception desk, thank you so much for being so welcoming really appreciated it you are a delight and such a warm person - also the guy too who sorted us our lift to Venice in morning then pick up to airport with a suitcases thank you. This place was great, only tip id suggest having a coffee machine.

Nice, calm country side area, need a (expensive) taxi to get to Venice lagoon. Apartment was nice, clean and spacious. Good for families and sport groups and for people that seek peace and quiet. Pool area was great but open only until 7pm. If you spent a day in the lagoon you didnt have a chance to swim. Breakfast was poor and not fresh. Friendly staff.

Staff very friendly and obliging although no one there on arrival due to late hour. Couldnt get a coffee once breakfast finished had to go across to sport centre. Only stayed one night as just passing through on way to lido.Transfer arranged by hotel which made things easier. Felt location a bit remote.

Great resort about a half hour from the city center. Staff very responsive and breakfast was great.
