Radisson Blu Hotel, Milan

Excellent cleanliness..specially the room it is from another level its like i check in with 5 star hotel…staff are also very nice they give what i want instantly…restaurant is also perfect the food so delicious..but i dont like the air condition its like im in the airplane..😂😂😂

Hello every one and hope you are doing well. i want to share my review with you but maybe is a long review . i travel to milan with my family on 21 of March.before travel because our travel plan was for 15 nights,we decided to book a apartment from Airbnb with lower cost .I arrived 10 pm and we went to the Airbnb location and it was 180 degree diffrent with photos and details.on the beds was many hair and etc.... i didnt know what should i do in this case in a foreign country with my wife and 2 kids.i tried to find a hotel for 1 night to stay and after i think about the soloution. I found radison blu hotel milan and i had a experience with radison blu hotel before and i booked 1 night and we went there. The guy asked me why you are depressed ?and i explaind for him what happened. He told o worries go and take a rest and tomorrow come and talk with supervisor and he will help you . Tomorrow morning i came to reception and explaind what happened and i want to stay 14 nights more.They talked with mr Marcho who was supervisor .they gave me a best offer with two room include breakfast ,withe a best parking offer and late checkout for the last day . i was surprised and now i dont know how i can appriciate them because i was in a bad situation. i lost my money in Airbnb but with the radison blu hotel milan and their staff i forgot every thing. The rooms were so clean ,big size .Staff were so friendlyevery where in hotel .From security to managment.In recepetion Mrs Fredrica was so helpful and nice and helped me very much .breakfast was excellent and perfect but it was the same all day .I cant remeber the guy name in resturan but he was so nice and on easter gave a gift to my kids. Hotel facilities were perfect like gym,pool and bar. i wish this long review help you to find a nice hotel in milan like radison blu hotel milan . Lovely modern clean hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade to a suite as it was our anniversary. Rooms spacious and clean, everything is provided for, gowns for the swimming pool and sauna, which are both lovely. Get the breakfast, great buffet with everything and if they don’t have what you want, just ask and you will receive. Staff are excellent. Bar is a bit pricey, €11 glass of wine but so is Milan. Few restaurants or bars nearby so you don’t have much choice. Metro station 3 minute walk.

I had a wonderful experience here. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The over all facilities are great, including the hotel restaurant, gym, pool and sauna. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options and worth it! Overall it was a great stay and I’d go again for sure.

I stayed here for two nights and it was a great decision. Hotel is very comfortable and peaceful, in a quiet zone of the city. The staff were very kind and helpful, what a pleasure for a tired customer after a long journey! Bar is nice and the food was great as well. I have only good things to say! Recommended - I will definitely stay there again. Thankyou to everybody.

Everything was very good with the hotel and stuff except the tempreture of the room. It was hot and management was not able to help us. We had to open the window all night of course it was noisy when the windows are open.

I recently had a wonderful stay with my mother . Right from Check in we were pleased to note that all our requirements had been met and were given a very quiet room on the 4th floor having booked a stay for 5 nights . Our experience at Breakfast and Dinner was just as pleasant with great friendly warm service and we were spoilt for choice by the variety of the breakfast and certainly enjoyed . nothing appeared to much for the staff who were able to meet any special requests. The reception team helped guide us with a free map and directions and tips to Lake Como and the train stations times etc as well as the local tram services. A taxi was always available within 5 mins ordered by the hotel . having travelled globally for Business and Leisure the staff here are a credit to the hotel . whilst sitting in the lounge we observed how the reception team were so friendly and warm to all customers and they worked together as a Team throughout the hotel . It made out trip very easy and we were able to experience the spa and indoor pool on our rest days . I will be returning to this hotel again and have already recommended it to my friends .Great location to for transport -trams and train station within walking distance. We would like o give a special mention to Tiziana Andrea Lucrezia Silvia Marco Clara Leonardo and the young man who was on his shift and Alessandro who checked us in .
