The service at Parker was excellent; I was very satisfied with this experience. The entire hotel has a strong sense of design, and the buffet breakfast offers great value for money. The room layout is quite reasonable, and the room service is top-notch. The sea-view balcony is very therapeutic, and I rested very well. The hotel's several swimming pools are all great fun, suitable for all ages, with excellent water quality and plenty of lifeguards. The various venues and activities in the public spaces are rich and interesting. In short, I was happy every day of my three-day stay here. Next time I come to Lingshui, I will definitely choose the Kimpton Hotel. The hotel is truly amazing and gives a strong vacation vibe!

This seaside resort villa experience in Lingshui was simply amazing and must be given a 5-point review! The villa is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the sea, adjacent to Boundary Island and Nanwan Monkey Island. The overall design of the villa is unique, tropical style courtyard, one household, each with its own characteristics, the park is lush with green plants, one step at a time, the sense of resort atmosphere directly pulled full. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with oversized floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the garden and greenery. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring good sleep quality. The hygiene is impeccable, the room is neat and clean, spotless, the details are handled very well, you can see the staff's care. The service is even better, the staff registers breakfast time in advance The villa is fully equipped and high quality with a private pool in the courtyard The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, only accompanied by the sound of the waves and birdsong, which makes people thoroughly relax. Here, I really felt what is called the perfect seaside vacation experience, highly recommended to everyone!

This hotel opened last year, so the facilities are very new, and the service is very attentive. A special thanks to Iris from customer service, who was incredibly responsive to all our requests. The sand at Clear Water Bay beach is super fine and soft, not rough at all, and the sea is a beautiful blue-green. The overall environment is fantastic. However, there are three minor things that I found a bit disappointing: first, there's no indoor pool, and the sun from morning to midday was simply too intense to use the outdoor pool; second, the beach area was completely dark at night – it would be much better if there were some lights or activities; and third, I wish there was a bit more variety in the breakfast each day. It doesn't need to be completely different, but even slight changes would be nice. Overall, it's still a great place, and I'd love to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Raffles Clearwater Bay this time. Manager Darryl contacted us in advance to confirm our arrival time and room preferences, so we could check in directly upon arrival, saving us the hassle of waiting. Although some areas of the hotel were under renovation, arrangements were well-made. There were occasional noises during the day, but closing the windows and doors largely mitigated any disturbance to our rest. Travel routes were also planned ahead, so we didn't experience any inconvenience. The hotel's greenery is truly outstanding, with a rich variety of tropical plants, creating a lush, verdant environment. Strolling through the gardens was incredibly relaxing. Darryl was attentive throughout our stay, helping coordinate meals and book activities, always responsive to our needs. Overall, our stay was comfortable and worry-free. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Sanya.

The hotel service was fantastic! My butler, Wanwan, contacted me two days in advance and even helped me book a parent-child activity. She was very responsive to all our needs, often exceeding our expectations – a huge thank you to her! All the other hotel staff, including the restaurant servers and concierge, were also incredibly warm and deserve praise. The only slight letdown was during check-out today when the underground parking was jammed for nearly an hour. The staff didn't notice it in time, and the car owner couldn't be reached, which unfortunately put a damper on the end of our trip. However, the hotel's facilities are very comprehensive, with great attention to detail, and the parent-child activities are abundant – my child had a blast! The only minor drawback is that the hotel's beach is quite narrow, and there's a steep slope to get there which isn't very easy to navigate. Also, the sand is a bit coarse. For a beachfront resort, we ended up spending very little time by the sea. Thankfully, the hotel's other entertainment facilities were attractive enough to keep us occupied. For a family vacation with kids, Sanyue Zheng is definitely worth experiencing.

I never leave reviews, but this stay was so good, I really have to praise Sky from the culture and tourism department! We stayed with our whole family, including seniors and children. I added him on WeChat beforehand, and he helped us book the kids' club and various activities, and even prepared toys and drawing tools for the little ones. The kids had a blast catching sand crabs at night, Capella Tufu Bay, Hainan, you're really missing out by not promoting your kids' club!!! The sailing trip was particularly fun. On the day we signed up, there were only 3 kids, two of whom were ours, and they provided 5 staff members. We ran into the coaches by the pool in the afternoon, and they were all so dedicated. I've never encountered this level of staffing at other luxury hotels. It was so much more fun than the pure crafting or coconut picking activities at other hotels! At the end, the kids even promised the coaches they'd come back to sail again during the winter break. Also, the King Cake at breakfast was absolutely delicious! If you see it at breakfast, definitely grab one. All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and we'll be back for a longer visit during the winter break!

The room is very clean and spacious. It is close to the beach for watching the sunrise and catching the sea. It is about 100 meters to the beach. You can see monkeys on the roadside on the way to the homestay. You can eat at the homestay. The fried chicken and tomato scrambled eggs are very delicious. Seafood needs to be booked in advance with the boss, so I didn't eat seafood. The shrimp porridge for breakfast is very delicious. The store also provides tools for catching the sea.

Xiao Zheng at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel's outdoor greenery is beautiful, the sky and sea are a stunning blue, and the sand on the beach is incredibly soft. It's very close to Daidai Island and Monkey Island, only about two kilometers away. Taxis are quite easy to get here, and if you're driving, it's even more convenient. The stay at the hotel was decent, though it was a bit hot. There's no air conditioning in the lobby or in the breakfast area, but other than that, everything else was perfect.

The room was spacious and bright, and the air conditioning was already on when we arrived, which was great service. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, perhaps due to it being off-peak season and cost-saving measures. The hotel facilities are quite complete, and it's very close to the beach – just a short stroll downstairs. There's a small bar on the beach where I enjoyed a drink every night while watching the moon. However, some of the room facilities are a bit outdated. The card slot for electricity was faulty. At 5 AM in the middle of the night, the TV turned on by itself, and the room lights kept flickering on and off, which was a bit spooky. I also heard a crackling electrical sound. Because of this, I barely slept the latter half of the night, worried that my child would be woken up. The TV kept turning on again, so I constantly had to turn it off. After turning it off five or six times, it was finally morning. I hope they regularly inspect the room facilities, otherwise, it really affects the sleep experience.

The room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. This weather is very suitable for playing in the water. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would be reluctant to leave. Hahahaha. Not bad. Recommended
