Travertine_Cloud-05Hotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel.
When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around.
As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs).
The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes.
There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk.
Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night.
I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨

This seaside resort villa experience in Lingshui was simply amazing and must be given a 5-point review!
The villa is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the sea, adjacent to Boundary Island and Nanwan Monkey Island.
The overall design of the villa is unique, tropical style courtyard, one household, each with its own characteristics, the park is lush with green plants, one step at a time, the sense of resort atmosphere directly pulled full.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with oversized floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the garden and greenery. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring good sleep quality.
The hygiene is impeccable, the room is neat and clean, spotless, the details are handled very well, you can see the staff's care.
The service is even better, the staff registers breakfast time in advance
The villa is fully equipped and high quality with a private pool in the courtyard
The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, only accompanied by the sound of the waves and birdsong, which makes people thoroughly relax. Here, I really felt what is called the perfect seaside vacation experience, highly recommended to everyone!

Joanna1234567This hotel is absolutely perfect with a superb service philosophy; they truly prioritize the customer. Our butler, Garrix, was incredibly meticulous, thoughtful, and highly efficient. This is definitely my go-to hotel every time I visit Sanya, and it's absolutely worth it! The rooms are tidy and clean, the amenities are comprehensive and well-appointed, and the breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of options. The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, quiet and peaceful, which is very relaxing. The staff are all kind and approachable, which clearly shows that the management is strategic and excels at hiring the right people. Excellent job!

I checked in with high expectations, paying nearly 2,000 yuan a night, but the overall experience was terrible and the value for money was severely lacking.
First, they showed clear double standards and differentiated treatment towards guests who booked through different channels.
My friend and I booked rooms through different channels, and the difference in treatment was stark. When I, who booked directly with the hotel, checked in, multiple reasonable requests were rejected by the front desk. I wanted to add the exclusive butler's WeChat for daily communication but was only allowed to add the official corporate WeChat. However, after my friend, who booked through Ctrip, checked in, they made up for it by adding the butler's private WeChat. After checking in, we also discovered that only one out of the three rooms received welcome fruit.
Second, service efficiency was low, and things were handled sluggishly.
When we processed the room change to a room adjacent to my friend's, the staff did not update the key card information simultaneously. My child, after swimming, was wet and cold and had to wait in the hallway for the staff to deliver the new key card. After a full 20 minutes, no one delivered it, so I had no choice but for an adult to go back to the front desk alone to get a new key card.
Third, the children's play area lacked safety protection and had major safety hazards.
Although the children's playground is suitable for young children, the basic safety protection measures were severely inadequate. The climbing area had prominent hidden dangers; my child's leg scraped a sharp rock point on the wall when landing and got injured. Initially, I blamed myself for being negligent and didn't think of finding the staff again. Under my friend's concern, I found a staff member to ask for some iodophor cotton swabs to treat the wound myself. After hearing about it, the staff only asked for the room number, and there was no follow-up inquiry or visit afterward. There was zero concern throughout, and the service was very cold.

ShengfeilisaisiluxunLoved my two-day stay here, and got to witness some absolutely stunning sunsets! The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the car service was pretty much available on demand. Kids can easily spend a whole day in the pool, and there are even options to play Chinese chess, billiards, and table tennis. If you have a partner, you can also book a tennis experience – unfortunately, I didn't have anyone to play with, so I missed out. I did manage to capture some beautiful sunset photos. Our butler, Luna, was incredibly helpful and responsive to all our requests. We even received a cute little monkey souvenir when checking out! Overall, very satisfied.

Guest UserThis hotel is fantastic! It's a very new property with breathtaking views and elegant decor. The breakfast spread was generous, and they even offered a complimentary photoshoot. Ah Xiang, the photographer, was very professional and attentive, guiding us with poses and expertly capturing the best light and angles. We were really happy with the final photos; even the unedited shots looked great. The whole process was enjoyable and relaxed – I highly recommend everyone staying here to get a photoshoot done! We had such a comfortable stay that we extended it by two more days. We'll definitely be back here on our next visit.

Guest UserThe B&B is a pleasant surprise. The environment is very good. The rooms are large and the equipment is new. The seafood porridge for breakfast is also delicious. The most praiseworthy thing is that the boss is really nice. He recommended us to feed the monkeys about 150 meters away from the hotel and catch the sea about 200 meters away. We were going to the pier to take a boat. The boss also picked us up and dropped us off. Go to the entrance of Daidai Island to watch the sunset. The boss doesn’t come to do anything, he just works silently👍🏻The children don’t want to leave👍🏻

Comfortable, relaxing, and no crowds. It is a Marriott, after all, and while it's an older property, there are no major issues. Our room opened right onto the pool, and then beyond that, the beach. It was uncrowded, so no need to fight for sun loungers! For the kids, it was beach then pool, pool then beach... as long as they were in the ocean. For the adults, as long as there weren't too many people blocking my view, haha. Breakfast and dinner were good too, and the staff were friendly – high marks all around. A special shout-out to He Cui, who helped us with everything before and after our meals, with such a great attitude!

The room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. This weather is very suitable for playing in the water. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would be reluctant to leave. Hahahaha. Not bad. Recommended

A newly renovated B&B. There is another one next door that is also owned by the owner. The decoration style is very good, but there is no elevator. If there are elderly people living there, you can consider staying in the building next door (with an elevator). The road facing the street is a bit narrow and the road surface is not very good. B&B The space at the entrance is only enough to park two cars. If you are a novice driver, it is better to park in a parking space on the roadside and then walk in. The other side of the hotel is facing the sea, and there is a swimming pool and free sea catching tools downstairs. The interior decoration style of the room is very refreshing, but the water pressure is not enough. Overall, it's great. If you have a budget, it's recommended to choose a sea view room first for a full experience.
