The air conditioning wasn't working, and the engineering department came to fix it after 10 PM. The air filter they removed was covered in dust, making the entire room dusty. From check-in until midnight, there were still guests making a lot of noise in nearby rooms, but the hotel did nothing to stop them. When I checked out, the front desk staff asked about my stay, and I gave them my feedback. Their attitude was good, and I originally thought I'd just let it go. However, what really pushed me over the edge was that I drank a few bottles of the hotel's water during my stay and took two unopened bottles of mineral water from the room. Today, when I wanted to drink one of those unopened bottles, I found large, unknown particles floating inside. I was absolutely disgusted.

Great hotel with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly made fruit smoothies.I was exhuasted of work and the lobby very comfortable 🤣😘 The location is also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

After comparing several hotels, I finally chose this one, and it was a satisfying stay. The cleanliness is commendable; the room was very tidy. The bedding was comfortable, allowing for a good rest. Service was prompt, and communication was smooth when I had requests. The location is excellent, with complete amenities nearby. I didn't encounter any unpleasant issues, and the overall experience was good. This hotel is definitely worth considering for your travels.

5th time staying at the property so that should tell you all about this place. I’m particularly pleased with the service of Alice Xu she made sure my check in process was seamless, Jacky Chen from concierge ensured I had all my luggage and deliveries sent upstairs promptly and did follow ups not to forget Kay huang who was very pleasant during my stay.

I had a truly satisfying stay, honestly, I couldn't find a single fault. Both the facilities and service were top-notch, and the staff were exceptionally professional, truly going above and beyond to accommodate every request. The room was standard but the river view was fantastic. You can confidently choose this hotel for your trip. I stayed here for three days, and Shunde's food goes without saying. Taking a swim when it was hot during the day was very pleasant. The location is a bit south, but it's only about a ten-dollar taxi ride to some of the popular foodie spots in the city. Here are a few small suggestions: 1. I'd suggest installing voice control for the room, or at least a timer for the air conditioning. The hotel's AC is incredibly powerful; the lobby was freezing, and even with the AC on all night in the room, it got a bit chilly. 2. The mattress was a little too soft; it would be better if it were firmer. 3. The touch buttons by the bed weren't very responsive, physical buttons would be better. Especially for opening the curtains, you had to keep pressing and holding. Despite these minor points, it was an excellent stay. Five-star review!

The location is excellent, right in the center of Ronggui. It's not far from several popular spots like Songji Restaurant for its hot pot, Wenhua Laoyouji for pig's offal congee, and Fisherman's Wharf. The hotel is connected to a mall, which even has a large supermarket, making it super convenient to grab anything you need. The room is spacious and very new, and the room service is decent. The only downside is the breakfast. While the spread looks huge, once you walk around, you realize there's not much edible. The only things that are really up to par are probably the fruits. In the VIP section, there's a beef noodle stand with a super long queue, but honestly, it's not good at all. Take my advice: don't bother queuing for it; just eat more fruit and leave.

Service: Arrived in Foshan late at night for check-in. The front desk lady was very warm and conversational. I received a complimentary suite upgrade, breakfast, welcome tea, and self-service discount vouchers – very thoughtful and comprehensive. Environment: The decor is a bit dated, showing its age from previous years, but it's very clean, odor-free, and meticulously maintained.

The service was exceptional, very patient throughout my stay, and they even upgraded my room for free! The room itself was spotless, and the night view was absolutely stunning. It was an amazing check-in experience, truly making it feel special. Highly recommended!

We had a very comfortable stay. There were plenty of dining options nearby, so we could just head back to our room to relax when we were tired, and then go for a swim or visit the playground when we were refreshed. Both the kids and adults felt very relaxed. We'd definitely love to stay here again if we have the chance.
