Exceeded expectations, it was great! The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly. What really stood out to me was that all the service staff could sit while working, which I think is excellent. I believe all hotel front desks should encourage sitting, there's no need to stand all the entire time. The bar on the 20th floor was very stylish, and the birthday decorations that the hotel helped arrange in advance were also lovely. The pool was very clean too. Highly recommend staying here.

This hotel was a last-minute booking, and it started impressing me the moment I arrived by car! Before I even got out, I asked the security guard at the entrance about the EV charging stations from inside the car. He patiently directed me and didn't rush us for blocking the entrance, which I really appreciated 👍👍. At the front desk, the lady was also very welcoming and quickly checked me in. Although my room wasn't upgraded and wasn't in a super quiet location, I was generally satisfied. The only minor drawback was that the outer window glass might not have been cleaned properly over time, making the view a bit blurry. The room size was good, with a separate shower and toilet, and comfortable bedding. The buffet breakfast and dinner didn't have a huge variety, but the food tasted great. The staff were very responsive to requests and even thoughtfully arranged takeaway boxes, which is something few hotels do. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back again!

I had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back. If you are looking for a high-end experience without the steep price tag, this is the perfect spot. It is located right next to the Marriott Hotel, and the layout feels remarkably similar. You’re getting a very comparable room setup but at a much more affordable rate. The room was spotless. The room was surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and work without feeling cramped.

The bedding was super comfortable. The breakfast on the 31st floor offered a great variety of options, and the robot delivery service for food was really convenient. I had a very satisfying stay.

I never imagined Foshan had such a hidden gem of a riverside hotel! 💯 Service: Attentive to every need From the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed. Both the concierge and front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Since it was my birthday, I had a few special requests, and the staff remembered them all and executed them perfectly. 🎂 Birthday perks: For my dad's birthday, they arranged a room with a balcony. The room decoration was very thoughtful, and they even kindly offered complimentary breakfast, which wasn't originally included – truly heartfelt generosity. 🌃 Room: The riverside balcony is an absolute winner My favorite part was definitely the balcony! It offers unparalleled views directly overlooking the river. During the day, you can watch the shimmering waves, and at night, the twinkling city lights. Sitting on the balcony and feeling the breeze was incredibly therapeutic. After checking out, I realized I'd forgotten something, and they kindly arranged for it to be couriered to my home. Kitty and Ms. Wu – truly memorable service! I chose this hotel after seeing positive reviews, and although I initially planned to stay just one night and try another place, the service was so exceptional that I extended my stay for another night! The service, views, and attention to detail were all top-notch. This was an absolutely flawless stay.

Choosing Hilton was definitely the right decision. The security guard at the entrance was very polite when we parked, and the front desk staff was friendly and patient. Initially, there was a small issue during check-in where I got a bit upset about the room and complained. Manager Ryssin understood the situation and patiently provided a reasonable explanation, which immediately calmed me down, and he quickly helped resolve the problem. I have to give a thumbs-up 👍🏻. This kind of attitude and service made me feel very comfortable, and that's what matters, especially since the outcome left me very satisfied. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. It's very close to Fisherman's Wharf, and there's a mall right next to it, making dining very convenient. During my stay, Manager Ryssin also checked in with me to see how things were going and offered his help if I needed anything. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time; they truly delivered on emotional value.

It was okay. As expected of a Crowne Plaza, the service and facilities were top-notch. I think the laundry room was a new addition, I don't remember it being there before. I thought it was with the gym and kept asking the wellness attendant there. The pool is outdoors, but it has a canopy, so rain probably won't affect swimming. The water doesn't get warm from the sun, but it's relatively clean. Dinner here should be good, the restaurant looks nice and has lots of little bears 🐻. I just didn't have time to enjoy dinner. Maybe next time if I get the chance.

Seriously blown away, it felt really good overall. Everything seemed pretty great, except for one small thing: the bathrobe wasn't replaced with a fresh one when the room was cleaned, even though I didn't use it, haha. But those are minor issues! I have to specifically mention that the room itself was excellent; the curtains were really blackout, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable to sleep on. Seriously great!

Although the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities are still well-maintained. The fish tank in the lobby must have been a fantastic design back in the day; even with a limited variety of fish, it's enough to delight children for a good while. There are kids' facilities, and the pool isn't deep, making it suitable for families with young children. The rooms are spacious, and we didn't notice any unpleasant odors in our non-smoking room. The breakfast selection is also extensive, making it excellent value for money.

🏨 Foshan@Shunde Lesso Courtyard Hotel | Kids' room captivated my children! My two kids and I stayed in the Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf themed family room, and we were instantly amazed when we opened the door 🤩 It's simply a room designed for kids to burn off energy! The little tent was also Pleasant Goat themed 🐑, and the two brothers immediately dove in, chattering away. One moment they were pretending to have a meeting in Goat Village, the next they were plotting to catch Big Big Wolf. With the digital building blocks, they put their heads together to build a Goat Village castle 🥳. The room details were also incredibly thoughtful. The floor-to-ceiling windows had excellent sound insulation and fantastic natural light ☀️. When the sun shone in, the whole room was bright, bright, bright! The space was so generous that the kids could run around without feeling cramped at all. The family dinner set meal 🍱 could be delivered to the room – a godsend for lazy people, haha! They had both Chinese and Western dishes, and the taste was quite good. The hotel's breakfast buffet had a huge variety 🥐, including freshly made noodles 🍜, Cantonese dim sum 🥧, fresh fruits 🍉… Eating a good breakfast gave us more energy to play. The hotel facilities were absolutely top-notch 👍: It had its own ”Candy House Kids' Paradise 🎠” + pickleball court 🏀, where you could literally 'drop off' the kids to expend their energy. Do the adults want to relax? The gym 🏋️ and heated swimming pool 🏊 were available anytime. Downstairs was Yingshen Plaza, with a large supermarket and plenty of food options 🍜, making it super convenient for an evening stroll and finding a meal. 🌏 The newly opened B.Duck City Park was super fun, with new and clean facilities 🌺. There was Ultraman car driving, ball pit, crazy disco, flying diaries, trampoline, and marble games~
