The room was nice. The location is a bit isolated, but there's a tram station just outside the building, so it wasn't a problem. The only real issue is that the rooms aren't exactly what's shown in the photos or described in the listing. I booked the Queen Business Room and got a regular room instead. When I asked about it, I was told that the pictures are ”for reference only” and that the listed amenities are just what you might get - assigned randomly - not what's actually guaranteed to be in your room. So my advice: book the basic room only. The premium rooms are exactly the same, just more expensive.

The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and responsive. Its prime location offers excellent surrounding amenities and convenient transportation. The breakfast selection was rich and authentic. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations and provided exceptional value for money. It's an ideal choice for both business trips and leisure holidays, highly recommended!

The king-size room was spacious and bright, exactly as depicted in the Ctrip photos. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive city view. Although it faced a main road, the soundproofing was effective once the windows were closed. The elevator didn't require a card for either going up or down; I think it should require a card for upward travel to better ensure the safety of the apartment residents.

Berstden Cinema Apartment is truly excellent. The location is great, making it very convenient for getting around. It's just a few minutes' walk from the pedestrian food street, Qinghui Garden, and the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, with new bedding and a large projection TV, making for a very comfortable stay. Unlike a traditional hotel, it's well-equipped with facilities like a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and both hot and cold air conditioning. The staff were very warm, attentive, and efficient. Any requests were handled immediately. The experience was fantastic. Highly recommended. I'll definitely come again.

The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the Wanda Plaza, the Xinkai Plaza. The hotel environment is good, high-end and classy. The environment is very hygienic, and there are aunties cleaning regularly every day. The hotel service is very good and hospitable. As long as the customers have needs, they will try their best to meet them. The hotel air conditioning is cool, the washing machine is also very good, and there are necessary items such as hair dryers and water heaters. Recommended!

Such a great experience from start to finish the environment was calm and inviting, the facilities were top-notch, and every detail was handled with care. It really felt like a home away from home

This was a most interesting experience for me as all arrangements were made by WeChat. When I arrived at the hotel reception room on the 10th floor, there was a QR code to scan with WeChat and that connected us with hotel management. They walked me through the check-in and assigned me a room on the 14th floor, giving me the code for the key-less entry device on the door. Each morning I would get a message from the management, asking if I needed anything or if the room needed to be cleaned. Requested service and items were delivered in a timely manner. The room itself was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, there was a small refrigerator and clothes washer, as well as a large storage unit, suitable for hanging clothes and storing luggage. There were two large windows in the corner room, giving two different views from the 14th floor. The location of the hotel made it easy to find once you knew what to look for. Arriving by F1 subway to Wanhua Station (stop 20) I used exit A and came out with a clear view of the 7-11 store, through which you need to go to get to the elevators. There is also a mall within a couple of doors from the 7-11 which offers lots of restaurants with delicious food selections. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Stayed here in Dec 2024 Wonderful experience I would like to thank the front office staff for accepting the parcel on my behalf ordered from a local e commerce app Could not wait as I have checked out on Fri 10 Jan 2025 The parcel arrived I think around 17:30 hours as I received a call from a male front office staff He is kind enough to store it till I check in again probably in March 2025 after the month long ***** New Year celebrations. I often stay at this hotel when I need to get around Foshan. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. My room was equipped with everything I needed for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked well. There was even a kettle and an extra fan. I also needed to wash some clothes... The staff assigned me this room, which had a small refrigerator with freezer and a washing machine in the bathroom. The surrounding area is well-connected. The bus stop and subway station are just a few meters away!

All aspects of service are OK, that is, the network speed is too slow, there is no way to work. Air conditioning is almost meaningless, but I can still accept it. The washing machine needs to buy laundry detergent by itself. The sister contacted is very good and very gentle
