Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is superb, with convenient transportation links making it easy to get anywhere. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly until morning. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

After my first stay at this marvelous seviced apartment I already knew that my next stay will be 1000% here again. So the time finally came and the feeling was not like going to a rented apartment but thanks to Abby it was like coming home. I am really honest regarding praise for this apartment. The location, the cleanliness, the warm home feel you get from Abby and the staff is just on another level. You are not just a customer you are almost like family. Any foreigner or local staying in Foshan region should seriously consider this facility since it makes your stay perfect. 2 major metro lines literally in front of the building entrance, a modern mall with a million of food choices and a huge supermarket etc etc. This time I am in China for 20 days and I thought for variety I would try 10 days of some other hotel but this is just unbeatable so I just extended. Guys I am a very honest guy regarding reviews and giving credit to those who deserve it and this place deserves 11 out of 10 points really.

The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and responsive. Its prime location offers excellent surrounding amenities and convenient transportation. The breakfast selection was rich and authentic. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations and provided exceptional value for money. It's an ideal choice for both business trips and leisure holidays, highly recommended!

Berstden Cinema Apartment is truly excellent. The location is great, making it very convenient for getting around. It's just a few minutes' walk from the pedestrian food street, Qinghui Garden, and the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, with new bedding and a large projection TV, making for a very comfortable stay. Unlike a traditional hotel, it's well-equipped with facilities like a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and both hot and cold air conditioning. The staff were very warm, attentive, and efficient. Any requests were handled immediately. The experience was fantastic. Highly recommended. I'll definitely come again.

The overall attitude feels welcoming and professional, which makes arriving and departing stress-free.  🏨 Facilities The hotel’s facilities are modern and well maintained, with rooms that feel spacious, clean, and properly ventilated. Many reviewers found the rooms well equipped and spotless, with excellent soundproofing, which made resting easy. Facilities like the gym, tea room, and leisure areas add extra value if you’re staying longer. Free public parking and EV charging stations are also convenient perks.  The location is quite convenient — it’s near Wanda Plaza and other entertainment/food hubs, which makes exploring local shops and restaurants easy.  🍽️ Food The on-site restaurant serves a buffet breakfast with mainly Chinese cuisine in a modern setting. Most guests who tried it enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated having a convenient meal option without leaving the hotel, though options are generally more local rather than international.  Also, because the hotel is close to a lively commercial area, you’ll find lots of food choices nearby — everything from local Cantonese snacks to casual dinners — which many guests enjoy exploring.  👍 What Guests Liked • Clean and comfortable rooms with good hygiene standards.  • Friendly and helpful staff.  • Good value for money, especially with free parking and nice facilities.

The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the Wanda Plaza, the Xinkai Plaza. The hotel environment is good, high-end and classy. The environment is very hygienic, and there are aunties cleaning regularly every day. The hotel service is very good and hospitable. As long as the customers have needs, they will try their best to meet them. The hotel air conditioning is cool, the washing machine is also very good, and there are necessary items such as hair dryers and water heaters. Recommended!

This was a most interesting experience for me as all arrangements were made by WeChat. When I arrived at the hotel reception room on the 10th floor, there was a QR code to scan with WeChat and that connected us with hotel management. They walked me through the check-in and assigned me a room on the 14th floor, giving me the code for the key-less entry device on the door. Each morning I would get a message from the management, asking if I needed anything or if the room needed to be cleaned. Requested service and items were delivered in a timely manner. The room itself was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, there was a small refrigerator and clothes washer, as well as a large storage unit, suitable for hanging clothes and storing luggage. There were two large windows in the corner room, giving two different views from the 14th floor. The location of the hotel made it easy to find once you knew what to look for. Arriving by F1 subway to Wanhua Station (stop 20) I used exit A and came out with a clear view of the 7-11 store, through which you need to go to get to the elevators. There is also a mall within a couple of doors from the 7-11 which offers lots of restaurants with delicious food selections. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Hygiene: The hygiene was good, quite clean. Facilities: The facilities were quite complete, and the children had a great time. Service: The service was also very good, with quick response times.

Stayed here in Dec 2024 Wonderful experience I would like to thank the front office staff for accepting the parcel on my behalf ordered from a local e commerce app Could not wait as I have checked out on Fri 10 Jan 2025 The parcel arrived I think around 17:30 hours as I received a call from a male front office staff He is kind enough to store it till I check in again probably in March 2025 after the month long ***** New Year celebrations. Thank you once again

I often stay at this hotel when I need to get around Foshan. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. My room was equipped with everything I needed for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked well. There was even a kettle and an extra fan. I also needed to wash some clothes... The staff assigned me this room, which had a small refrigerator with freezer and a washing machine in the bathroom. The surrounding area is well-connected. The bus stop and subway station are just a few meters away!
