It's just a few minutes' walk from the pedestrian food street, Qinghui Garden, and the subway station. The hotel is conveniently located near Zumiao subway station, making it very easy to get around. We were able to get a room upgrade and the room hygiene was good. The room was spacious and bright, with no strange odors. The bed, duvet, and pillows were clean and comfortable. There's a long counter space, which is perfect for someone like me who likes to spread out their belongings. An additional sink outside the bathroom was incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were very responsive and handled issues promptly. It met our expectations and offered great value for money. Plus, free parking was a huge bonus, saving both hassle and money!

It was okay. Price was still cheap, even during the holiday. First thing, if you want to find a reception of the hotel, you go to the given location, then look at the building to your right with the KFC and on the second floor, you can find the office / reception. You can climb up the stairs from behind the building. The stairs from the pedestrian street, not from the road. Then they will give you the location and the code of your room. The apartments are in the nearby buildings, 10 minutes walk from the reception. So the location of the hotel given here on trip.com is just the reception, the apartments are not exactly on the lake. Apartment was really nice, everything was clean. The bathroom is huge, it has a nice big shower. Beds were wide and soft. Balcony is also nice. You will have a problem if you are a light sleeper, since the main door of the apartment is not thick. There is a 1cm gap between the floor and the door, also on the sides. So all the noise in the hall is literally in your room. During this holiday a lot of families with kids were staying in the same building, so noises and cooking smells were all around. But I must say, inside the room everything was tidy and good.

The hygiene was quite good. Although the room wasn't very big, everything, including the toiletries, was disposable, clean, and very hygienic. The service attitude was also excellent and relatively standardized. The only downside is that the amenities might be a bit basic, and there might be KTV noise at night, but I was so tired I fell asleep immediately.

★★★★★ Excellent stay at Song Dynasty International Hotel Apartment (Foshan Wanhua Subway Station). The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location is extremely convenient with the metro just next to the building. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

I often stay at this hotel when I need to get around Foshan. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. My room was equipped with everything I needed for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked well. There was even a kettle and an extra fan. I also needed to wash some clothes... The staff assigned me this room, which had a small refrigerator with freezer and a washing machine in the bathroom. The surrounding area is well-connected. The bus stop and subway station are just a few meters away!
