4-Star Hotels in Benito Juarez

The room was comfortable and had a balcony. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and check-in was efficient. All the service staff were friendly and made us feel very comfortable. The hotel's location is great, and it has a private, unbeatable beach.

Spacious and clean room. During our stay the whole block was out of electricity but both Roy and Fernanda have been absolutely amazing and couldn’t do more for us. Thank you very much to all the reception staff too very helpful. Highly recommended

The hotel is very convenient for the airport terminals and car rentals. The communal areas such as the restaurant and rooftop bar were very nice. The overall experience is not to the same standard as other Hilton hotels.  The rooms were big, nicely decorated and clean but there was a distinct smell of cigarettes from previous guests which was not pleasant. We asked for a coffee and pastry for breakfast but were only allowed to have these if we paid for the expensive buffet which was not great value( USD20 /person). The shuttle was very disappointing..I  booked it a week in advance and had to chase for a confirmation.   I received a message to WhatsApp the driver when I arrived in the terminal which I did from the baggage hall. I was given directions to find the shuttle bus ( in a pickup area of more then 50 minibuses!). It left before I could find it and I then had to wait 30 minutes for it to return, for what is essentially a 5 minute journey. It would be much more professional if the driver held up a sign with the guests name, as other hotels of a similar Hotel standard did. If the Hilton were to rectify the issues above, then I believe it would be good value for money.

It is a nature-friendly place. While riding a bike around the hotel, I was able to meet various animals such as coatis, lizards, and iguanas. The beach right in front is beautiful, and there are many restaurants that serve delicious food, so I was happy while staying at the hotel.

Обожаю эту сеть отелей. Соотношение цена/качество - отличное. Нормальная еда, без изысков, но выбор огромный. Персонал услужливый. Развлечения отличные. В этом отеле есть площадка, называется рью пати, туда съезжаются со всех отелей рью канкуна на вечеринки. Пляж нормальный, не самый красивый конечно, но зато водорослей было не так много в воде. Единственное на берегу немного все же было. Коктейли нормальные, Маргарита странная конечно. Только в мексиканском аля карт нормально сделали. Шоу вечерние не очень. Бывает скучновато, но всегда можно вызвать такси и уехать в город.

The hotel is huge, making it easy to get lost. Dinner requires reservations, and the only slot we could get was for 9:30 PM in one of the halls, as all others were fully booked. We ate at the buffet for both days, and it was excellent. The buffet restaurant is located in the adjacent Royal Hall. The room's ambiance was great, but there were no sea-view rooms available when we checked in. The central air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy; we couldn't sleep the first night. We turned it off on the second night, and it wasn't hot or humid, so we slept very well.

Sooo... good hotel, great food. We stayed for 14 days so food is kinda repeating but it is still good quality. Now... mini bar in room is never ever going to be refilled. I needed to call them multiple times and still not get things inthere. For some reason they really dont want to do it. Stuff: some GREAT (huge shoutout for a few of the workers from the restaurant), while some are ignorant and dont even know their job. For instance, one morning at the breakfast buffet area the waitress said that they dont offer any other drink than black coffee??? Every day till then and after that one instance i was getting double espresso. All kn all, worth is. Btw be aware of the obese people

Mura hotel was located in Cancun Centro. We stayed one night before heading out to Cancun International Airport. The hotel was clean. It provided just the right facilities in amenities, including honey shampoo, and conditioner that I needed after swimming in the sea. The hot water and pressure of water was excellent after a long trip. The only recommendation we have is having a few more switches and plugs. Thank you!

The room was quite spacious, but clearly very old. Even with a 'sea view' room, if it's located in an unfavorable part of the building, you'll only catch a glimpse of the sea in the distance. The hotel's beach was spotless, no seaweed in sight, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was a buffet with a decent variety, though the taste was just average; my favorite dish, surprisingly, was the oatmeal cooked with milk.

It was an all-inclusive hotel for families. There are many types of restaurants and the food is delicious, so I was able to spend time without getting bored of the food. I was able to leave my luggage, change my clothes, and enjoy my meals before the check-in time, and I was grateful for the flexibility.
