Krystal Cancun

To start with, this wasn’t my first trip to Cancún, and I’d stayed at a few hotels there before—I’m talking about budget options that were still in good locations. This time, I chose Crystal Cancún; it was much more expensive than the other hotels, even though the difference in location wasn’t that significant. For some reason, when I booked the hotel, (Trip.com) it was listed as all-inclusive, but it turned out not to be. Upon arrival, the hotel asked me to pay an additional $600 USD for the all-inclusive package for 3 nights. The room I was staying in had a door leading to the neighboring room where other people were staying. It was open. There was absolutely no soundproofing. The window facing the street didn’t close tightly, so you could hear everything. But I’d like to give a special thanks to the staff and the housekeeping team. The service was excellent.

It’s really near the epicenter. Great location

This was the worst experience i paid for all inclusive .I tried to order 2 sandwiches for me and my quest .I was to that that was to much food .no swim up bar and the bartenders are rude and charge for semi premium alcohol .this was money that I could have kept .the food was horrible no meat offered at breakfast none.they don’t serve alcohol until after 11 am .if you are looking to party a little don’t go here you will be board out of your mind.worst vacation ever.

Simple but clean room. Would be nice if the bathrooms had ventilation. After my wife “goes”, the paint comes off the walls 😵‍💫😅

We had all inclusive ocean view room and it honestly was the only good thing, the food was bad, the drinks weren’t even strong. The pools close at 8 but they stop serving alcohol at 6pm so it didn’t make sense to us. We were there for 4 days and 3 nights and they only came to clean our room once and we had to request them to do it. I wanted to like it because of the location but I honestly don’t think I’ll be back. We had to go get food every day because the food was just so bad. Won’t be staying here again. Thank you.
