This place is perfect. Super close to the airport. Comfy bed, lovely staff and the breakfast so fresh and a wide variation. Id definitely stay here again.

Perfect hotel if you want to be close to the airport and also near Dolphin Beach. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped. They picked me up from the airport in the afternoon without any issues. On the negative side, I'd say they should also offer airport drop-offs in the afternoon, as it seems the airport shuttle is only available in the morning. Breakfast was very good.

This is a new hotel that offers great service to the airport. They even came back to get us when the shuttle had left and we had missed it. The rooms were very clean and the staff and service was so great to us while we were there.

Before my trip, I emailed the hotel requesting shuttle service and filled out the online form with my details and flight number as instructed. However, the hotel never arranged the pick-up and didn't provide any notification or response. This left us waiting at the airport for over two hours. We tried multiple ways to contact the hotel during this time, but the phone was constantly busy, emails went unanswered, and even the online chat on their official website couldn't help, simply telling us to try calling again. Ultimately, we couldn't reach the hotel at all. After waiting and failing to get in touch, we had no choice but to take a taxi to the hotel ourselves. Upon check-in, when we asked why we couldn't reach them and why the shuttle wasn't arranged, the staff was rude, merely stating they were too busy. The entire experience was very poor.
