Beautiful new hotel near Cancun airport with a lovely pool and a warm jacuzzi. Excellent dishes served with great professionalism and friendliness. The rooms are spotless and come with all comforts. Breakfast is included in the price, with plenty of fruit, pastries, and unlimited coffee.

I had mixed feelings about this hotel: -Very spacious room/suite and comfortable bed. -Nice places to hang out in the hotel with nice views. -Staff was very friendly But: -Poor isolation. We got awaken by loud music from neighbors’ tv at 6 AM. We heard everything as if the speakers were in our room. -Disappointing breakfast (only toast and fruits). Overall good experience, but could be better for a 4-star hotel.
