The room isn't huge, but it fits three beds. However, opening a suitcase can be a bit tricky. There's a small mini-pool on the second floor, perfect for younger kids. Every afternoon, there are free activities and complimentary drinks. About 80% of the guests are ********* tourists. Facilities: 4.5 stars Cleanliness: 4.5 stars Ambiance: 4.5 stars Service: There's a slim and sweet Japanese lady at the front desk who speaks excellent Chinese and is very enthusiastic about her service. Thumbs up! She's actually much more polite than some of the other Chinese staff at the front desk.

The room type is great, with a wet and dry separation, and a door between the bedroom and the washroom. The self-service area on the second floor is also convenient, offering tea bags, coffee, toiletries, and children's picture books. There's a 7-11 downstairs. The service is also excellent! There's also a temporary luggage storage area on the first floor.

The room is quite spacious, and it's one of the few places with a proper shower stall, which made showering very comfortable. The staff provided excellent service; during check-in, they thoroughly explained all the important details and the Wi-Fi password. The environment is pleasant, and the location is superb, just a few hundred meters from the Prefectural Office Monorail Station. It's also only a few hundred meters from Kokusai Street. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

A friend who stayed here before highly recommended it, even asking me to bring back the hotel's essential oils, and luckily, I managed to get some when they restocked. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's right across the street from the monorail station that comes directly from the airport. Walking to Kokusai Dori isn't too far either. The service was excellent, and I was lucky enough to encounter a friendly bespectacled woman who spoke Chinese (wearing a 'trainee' badge). She very enthusiastically informed me of all the important details. I appreciate that the entire hotel building is non-smoking, but it's thoughtful that they have a designated outdoor smoking area on the ground floor. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay here! Everything was great from start to finish. The room was clean and comfortable. We were happy with everything during our stay and really enjoyed our time here. Definitely a place I would recommend, and I would happily stay here again!

Taking the monorail makes travelling around the city super easy and time-saving, perfect for sightseeing and heading to popular attractions. The rooms are clean and tidy with complete facilities, and the staff offer warm and thoughtful service. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby too. This is hands down the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Okinawa. Conveniently located just 20 minutes from the airport and right next to the subway station, it’s incredibly easy to access. Plus, its proximity to the city center allowed us to walk to Kokusai Street in just 15 minutes—perfect for enjoying delicious food and great shopping! The breakfast was amazing, featuring unlimited hot pot and ice cream, all of the highest quality. But what really stood out was the outstanding service. During check-in, there was a group of middle school students—boys taking the stairs while girls waited for the elevator. The hotel staff efficiently prioritized guests for elevator access, handling the situation with professionalism and courtesy. We loved our stay so much that we’ll definitely be back here next time we visit Naha! Highly recommended!

Checked in on a typhoon day, the streets were completely deserted 🌪️, and all the restaurants were closed. But the hotel became our strongest support! I was worried we'd be stuck eating instant noodles in the storm, but the hotel really went into 'fan-favorite mode' 💗: ✅ Heartwarming rescue 🆘: They gave out free, steaming hot curry rice 🍛 in the lobby. For stranded travelers, that warm meal was a lifesaver! ✅ Unlimited refills: The Club Lounge was incredibly well-stocked! Not only did they have various juices 🧃 and alcoholic beverages 🍾, but also Okinawan must-tries like peanut tofu (Jiimami Tofu) and Blue Seal ice cream 🍦. I really want to emphasize: the desserts and hot food here truly comforted me ❤️

We enjoyed the fact that there were three mirrors in the room, a desk, and two chairs. The window was big and let in beautiful natural light. We found the lack of a water dispenser inconvenient. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had specks of mold/humidity spots in the top corner. The hotel lobby was gorgeous. The staff was extremely polite, kind, and helpful. They let us borrow a scale for our luggage overnight which alleviated our next travel day. The wall next to one of the beds had a weird substance that dried out, which we found slightly gross. There were many ports to charge our electronic devices, which was very convenient. The check-out process was very quick and seamless. The laundry did not wash our clothes properly our dry them properly. We did one wash and dry cycle, and as expected, our clothes did not dry properly. We then followed the instructions on the wall to run another dry cycle and our clothes mostly came out humid. The instructions in the laundry called us to not add our own detergent, as the machine dispenses its own. Unfortunately, when our clothes came out, they smelled like they had not bee washed. The layout of the hotel room was good.

Very nice design with loft theme. We love the room, come with everything, it's big enough and clean. In the bathroom you can try Marin & Goetz soap amd shampoo, they are good. At first, when you come to the hotel, it feels like you are in a meuseum coz it's got a unique decoration. The breakfast is also great, we're delight to add it, you wont be disappointed. Staff of so helpful and no problem with English. Car park is available for ¥1500, not a bad deal but I just think it'd be free for customers.
