Great
Cchloe_ccThe bathroom isn't separated into wet and dry areas, which is a bit odd. There's no humidifier or air purifier in the room. I booked a twin room, but it was so small that the two beds were practically pushed together.
Cleanliness: Just average. The carpet and sofa even had some dirt on them.
Service: Non-existent.
Location: It's a bit far from Kokusai Dori! If you don't want to be constantly traveling back and forth, I wouldn't recommend this place. For over a thousand a night, this hotel is overpriced and not worth it! You'd be better off staying at the Hilton next door. This was a poor choice.

GGuest UserLove the excellent location which is just 5 mins walk to Makishi Station and Kokusaidori Shopping street. There's family mart and Cargoes supermarket at L1 and linked to car park. The room is clean and consider spacious. We can choose either to make up room or change towels every day. It would be good if hotel can also provides shower cap. The staff are friendly and helpful. I think it deserves as a 4 stars hotel instead of 3 stars as it exceeded our expectations.
貓貓貓蟲I had a wonderful stay at The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Naha during my trip to Okinawa this May. The hotel is incredibly modern, clean, and beautifully designed.
The location is a major plus it's highly accessible, making it seamless to travel around Naha or head out for day trips. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and offer a fantastic view of the city. I especially loved the contemporary aesthetic and the thoughtful amenities provided. The staff were professional, polite, and made check-in and check-out a breeze.
Whether you're visiting for leisure or a relaxing urban getaway, this hotel is a top tier choice in Naha. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!
GGuest UserBasic breakfast variety.
Great location near to Kokusai street, many restaurants around.
Staffs are nice and helpful, thank you a front dest staff, Itoh san, she can speak very good English, smile like the sun shining.
Hotel connecting with a Tokyo famous restaurant “Moss” with pretty good fine dining with reasonable price, good to visit if your schedule not too rush, enjoy a 2 hours relaxing dinner there, you could taste Okinawa local fresh ingredients.
Swimming pool is small, and you can swimming with flowers and leaves.
Remember no mid night car parking, please enter earlier in the first parking get ticket for a day, count 15:00-11:00, ¥1500 per day. Nearby lowest rate is ¥900 per night.
DdaitauchoiWith such competitive price for 3 adults / 3 beds in one room I highly recommend you to pick this hotel when you stay in Naha. The hotel provides private car park lot and costs you only ¥1000 per day. The mono rail station is right next to the hotel. There is a big Donki super store one block behind. If you do not wish to take expensive breakfast at the hotel, there is a 24H Yoshinoya at the back street next to the hotel. It is also very close to the fresh market to enjoy sashimi and raw fish, also close to the tourist public market and Kokusai-dori! It is very convenient for us to return our car to the rental before we go back to the airport too! Will definitely book again when we revisit Naha!

VvvvankoSticking to my principle of 'new over old,' I ultimately chose this hotel in the city center. 'The Nest,' newly opened in 2025, cost only 1700+ for 3 nights during the off-peak season – incredible value for money!
📍 **Location**
It's about an 18-minute walk to Kokusai Dori, and roughly a 5-minute walk to Asahibashi monorail station. Naha Bus Terminal is about a 10-minute walk away. The transportation is very convenient, which is a huge plus for us since we couldn't drive.
🛌 **Room Amenities**
We booked a triple room. One of the beds was a sofa bed, allowing two adults and one child to sleep undisturbed. The bathroom had a three-way separation design with a shower area – it was my first time staying in a Japanese hotel without a bathtub! 😂 The room's downsides were, firstly, no wardrobe, just a hanging rack, and secondly, only a small coffee table, so storage space was very limited.
🏊 **Hotel Facilities**
There's an open-air swimming pool on the hotel's top floor, with drinks offered at specific times. It was too cold for us to try it out, but it seems many people choose this hotel specifically for the pool.
🧩 **Nearby Facilities**
There are three convenience stores nearby – Lawson and 7-Eleven – making it very convenient to stock up on snacks. The famous Jack's Steak House is also in the vicinity.
📝 **Other Notes**
When checking in, they provided amenities for children (toothbrush, toothpaste, and a scrubbing sponge 🧽). We stayed for three nights in total, and housekeeping services were not provided for those three nights. Every day before heading out, we'd leave our trash and used towels outside our door for collection. When we returned, fresh towels and water would be waiting for us at the door.

GGuest UserHoshino City Business Hotel: The interior decor and layout are very consistent. For a room type designed for three people, it's a bit cramped. They offer city tours and local cultural exchange activities. If you're looking to break away from the typical Japanese business hotel experience, this is definitely worth trying.

CcanarypThe photo shows the view from my room.
The room was okay—simple but comfortable, and it had a large bed which was great for a good night’s sleep. However, there were a few inconveniences. The TV remote control was in Japanese, which made it difficult to use, especially for someone not familiar with the language. Another downside was the parking situation. There was no free parking available, so I had to pay for the car park each day, which added to the overall cost of the stay. While the room met basic expectations, a few small improvements could have made the experience much better.

CChongshengchongshengI was very disappointed to find out upon check-in that the complimentary beer, which was mentioned in the reviews, has not been available since October. Also, 2500 JPY per person for breakfast is way too expensive, so we decided not to book it.
AAnonymous UserIt’s surrounded by massage parlours but felt quite safe. Can walk to the busy part of Naha in about 15 minutes. The only reason I’d stay here again is if I wanted to onsen. That was the biggest draw for me. There wasn’t much customer service. Check in with a computer. Same with check out. We had a small Honda N box and they said it’s too tall for their car park. They provided a list of nearby car parks. Again not much service there.
