AAlyseChukzThe environment, location, and design are all pretty good. The only downside is that the pillows in the room aren't very comfortable. There's a shopping mall, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, so it's quite convenient. It's also not too far from the train station; you can get there directly by taking the overhead bridge. The large public bath requires going nude, which I couldn't bring myself to do, so I didn't go.

AAnonymous UserWe booked a 27-square-meter twin room, and it was very comfortable for a family of three. There was still plenty of space to move around even after opening our large suitcases. Since we have a one-year-old baby, the hotel thoughtfully pushed the twin beds together and against the wall beforehand, which was very considerate. The hand soap and shampoo provided by the hotel were of good quality and pleasant to use. There were also many free disposable toiletries available for self-service in the lobby, which was very convenient. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day as long as we put the blue sign outside our door before 10 AM. The hotel's location is close to the tram station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

KKas1Hotel Strata Naha in Okinawa impresses with its nicely designed building, comfortable twin rooms, and large balconies.
However, the overall experience falls short.
The internet is fast when it works, but the signal is patchy.
The breakfast spread is high quality, yet the coffee offered is disappointingly poor in taste.
The smart TV never worked despite complaints, with no standard TV channels available.
Additionally, light cleaning service the next day upon arrival didnât include making the beds, which felt lacking.
The ladies at the reception would benefit of English language training.
Overall, the stay was good but needs improvement in these small yet important details to live up to its potential

GGuest UserPros: The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Tsubogawa Station, which is four monorail stops from the airport. It's in the same building as a Don Quijote supermarket, with a direct back entrance to the supermarket on the second floor, which is incredibly handy. The front desk lobby is very spacious, and they offer complimentary coffee and Okinawan specialty liquor. There's also a beautiful fountain outside the lobby.
Cons: The breakfast selection was very limited, and by the end, I found myself running out of things to eat.

VVCHRThe room here was average-sized but comfortable enough to fit a few large luggage and still have decent walkable space. I was lucky enough to be placed right beside the vending machine and ice making machine. The vending machine worked well and had no problems of running out of change or drinks. The bathroom was okay, although a bit narrow it had a bathtub and had all the essentials. We were also provided coffee/tea pods for the provided capsule machine. The cleanliness was okay as it did have some stains on the bathtub corners but thatâs usually the case in most hotel bathtubs.
Overall, it was what you would expect from a well-known chain and it does its job when it comes to the price point it is at. The staff was good and there was also a self-service welcome drink corner providing the local Okinawan coral roast.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is super convenient! It's just a 5-minute walk straight from the West Exit of Asahibashi Monorail Station, and there are two convenience stores within a minute's walk. The hotel itself is brand new and spotless. They don't clean the rooms for the first three days, but you just leave your trash and used towels outside your door, and the staff will hang fresh towels in a reusable bag on your doorknob. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was good too.

AAnonymous UserItâs surrounded by massage parlours but felt quite safe. Can walk to the busy part of Naha in about 15 minutes. The only reason Iâd stay here again is if I wanted to onsen. That was the biggest draw for me. There wasnât much customer service. Check in with a computer. Same with check out. We had a small Honda N box and they said itâs too tall for their car park. They provided a list of nearby car parks. Again not much service there.
