3-Star Hotels in Naha

The room was spotless, the location was incredibly convenient, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was decent, and the hotel price was very reasonable. Definitely worth a five-star rating! Okinawa is also a beautiful place, worth another visit!

The hotel is right next to Kokusai Street, and there's a Family Mart downstairs. They change towels daily, and the rooms offer a private space. The shower rooms require a code to enter, which feels very secure. There's a washing machine for 300 Yen and a dryer for 100 Yen for 30 minutes. Laundry detergent costs 50 Yen per pod. The soundproofing isn't great, but for the price, having a private space is well worth it. There are separate male and female toilets on each floor.

Great Staff And The Breakfast Was So Good. One Issue for me is that I booked because of the On Sen . But was not allowed to use it, even if my small tattoo was covered. That should be mentioned Before booking.

I stayed at Hotel Androoms Naha Port on 15 April 2026. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, and the location is good. However, I had a very bad experience due to the hotel’s parking management. During check-in, I clearly informed the front desk that I had a car and pointed out where I parked (behind the hotel). The staff confirmed that it was the hotel’s parking area. Shortly after going to my room, the same staff knocked on my door and asked me to come down, saying I might have parked in someone else’s lot. Only after calling me down did they then ask for my car plate number, meaning they had not even confirmed whether the car belonged to me before approaching me. It turned out I was directed to park in a private lot. I immediately apologized to the owner and was ready to move my car, but I was told I needed to pay a ¥30,000 penalty. The signage was extremely unclear, poorly lit, and partially blocked, making it impossible to see at night. More importantly, this situation was caused by incorrect information given by the hotel staff. The parking lot owner told me this was the 8th time this has happened with hotel guests, which shows this is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved. The situation remained unresolved for nearly 1 hour. As no agreement was reached, the hotel decided to call the police to handle the matter. After police intervention and discussions with all parties, the hotel eventually paid ¥30,000 to the parking lot owner, and the matter was resolved after almost 2 hours. Despite all this, there was no apology or service recovery, and I was still charged the parking fee. This was a simple issue that could have been prevented with clear signage or proper staff training, but it escalated unnecessarily and caused significant stress on the last night of my trip. Overall, the room is good, but due to this experience, I would not recommend staying here if you are driving.

Review of Japavista Casa De Boss, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. Like this one in Okinawa, I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Japavista Cass De Boss for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Modern Electronics: The villa was equipped with an impressive array of modern electronics, including a Dyson vacuum, air purifier, dehumidifier, Harman Kardon speaker, LG clothing purifier, SodaStream, and a coffee capsule machine, elevating the stay with high-tech convenience. • Spacious Layout: The villa was comfortably spacious, perfectly suited for 4 people for a relaxed group stay. • Clean Environment: The villa was generally very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. • Free Parking: Convenient free parking right at the ground floor made it easy for us to come and go, especially with a rental car. • Nice View with Balcony: The balcony offered a beautiful view, just as advertised, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. • Basic Cooking Ingredients: The kitchen included essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, which was a thoughtful touch for preparing simple meals. • Private and quiet surroundings: Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Aging and Dirty Sofa: The sofa looked worn and dirty, to the point where I hesitated to sit on it, which detracted from the overall comfort of the living area. • Faulty Stove: The stove frequently beeped due to a lack of gas, making cooking frustrating and disrupting the kitchen experience. • Used Dishwashing Sponge: The dishwashing sponge wasn’t brand new, which felt unhygienic. A fresh sponge should be provided for each new guest to ensure a clean start.

The hotel is just one stop away from Naha Airport (TK2) and a 7-8 minute walk. Be warned, there's a big hill, so it can be a bit challenging with luggage, but fine if it's not raining. The closest Yui Rail station is Kenchō-mae, about an 11-minute walk. The 3rd floor is the smoking floor, with all other floors being non-smoking. If you book late, you might only get a smoking room. I stayed in rooms 1113 and 435 – 11th floor definitely offers better views and is quieter, so I recommend booking there. I didn't think the breakfast was worth it; the buffet lunch, which starts at 11:30 AM, is better value and tastier. There's no welcome drink in the lobby, nor a public bath or hot spring. They do offer free luggage storage. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which is a better schedule than traditional Japanese hotels – highly recommend! Good points • Facing Kokusai-dori, it had good access to tourist spots. It's convenient to go anywhere and is an ideal base for sightseeing. • Good value for money, we were able to stay comfortably while keeping accommodation costs down. Concerns • The shower room had a limescale smell, and it would have been better if it had been cleaned a little better. • As it was along Kokusai-dori, it was noisy at night. I think it would be more comfortable if they took measures such as improving the soundproofing of the curtains.

The reception and hotel are in separate locations. Parking spaces must be reserved in advance; otherwise, the hotel has a paid parking lot. No distilled water is available. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Extra time will incur a fee of ¥1000 per hour.

Although the location is in a weathered area, it does not affect safety at all. On the contrary, it is very lively. The room is quite adequate and there is a dryer. The room design is good. You can watch TV while taking a bath. The only thing you should pay attention to is Yes, it is a self-service check-in. There are two tablet computers at the small door after entering the entrance. Please note that they do not have a counter. Don't go to the restaurant at the entrance to ask, they will not be happy.

The location is OK, if there are curtains in the window, you can see the shadow from the outside. It is a bit strange. There is no table and stool inside. You can cook and eat, but you don’t know where to eat after cooking.. For us, the TV cabinet and TV are useless, but there is a small space to sit in.
