XXiaoyekudingThe room is large, with modern decoration style. The reception is full of handsome guys, and the service is warm and thoughtful! It is close to Milan Cathedral and shopping malls! There is a local gourmet restaurant opposite the hotel, and the breakfast is delicious!

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Overall, it was clean and hygienic, offering excellent value for money. YYT2611Bring mama for our first Milan trip. It is super comfy hotel. We have a very good sleep. We arrive around 11am, there is empty room and the staff let us to early check in. Really appreciate. Room is clean and smell good. And to lady, the hair dryer is okay to use.
There is no kettle and slipper inside room but they provide upon request.

There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is great for daily meals and shopping. The lobby is clean and spacious, with a simple yet elegant design that creates a lovely atmosphere. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. They patiently answered all my questions and even offered thoughtful services like luggage storage, making the entire experience very comfortable.

GGuest UserLocation is great, close to the Milano Central station. I tried a couple of restaurants around the hotel, it was very nice.
Hotel room is too warm for us, we cannot adjust the temperature in our room. The staff said the temperature is not adjustable as set by the government. Luckily, the window is openable, we got some cool air from outside.

EElenaIt is very mice hotel. The workers was so friendly and help us with a tickets concert, without extra charge. The locations is perfect, 15 min aways from the Duomo by metro and 8 min away from Navigli by foot.

Wwill423The room was quite spacious, but the facilities were just average. The hotel's location is a bit too out of the way. For the price, getting such a large room offers decent value for money, though. There's a Conad City supermarket nearby, about a 10-minute walk. The hotel is very close to the S2 train station; it's right outside the exit. However, if you need to get to the M3 subway station, it's a much longer walk, probably around 15 minutes.

At first, I was a bit unsure after seeing a review mentioning bed bugs — but honestly, I think that may have just been a one-off or a disgruntled guest. Everyone gets them! Personally, I had no issues at all.
The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. I didn’t make it to breakfast during my stay, but I did catch a glimpse one morning on my way out — and it looked absolutely delicious.
The room itself was clean, comfortable, and cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. The only minor letdown was that the safe wasn’t working — we were told it would be fixed, but unfortunately it wasn’t during our stay.
Other than that, everything else was spot on. Big shout-out to the cleaning staff — they did a fantastic job.
