Amazing
NNellialeksvery beautiful and spacious hotel with hospitable staff. The hotel is very beautifully decorated for Christmas, the atmosphere of a cozy holiday did not leave the entire period of stay in the hotel. Breakfasts are delicious, of course the most delicious pastries) I think we will use this hotel for our next trips

FFiFiChanThis is our second time staying here, and it's been wonderful! The location is hard to beat, so close to Milan Centrale and it's where most of the day trips meet in the morning. Our kids love the pool and the gym, a good way to spend the late afternoon after all the sightseeing and shopping. The shuttle bus service has also saved us a lot of taxi money and time. Definitely a hotel to recommend to those coming to Milan!

LLoudibainiuChoose a hotel room carefully; you won't be happy with a room facing the wrong direction. However, after some discussion, the change was relatively normal. Location is the main advantage. If location isn't a concern, I'd also stay at the Belmond, which I think offers a better overall resort atmosphere. But the rooms are just so-so. Overall, it's a safe stay. The experience wasn't particularly outstanding. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was decent enough. I tried both breakfast and late-night snacks in the room, and they were both terrible... The bar with the view was the best option. The concierge recommended a new opera, which was also okay. But the overall service to Chinese people was mediocre. We always had to wait the longest for the water taxi, even though we were the first to call. So, after initially tipping generously, I was already getting angry...

GGuest UserFor a hotel that costs more than 10,000 per night, it is quite average. The room is not small and the decoration is relatively new. However, due to the small scale of the hotel, many public facilities are missing. The hotel has no lobby, just a small public area at the entrance. There is no swimming pool or spa. The breakfast is really shocking, with bread and packaged snacks purchased from outside, or you can order them separately for an extra fee, and there are very few varieties.

GGuest UserShopping is very convenient near the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Milan. The hotel service is courteous. Because I forgot to bring an adapter plug, they even gave me a plug to use. The room is very well-equipped. The room I chose this time also has a terrace. The surrounding view is very good. Next I will choose this hotel again.

GGuest UserMilan is generally average I have always been more in favor of hotels on the small luxury hotel list. I had a great time staying at TomTom in Istanbul before, but I didn't expect this hotel to disappoint me. I feel that five stars are a bit reluctant, and four stars may be more appropriate. First of all, the bathroom is very bad, and the bath water will be all over the floor. Secondly, the toilet is too high, and a person who is 170cm tall will have his feet hanging in the air 😂It feels like the toilet will collapse at any time😂 The environment around the hotel is average, a bit dirty and messy. The advantage is that this is the only hotel that provides slippers at present, which is very good.

HheakyIt's not too far from Milan's city center, but it's a bit off the ZTL, making it convenient for a car trip. The metro is right next door, making it convenient to use. As it's an older building, the facilities are a bit dated, but the newly renovated rooms are decent. However, there's a slight smell in the hallways. There's a parking lot right behind the hotel, and you can park for €2 per hour with a hotel-issued voucher. The breakfast was also adequate and good.

SShanghaiqiushuzhenPros: The room was upgraded to premium, the hotel and the room smelled good, the minibar and refrigerator were free, a pad could control the entire room, the breakfast was rich with both cold and hot dishes, the service was very friendly and they would remember the guest's name to greet them, and the club sandwich from the room service was more delicious than expected! Cons: No HBO, the switch on the wall in the room was too bright and affected my sleep at night, and there was no hook at the door of the shower room, which was inconvenient to put towels.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a certain sense of design and is relatively new. But there are obvious bad: First, there is no quilt cover, there is a sheet inside and outside the quilt, but the fabric of the quilt is very slippery, and there are three layers of skewers a night. Once the sheets were obviously stained, but fortunately I saw it on the spot and asked the waiter to change it. Second, arrived on Saturday and Sunday, no laundry service? ! Third, the room type we lived in, the TV hung on the wall in the house, just coming down from the bed to block the road.

GGuest UserThis hotel embodies the unique European concept of a 'small luxury hotel.' Its location is absolutely superb, right next to the Duomo and the Galleria in Milan. At night, after the crowds disperse, you can enjoy the stunning dome all to yourself under the quiet lights – the view is incredible directly from your room. From the reception area to the corridors, the rooms, and the restaurant, there's a pervasive artistic atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to my next stay.
