BinglvchaI stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is a bit far from the old town, but the city isn't that big, and public transportation is convenient with a metro and bus station nearby. Slippers are provided in the room, and there's a small fridge (unfortunately empty), but nothing else. The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom is also very large and roomy. The TV is only about 30 inches, which is uncommon for hotels nowadays, but thankfully, everyone just uses their phones, so I never turned on the TV. The breakfast was good, with smoked salmon and a chef making omelets, but there was only one vegetarian hot dish, which I guess is typical for Europe.

JoeInChinaHarry's Home Wein Millennium Tower was a nice hotel stay for me. The location was good, next to the Danube river and right above a shopping mall. Also, was only a 3 minute walk to the metro train into the city center (or other places in Vienna).
The front desk young woman was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel, and my room were clean and spacious. Several big windows had a nice view out. I did not eat the hotel breakfast due to my personal time schedule, but there is a large grocery store directly below the hotel that is open from 7:40 am until 8 pm that was good. Also, right outside the hotel entrance/exit you can take the skywalk in the mall across to the mall foodcourt with several options.
I felt the hotel was a good value for the money, and much cheaper than staying in the city center of Vienna. I was able to take the metro and tram into that area in about 25 minutes or so. Overall, I was pleased with the staff, the location, my room, etc and I would stay there again if I am back in Vienna.

Guest UserThe location is truly excellent, right inside the Central Station. There are all sorts of supermarkets, restaurants, beauty stores, DM drugstores, and sportswear shops. The Anker bakery being open during the holidays was an absolute lifesaver.
The room comes with basic kitchenware, perfect for cooking noodles or heating up microwave meals. The laundry room on the second basement level costs 4.3 euros per wash, and drying is another 2-something euros. You need to download the app beforehand and link your credit card, and you can even reserve a machine in advance.

Leong Kee KwongI stay in this hotel for 6 nights, generally the room is clean, but room cleaning service is slow, some day after I left hotel in the morning and return around 4pm but room was not clean…
The room seems do not have heater as maximum temperature is 25C, no heat mode…
One safety concern is the door mechanical lock was not working to my opinion as when we lock it manually/mechanically, we still able to open the door from outside with room key, feedback to reception but their feedback is this is normal, it can use room key to open the door even door is mechanically shut inside….
Generally the reception is not as friendly/ helpful, probably
On the other hand, the location is very good, walking distance to Vienna main train station and city train, convenient to go any place of interest.

Guest UserThe hotel’s location is brilliant, right by the river. A reasonable walk from all the main sites in the centre but also a short walk away from public transport (tram, subway) if you prefer. The airport bus is just across the bridge - was very convenient. The staff were super friendly and helpful, offering me coffee and answering any questions I had. I asked for a room on a higher floor, and got one on the 7th floor which had decent views of the city. The room itself was perfect size, not too small and was clean. The bed was very comfortable! Good value for a 4* - I would highly recommend :)

Guest User★Overall Rating
If I visit Vienna again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. I was truly impressed by both its excellent location and the outstanding service provided by the staff.
★Location
The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Stephansplatz, where many of Vienna’s major attractions are located.
From the hotel, you can easily walk to famous sights such as St. Stephen’s Cathedral, St. Peter’s Church, the Vienna State Opera, and Hofburg Palace. In my opinion, it would be difficult to find a hotel with a better location than this.
★Room
The room was very clean and well maintained.
From my window, I had a view of the Donner Fountain, which was a lovely bonus.
One minor issue was that the shower area could not be completely closed, so water often splashed onto the floor around the toilet and sink.
In addition, the shampoo and hand soap dispensers were quite difficult to press, so you may prefer to bring your own toiletries.
I’m not sure whether they came in through the open window, but I noticed around eight small insects in the room during my stay.
★Service
The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
Although I arrived about three hours before the official check-in time, they kindly allowed me to check in early and rest in my room.
They also patiently explained how to get from the train station to the airport.
One of the Asian housekeeping staff members greeted me warmly with a smile whenever we passed each other in the hallway.
When I found insects in my room, a housekeeping staff member came to assist me. She kindly said, “If you have any problems, please don’t hesitate to call us anytime.” Her response was thoughtful and greatly appreciated.
The hotel also provided complimentary treats in the room, including Manner wafers, Coca-Cola, and apple juice, which was a nice touch.

pipimiThe listing said there was a bathtub, but my room didn't have one. The room photos also showed rooms with only a shower, so it might be that rooms are assigned randomly. If you really want a bathtub, it's probably a good idea to note it in the special requests section. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and it had a fridge. There are also lots of supermarkets nearby, which was a plus.

Verified Member🏨🚇🥐🧼🏙️ I think the hotel is in a very well-connected area. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the main bus and train terminal and just a short metro ride into Old Town for all your sightseeing needs.
The room was spacious with solid housekeeping and a clean, well-kept bathroom. No complaints regarding cleanliness — everything was taken care of. One thing to note is that the hotel is massive. We were given the very last room at the end of a long corridor, which meant it took nearly five minutes to walk to the elevator. So when you check in, I recommend asking for a room closer to the elevator, otherwise it can be a bit of a hassle going back and forth.
Something that left a bad taste was only being told at checkout that breakfast would be charged as an extra. My honest tip is that if you do decide to have breakfast, just don’t mention it. With the number of guests they manage, it’s unlikely they’ll track who actually showed up at the buffet. The breakfast itself was average — your typical hotel spread. The eggs tasted a bit off, but I made it work with multiple cappuccinos from the machine, plus some sausages and toast to fill up.
Overall, nothing fancy, but probably great value considering how expensive Vienna can be. Most importantly, the hotel is very well connected to public transit, with a metro station just a five-minute walk away. That line has frequent trains to and from Old Town, which made sightseeing super convenient.
I’ll probably stay here again, though I don’t think the breakfast is worth the price, and I do wish they had been more upfront about the cost from the beginning.

Pavlo S.
Great location, nice hotel near the old town. It also has a 24-hour bar, which comes in handy when all the establishments in the area are closed but you need to sit with friends. The rooms also have Marshal speakers, you can listen to music, I have never seen anything like this.

U38066Good design concept, with very well located apart next to the metro and trams, also with walking distance to HBF.
Superclean!
Good staff for cooking.
The big inconvenience has been that there is only one auto check-in machine and it didn't work at 14:00 when everyone was there to try to allocate. The on-line check-in works but doesn't provides any QR thoufh their text claims so (all the ten persons there had the same situation). And the rooms were finally available at 14:20, only then the machine started to delivee keys.
I will be back and hope this swlf-service peoblem no longwr exists.
