3-Star Hotels in Vienna

It’s a new hotel in an apartment style where they only clean and restore everything if you stay longer than a week. Nevertheless everything is perfect, we booked a 2 bedroom apartment it come with a full equipped kitchen even with a dishwasher! Location was ideal, you are very close to stephanplatz and a lots of restaurant , bar, groceries store nearby. Bus and train stations are just a 10 mins walk from the hotel. Worth 5 stars and we will definitely come back!

The first room had an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but the staff were very friendly and immediately gave us a new room when we reported it. Breakfast had plenty of choices. I was driving and the Hotel Parking was easy with an underground car park. Also Easy to reach public transports

The room was clean and comfortable, with everything one could need: a kitchen, fridge, a clean bathroom, and air conditioning. Downstairs, there's a subway station, supermarket, and restaurants, making transportation very convenient. I had a wonderful time there and highly recommend it. The self check-in and check-out option was a huge plus for me. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and if I come to Vienna again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

I highly recommend booking the half-board option. The food was absolutely fantastic and well worth the price. Breakfast and dinner are served at Günter's, located on the hotel's ground floor. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, but I've definitely stayed in worse. The carpets are dirty, the elevator can sometimes be inadequate, and there are no restrooms in the lobby. The air conditioning worked in three out of four rooms, with one being faulty. There's also not much seating area in the lobby. Other than that, I can easily say it's a good choice. It's a true value-for-money hotel, and the tram stop is right outside.

Convenient location, 1 min from train station. The staff are incredibly friendly. Their brand positioning is more like efficient and neat. Very easy check in process. While they have many self check in machines, the staff would come assist you if there’s no other customers waiting for them. There’s not much facility in the room. Not even tea bags are provided and if you need hot water, you needa get it in the lobby. Suitable for transiting but not long stay.

The hotel conviently located next to the Wien central station. Room is big, however really bad internet connection. There is no kettle in the room, but you can borrow from the front desk. Staffs are nice, you can store your suitcase at the hotel. The beds are very comfortable, however, only has fan in the room. We only stayed 1 night which works fine for us.

Excellent hotel for its price. I was positively surprised that even breakfast was included! And it was delicious- eggs, cheese, ham, yogurt, desserts, fruit, even cacao! Staff was very friendly, room quite clean & enough for 1 person. No problems with hot water. Stable wifi. Shower gel & shampoo provided, but not of high quality, I preferred to use mine. Unfortunately, no water of tea pot available for free at the hotel, but near reception you can find a coffee machine for 2 eur drink. Also you can order a teapot for 5 eur in your room. It was quite calm in the hotel, though I could hear voices from the nearest room. There was a problem with the safe: it was locked when I arrived, the personnel could open it at first, because there were no keys. In the evening they opened it, then I just closed the door to put my code, but it turned out to be closed again...and I didn't know the code, of course. So I didn't use it. But it would be better if you have an updated instruction how to use it, current is not valid. Though the staff told me I could leave smth at the reception if I would like. The district is great - shops, cafés just around the corner. 5 mins walk to the nearest metro station, 15 mins to Rathaus. I easily got to the city center by foot.

Because I lived in a hotel in Europe for the first time, I was accustomed to the domestic habits and did not bring slippers. As a result, the restaurant did not provide it. Without the converter, the result was not provided by the restaurant, so I bought a difference of 12.9 euros. Ok! If you live in a European hotel, you must bring the necessary items, otherwise you will have a bad point. The distance from the Schönbrunn Palace is not there, but there is no breakfast shop. We had to go to the Golden Arch in one subway station and then to the Schönbrunn Palace in the subway. The hotel is very quiet, the morning is the window, wake us up.

It was a pleasant stay but you can really hear the people from the other room. I hope they can solve this. Sometimes, I wake up from people shouting in the nearby rooms. Good this is, it right next to the bus and tram station so you can you anywhere right away.

Friendly staff! But amenities are poor. There are no slippers in the room and furniture is dusty. There is a strange smell in the room. Overall, ok for price. Located far from the center, you need to take a train and walk for 10-15 minutes
