3-Star Hotels in Jakarta

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. Throughout our stay, every member of the team was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any request. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, providing a great night’s sleep after long days of exploring the city. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly each day, and we appreciated the attention to detail. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including local dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, and hot meals. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured everything was constantly replenished. The hotel’s location was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, and popular attractions, making it easy to get around without spending too much time on transportation. Despite being in a convenient area, the hotel remained quiet and peaceful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center. Both were clean, well-maintained, and never felt overcrowded. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable throughout the property, which was especially helpful for staying connected with family and handling a few work-related tasks. What impressed us most was the level of hospitality. The staff genuinely seemed to care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Small gestures, such as offering local recommendations and checking whether we needed anything during our stay, made a significant difference. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, convenient location, and outstanding facilities made our trip even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really liked this quaint little boutique hotel and its location. I would’ve given it 5 out of 5 had it not been for my extremely poor experience in their restaurant/ bar.  The staff are lazy and inattentive. Constantly on their phones with heads down, more interested in the content on their phones than what they are there for… to work.  The point that really tipped me, was when I ordered a coffee one morning, it was 35k, the next morning I hand the older male there 50k expecting to receive 15k change. After 30 minutes I asked a girl about my change as he had disappeared. She smiled and laughed as I believe her English wasn’t the best and she did not understand. She said she would follow up. After 20 mins I went back to her and made her understand I was not happy at all. A few minutes later she came back to me with 10k. I asked about the other 5k and she chuckled and smiled , still not understanding what I meant.  Upon check out I pointed out my disappointment with reception and asked for management follow up and I am still waiting.  It’s not the 15k or 5k, I could not care less. But when a staff member assumes they can keep the change is dishonest, given how lazy the staff actually were, I was going to give it to him anyway, but do not assume the change is yours to keep.  Whilst I really liked the hotel and the shower was awesome, I am extremely disappointed that management have not taken the time to reach out to me. Don’t get me wrong, this is not about 5k but about the honesty of staff and the integrity of management to follow up on a point of feedback  based upon this I would probably not stay here again, nor make recommendation of the restaurant/bar.

The hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes. Cleanliness is fairly acceptable. However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient. The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression. I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings. The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in. There were also some minor disappointments: No tissue was provided in the room. My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties. Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated. Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

The service of front desk are okay Room were quite dark not like how i thought would be from the photos. And for cleanliness hope they could give it more attention the first night our towel smells too much of bleach and then the bathroom got alot of mold in the blinds and rust almost every corners if only they could give those more attention then the room will be very good and would reccomend Also for amenities only got toothbrush and the hairdryer needed to ask from frontdesk whilst the air very slow

I had a really enjoyable stay at Asyana Kemayoran Jakarta. From the moment I arrived, the overall experience was excellent and the hotel immediately gave me a comfortable and welcoming impression. The cleanliness of the room and public areas was impressive, and everything was well maintained, neat, and pleasant throughout my stay. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to access different places around Jakarta. The facilities provided by the hotel were complete and useful, and I especially appreciated how comfortable and relaxing the overall atmosphere was. The room itself was cozy, clean, and suitable for a comfortable overnight stay. The service was another highlight of my experience. The staff were friendly, professional, helpful, and responsive whenever I needed assistance. They made the stay feel more enjoyable and made me feel well taken care of as a guest. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Asyana Kemayoran Jakarta. The combination of excellent cleanliness, a convenient location, good facilities, and friendly service made this a pleasant experience. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to couples or travelers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Jakarta.

I stay at this hotel almost seminggu sekali. All the staff sangatttt ramah including the security. Quality dari kamarnya ya sesuai aja sama harganya. Its a perfect place kalo butuh tempat stay yang cuma untuk tidur. Tapi the plus point is ada karaoke night & live music seminggu sekali (utk hari pastinya bisa cek di IG nya hrsnya), ada rooftop resto juga & makanannya lumayan enak, i will recommend a nasi goreng kampung for u, with extra cabe potong yah. Tapi enaknya sih makannya di kamar krn entah gimana kl makan di restonya dtgnya lumayan lama

The 101 Hotel is in a great location, not far from the National Monument of Indonesia. We walked there three times, and it only took about ten minutes each way. The hotel restaurant food was very good. Their manager even asked if the food was tasty and if the service was satisfactory. We gave them two suggestions: first, the mung bean porridge was too sweet and needed less sugar; second, the air conditioning was too strong, making it chilly if you were wearing shorts and a t-shirt. Both suggestions were taken on board, and they improved things by breakfast the next day. The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic. It's a really good hotel.

The hotel is delicious and comfortable, but at noon because there is a caroke downstairs so there is a little bus loop. But it can still be tolerated.

Everything was beautiful, really comfortable. The staff are very attentive, and the stay was lovely. The breakfast was very complete and the location perfect.

Luckily we only stay 1 night. The whole building is smell of cigarettes. Anyone can smoke inside the building including in the room. Very noisy at night. You can hear people chatting laughing all night long in the room and we barely can sleep. Other else, the lady receptionist is helpful and nice, also its nearby to Chinatow. Other than that you might want to consider staying here unless you don’t mind the noise and the alley is dangerous at night.
