I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. The bed was excellent, providing a great night’s sleep after long days of exploring the city. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly each day, and we appreciated the attention to detail. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including local dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, and hot meals. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured everything was constantly replenished. The hotel’s location was another major advantage. The hotel is located in the HXC building, with a convenience store and restaurants downstairs, offering great convenience. The room was clean and comfortable, though the towels were a bit old. The TV couldn't stream digital content, but they provided eco-friendly water bottles for drinking water. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast selection is quite varied and generally good. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

A fantastic stay from start to finish. This was my first time staying here, and it certainly won’t be my last. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, the room was spacious, the bathroom was surprisingly large, and the amenities were excellent. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The only small hiccup was that housekeeping forgot to refill the shower gel, but it was quickly overlooked because everything else exceeded my expectations. I didn’t have breakfast as I don’t usually eat much in the morning, so I can’t comment on the dining experience. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

Went here for staycation. The room double bed room was clean cozy but a bit dim. Bathroom, water pressure good. The hotel itself is very charming with gym, pool, rooftop bar, cafe and parking. Hotel staff are professional and kind. Location of the hotel is near CP mall for your shopping and various cafes, restaurants, and indomaret/alfamart for 24 hour convenience store options. 9/10

The rooms are ok but the wall is very thin, i could hear the next room TV sound coming to my room the whole night. Not good..... Room condition is average and the tap etc is shaky and most things are just very basic.

The hotel is delicious and comfortable, but at noon because there is a caroke downstairs so there is a little bus loop. But it can still be tolerated.

Everything was beautiful, really comfortable. The staff are very attentive, and the stay was lovely. The breakfast was very complete and the location perfect.

There was a renovation and the staff already warned us it will be noisy start from 8am. And we just got the only room available on the lobby floor (no info earlier, when we got there, the receptionist told us on the spot so we had no option). When we entered the room, it smell damp, the door of the cupboard was broken (can't be closed) , the toilet smells bad, and the towels are dirty with something like black stain. It wasn't a good experience honestly and I won't repeat this booking. As for the receptionist, she was nice, welcome and friendly. Thanks.
