I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. Throughout our stay, every member of the team was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any request. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, providing a great night’s sleep after long days of exploring the city. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly each day, and we appreciated the attention to detail. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including local dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, and hot meals. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured everything was constantly replenished. The hotel’s location was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, and popular attractions, making it easy to get around without spending too much time on transportation. Despite being in a convenient area, the hotel remained quiet and peaceful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center. Both were clean, well-maintained, and never felt overcrowded. Went here for staycation. The room double bed room was clean cozy but a bit dim. Bathroom, water pressure good. The hotel itself is very charming with gym, pool, rooftop bar, cafe and parking. Hotel staff are professional and kind. Location of the hotel is near CP mall for your shopping and various cafes, restaurants, and indomaret/alfamart for 24 hour convenience store options. 9/10

Great hotel in a good spot of the city with transport connections just a 10 min walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the security staff outside, always helping to locate our taxis! Rooftop bar was a bonus - a great place to catch a Jakarta sunset. Room was very small, but you know what you’re getting at this value in a big city - very clean though and such a comfy bed! Would stay again, but would pick a room with a window for better ventilation!

Very clean hotel with a nice rooftop pool and a great buffet breakfast. The shower takes a long time to warm but eventually there is warm water. I really loved the buffet breakfast with both Western and Indonesian cuisine. The location is also great.

The hotel is delicious and comfortable, but at noon because there is a caroke downstairs so there is a little bus loop. But it can still be tolerated.

Everything was beautiful, really comfortable. The staff are very attentive, and the stay was lovely. The breakfast was very complete and the location perfect.

Luckily we only stay 1 night. The whole building is smell of cigarettes. Anyone can smoke inside the building including in the room. Very noisy at night. You can hear people chatting laughing all night long in the room and we barely can sleep. Other else, the lady receptionist is helpful and nice, also its nearby to Chinatow. Other than that you might want to consider staying here unless you don’t mind the noise and the alley is dangerous at night.
