Whiz Prime Hotel Kelapa Gading

A very good hotel, close to Mall of Indonesia, so everything it's close. The staff are also very helpful. And the price it's acceptable for the quality.

The hotel location is prime across the Mall of Indonesia, eatery and access to main road. The room is fairly clean. I requested a non smoking room but the first room given to me was smelling of stale cigarettes. The staff were accommodating and immediately changed into an another non smoking room. However the pillow case was not properly cleaned. See attached photos. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with basic amenities in the room such as a mini kettle, tea and coffee's sachet. Nearby there were mini mart and a family oriental restaurant. The hotel does have a good sized outdoor swimming pool. It is suitable for a short stay.

Overall experience was great, its just need more lighting in the room as sometimes it could be too dark. location wise it was great close to the a minimarket and right in front of of a mall

Clean and comfortable hotel with a great location in Kelapa Gading. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were good for a family stay. Very good value for money.

It’s pretty good but there’s no hairdryer and I feel like it lacks in amenities

The hotel's is strategic and opposite Mall of Indonesia and lots of restaurants along the Kelapa Fading areas. There's Portable Kitchen on ground floor that offers cocktails, Asian and Western food with live band on Saturday night when I was there. Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was a bit small but manageable, clean, air conditioning good, water pressure strong and bed was comfortable. It's a budget 3 star hotel but with it's location, there is no complaints as it offers competitive price for a reasonable accommodation.
