"Very satisfied! They even upgraded our room! Everything was perfect, except for the air conditioning being too warm. The service was excellent – very friendly and attentive. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Huaihai Pedestrian Street. There are several Kawa Coffee shops and Zhanji Taosu within a few steps. It's really easy to get around. Next door to the hotel is Intime Department Store, which had a promotion: 200 off for every 1000 spent. I couldn't resist and ended up buying L'Occitane, Diptyque perfume, and a bunch of other stuff. Left with a haul!"

"I booked this hotel to see Zhou Shen's concert. Although it was a bit further from the venue due to a nearby subway station closure, the overall experience was excellent! The hotel facilities are subtly luxurious. I stayed in a ground-floor room, and the natural light was incredibly good – no feeling of being cramped or uncomfortable at all. You can tell a lot of thought went into the decor. The breakfast included both Chinese and Western dishes and tasted fantastic, highly recommended. Finally, I have to commend the hotel's human touch – the front desk staff at check-in and check-out were so professional and thoughtful, their tone and communication made me feel very comfortable. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance! I didn't originally take many photos, just two because the room was so bright and comfortable, but it seems three are needed for a review, so I've added one of my beloved Zhou Shen."

The rooms are spacious and smart, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the King Koil mattress, TOTO bathroom fixtures, and the all-in-one washer/dryer. "This veteran five-star hotel, though a bit aged, is exceptionally well-maintained, especially in its service. From department managers to the cleaning staff, everyone greets you with a warm smile, making you feel truly welcomed. For just over 600 yuan, a standard room with breakfast for two offers excellent value for money. The hotel boasts a prime location with incredibly convenient transport links; the Line 1 subway station is right downstairs. Since we stayed for four consecutive days, on our last day, the lobby manager personally escorted us to the executive lounge to enjoy complimentary afternoon tea and an evening light meal, and even upgraded our room to an executive room. Thanks to the convenient transport, we primarily used the subway for sightseeing, which was both fast and economical. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. The Chinese restaurant also offered a rich variety of dishes at very reasonable prices."

This place is very comfortable. The air is so good that there is nothing to say. When you open the window in the morning, you will see green eyes. The mountains are quiet and you can hear insects and birds. The hotel hardware is good, there are some, the staff is also enthusiastic, and they laugh when they meet. The housekeeper Xiao Wang has a quick response to any needs. It will not be boring during the day. The hotel has arranged a lot of hand-made experiences, making incense cards, folding fans, printing, papermaking, and eight-section brocade and ceramic hand-made. If you don't want to do it, you can go to the gym to do activities, or make a cup of tea and sit in a daze. The air in the mountains is humid and the room is equipped with a dehumidifier, which is still very good. The room has a set of dinners, and the restaurant tastes very good. There is a stream nearby, which is very suitable for bringing a baby to play in the water. The baby doesn't want to leave. It is a place that can make people completely relax, and stay quietly for two days, and feel that the whole person has slowed down.

The hotel rooms are all on the 42th floor or above. Ours was on the 52th and my kid was super happy with that. Great view of the surrounding area. Service was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the over crowded swimming pool (prob. b/c in July) shared with a gym not afflicted with the hotel. If you don't plan to use the pool, then I would highly recommend this place.

I chose this hotel because it's quite close to the airport. The profound Chinese cultural ambiance of Junlan truly made the entire experience unforgettable. I specifically booked a children's room, which was decorated in a charming, thoughtful way, with safe and complete facilities. The room had soft lighting, was spotlessly clean everywhere, and the bedding was soft and fluffy, with comfortable pillows and duvets that felt great against the skin, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again next time and have already recommended it to my friends.

The Westin Hefei is always my top choice for business trips to Hefei. It offers incredible value for money, with a super convenient location right across from Wanda Plaza, and the night views are absolutely stunning. The room was spotless, the bedding soft, and all the facilities were great. A special shout-out to Tony from concierge for his warm and attentive service – he even prepared a welcome fruit platter for me! The breakfast buffet was extensive, fresh, and delicious. It's truly the perfect pick for both business and leisure travel.

Doesn't really meet the standards of a five-star hotel. There was a weird, unpleasant smell in the bathroom. I called the front desk to get it sorted out, and an engineer came, but it felt like they just sprayed some air freshener. Six hours later, the smell was back. It seems like a plumbing issue causing a backflow of odors from the pipes. Also, the mattress was too soft, which isn't great for your spine.

The overall decoration of the hotel is quite good, but the air conditioner is too bad. It can only heat. It is not recommended to turn on the air conditioner when it is hot. The suite we stayed in was not close to the outside and the windows were all in the lobby. I felt that the air circulation was not very good. It may be that during the Spring Festival, there were not enough service staff and the service was average. However, I think the overall room design and price are very cost-effective.
