"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, especially with shopping areas nearby, making it easy to buy what we needed and explore around. The towels provided were a bit worn out, but they were clean and fresh, which we appreciated. The food was okay—simple and satisfying enough for a comfortable stay. From department managers to the cleaning staff, everyone greets you with a warm smile, making you feel truly welcomed. For just over 600 yuan, a standard room with breakfast for two offers excellent value for money. The hotel boasts a prime location with incredibly convenient transport links; the Line 1 subway station is right downstairs. Since we stayed for four consecutive days, on our last day, the lobby manager personally escorted us to the executive lounge to enjoy complimentary afternoon tea and an evening light meal, and even upgraded our room to an executive room. Thanks to the convenient transport, we primarily used the subway for sightseeing, which was both fast and economical. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. The Chinese restaurant also offered a rich variety of dishes at very reasonable prices."

**Cleanliness**: The room was incredibly clean, truly spotless.
**Service**: We were traveling with an elderly person, so we made a request in advance. While our room didn't have a front-facing view, it was very conveniently located near the elevator. The young ladies who helped us check in and add an extra bed were both very kind.
The check-in and check-out process was simple and quick.
**Dining**: The breakfast was excellent and varied, and ordering from the Chinese restaurant was easy.

The first impression upon entering the room was 'new' and 'smart'. The room was incredibly spacious with a modern and elegant design that instantly made me feel relaxed. The best part was the full-room smart control system; lighting, curtains, and air conditioning could all be conveniently managed via a control panel. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, offering a wonderful sense of embrace that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well-designed, and the rain shower provided a rich, dense stream of water that washed away all fatigue. Furthermore, the high-definition large-screen TV and high-quality minibar added significantly to the overall experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel rooms are all on the 42th floor or above. Ours was on the 52th and my kid was super happy with that. Great view of the surrounding area. Service was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the over crowded swimming pool (prob. b/c in July) shared with a gym not afflicted with the hotel. If you don't plan to use the pool, then I would highly recommend this place.

GGuest UserAs soon as I entered the hotel, I was warmed by the enthusiasm of the front desk lady, and I checked in for us intimately. Because I took the child and took the initiative to help me upgrade the children's room, the room was spacious and bright, the room was very clean, and the children's facilities were all available. The children's building blocks are also prepared in the room, and the children like it very much. One person can build a castle with different shapes. The room also prepares welcome fruits. There are five or six kinds of seasonal fruits, which reflects the humanized management and attention of the housekeeping department. **Location:**
The hotel is situated in the old part of Hefei, about a 25-minute drive from Hefei South Railway Station and 45 minutes from Xinqiao Airport. It's relatively close to popular tourist attractions like Pedestrian Street, Xiaoyaojin Park, and Baohe Park, making it a good choice for sightseers. There's a bus stop right across the street that goes to Shushan Park, but there's no subway nearby, so getting around mainly involves taxis (which are very affordable in Hefei).
**Facilities:**
The hotel lobby is spacious with high ceilings and a business-oriented decor. The public areas are well-maintained and clean. The rooms are quite large with a reasonable layout; our room even had a view of the Xiaoyaojin Ferris wheel. The bedding was comfortable. Soundproofing, however, was a bit of an issue. We could clearly hear doors closing in the hallway and conversations without any significant dampening, which disturbed our rest. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and every room comes with a bathtub, which our child loved. The shower water pressure was just average. While the room facilities are complete, they generally show signs of age. Despite being well-maintained, you can tell it's a hotel that's been open for ten years. There's also a heated swimming pool on the 5th floor, but I didn't have time to try it this trip.
**Service:**
Surprisingly, there were no staff members at the hotel entrance to help open car doors or assist with luggage. During my stay, I even witnessed a security guard arguing loudly and swearing for nearly ten minutes without anyone intervening. Other service aspects were pretty good, though. When I went to the lobby bar for ice for my bloodshot eyes, or asked for drawing paper and kids' toiletries for my child, my requests were quickly met. I didn't try the hotel breakfast, so I can't comment on its quality, nor did I use the complimentary drink vouchers. However, finding breakfast nearby is very convenient. There's a Sanhe Noodle shop to the left, a fresh market across the street, and many breakfast stalls right outside the hotel entrance.
**Overall:**
Considering everything, the hotel offers excellent value for money.
