The hotel's location is great, very convenient for concerts. The room had everything we needed, but the bed was too soft – both of us woke up with a bit of back pain. The food delivery by robot was super convenient. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

Not bad at all! The 24-hour gym is a nice touch, and the breakfast was decent. The room was clean too. It's my top choice for business trips.

When we asked questions at the front desk, the handsome guys and beautiful ladies were very patient and had super good attitudes. They even helped us with our luggage and swiped the elevator card, which was a really great experience! We'd definitely choose this place again next time! The guest rooms are spacious, the bedding is soft and pleasant to the touch, and the soundproofing is exceptional. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries are of high quality, showing great attention to detail. The breakfast offers a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious, catering to diverse tastes. A special thank you to Sunny Zhu for her thoughtful service. From check-in to handling all my inquiries, she was consistently enthusiastic, patient, professional, and efficient. She proactively reminded me of important details and promptly assisted with my needs, making me feel truly valued and respected. The hotel's overall service is well-regulated and responsive, and the staff are friendly. It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The value for money is outstanding, and I felt completely comfortable and at ease during my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Hefei and highly recommend it to everyone!
