BBeibeitaoThis hotel is very comfortable and stylish. It's within walking distance of the three major museums and MixC (shopping mall), perfect for a relaxing getaway. The price was also stable during the May Day holiday, which shows it's a reliable big-brand hotel. Highly recommended!
**Facilities:** Complete, spacious rooms.
**Hygiene:** No issues.
**Environment:** Both the indoor and outdoor environments are great, not noisy.
**Service:** The service is good, staff are very proactive.

The room was clean, well-organized, and new.
The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and varied.
The staff were extremely helpful. It was a snowy day, and they offered me hot water upon arrival and turned on the heating before I entered the room. On the second day, they kindly helped me arrange a taxi. Small gestures, but very important.
By the way, I travel a lot and stay in a different hotel almost every day, but I truly felt the need to thank this wonderful staff.
Mercure Hotels will always be my first choice.

GGuest UserThe front desk who checked in was very welcoming and generous, and even gave us snacks! The room is clean, tidy and quiet. It is only two subway stops away from Hefei South Station. There is Baoheyuan subway exit nearby within a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient. Five-star recommendation!

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right inside Hefei South Station's North Plaza, just a few minutes' walk to the boarding gates, making it super convenient for catching high-speed trains. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet modern design. The bedding was comfortable, and the hot water was fast with good pressure. The service was good and responsive. The only drawbacks were the average soundproofing, as I could occasionally hear noise from the corridor, and the facilities were quite basic. Breakfast options were limited, and the value for money was just alright, making it suitable for a transitional stay.

GGuest UserThis was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

The renovation is probably quite old, and some of the design is not very reasonable. There is no full-length mirror, and the sink does not have a trash can. Also, people will slip small cards into the room at night. The room itself is quite large.

GGuest UserA lovely opportunity to experience Chinese hospitality. I stayed with my cat and we felt very welcome. The owner is very attentive and looks well after his guests. It is good to know that the reception is in the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. A quiet area and house, just perfect if you need a good rest or travel with an anxious pet.
