Before I even checked in, my dedicated butler, Jane, proactively reached out to confirm my needs. Throughout my stay, she was incredibly attentive, constantly checking in on my experience, and always reliable. Any issues were promptly resolved, showing her meticulous and thoughtful service. I felt completely secure and well-cared for at the hotel. The environment is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and it's super convenient for getting around and finding food. If you're coming to Hefei, The Langham is definitely the place to choose!

GGuest UserIt's rare for me to be enthusiastic enough to write a review for a hotel I've stayed at, but the InterContinental Hefei provided an absolutely fantastic experience. In terms of service, we arrived around 10:00-11:00 PM, and as soon as our car pulled up to the entrance, a bellhop warmly greeted us and helped with the door and luggage. The front desk proactively upgraded us to a high-floor, scenic king room and even offered a complimentary welcome drink for being a member. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room. During our stay, whenever we called for an extra blanket, a disposable bathtub liner, or a remote control battery change, someone was at our door within roughly three minutes. The room rate included a happy hour, and when I brought my child (who is 1.6 meters tall) the next evening, they didn't charge for an extra person and even offered a complimentary item for the child. Upon checkout, they even gave us some fruit to take on our journey. The room facilities were absolutely superb as well; it was very spacious, and all the amenities were complete and thoughtfully designed. It featured a large bathtub with a TV next to it. Breakfast was very rich and offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, the stay was truly wonderful. The location is also very convenient, close to attractions like the museum, ocean world, ancient Xiaoyaojin Park, pedestrian street, Lei Street, and the University of Science and Technology of China campus. There's also the Yintai in77 shopping mall just one block away, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. I will definitely choose to stay at InterContinental Hefei again on my next trip to Hefei.

MMRSPenangFinally, we were able to experience the Grand Hyatt Hefei during this spring break, and it was a wonderful 2-night staycation! The Regency Deluxe Twin room was perfect - very clean, spacious, well appointed and with great city views. We enjoyed the onsen style bath in the room; the pool, steam and sauna facilities were all good. Room service was great, satisfying the midnight cravings of my family. Breakfast had an awesome spread - a balanced variety of local and western dishes.
Dinner and drinks at the Club Lounge were pretty good, even for vegetarians. Drink selection was curated very well even if a bit limited. It was a great place to hang out after dinner and drinks, especially after we convinced our family friends to check in and join us the next nigh. Also, shoutout to the great service from the lovely club lounge staff!
Special thanks to Lily, our WeChat contact, who went above expectations in being proactive and supported all our needs. We brought up something for improvement that aligns with current industry practice and she happily resolved it during our stay. Great customer service for sure!

MM826828****A very satisfying stay! The lobby was spacious, the room's fragrance crystals smelled wonderful, and the hairdryer was even from Laifen! I love using their hairdryers, so I bought one for my own home. The front desk service was warm and welcoming, and check-in was quick. The facilities and location of the hotel were excellent; there's a shopping mall nearby, and a food street across the street at night, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hefei!

GGuest UserThis was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

AAsuoWWI was in Hefei for my child's graduation ceremony, so I chose a hotel near Dadongmen, primarily for its proximity to her school. The hotel's location is excellent. Take Airport Bus No. 1 from Hefei Xinqiao Airport, get off at Chaohu Road, and walk across the bridge to the hotel. Dadongmen Subway Station's Exit D is just downstairs, making subway access incredibly convenient. Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street is a 6-7 minute walk away, and Bao Park and Xiaoyaojin are also within walking distance. Downstairs, you'll find KFC, a casserole dish, and Shaxian snacks, as well as a nearby convenience store and Hefei's famous stinky mandarin fish. The hotel itself was welcoming and attentive, and the hotel provided complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks. The breakfast was average, but the room was relatively new, and the Xiaodu voice control system was very convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

GGuest UserI am not the person who travel and review a lot, but this is one of the places I called Gem in Chaohu.
The rooms is clean and well considered. My daughter enjoyed the views of mountains and balcony. And for kids, this place has a lot of amenities for them: swimming pool, game room, etc.
So I would recommend this place in the area if you have no idea what to do with your kids!
BTW: it has hot spring too, but we don’t have chance to try, will leave it for next trip

It has the best relation quality/price of all the hotels I tried in this area, but there are still little things that could be improved. For example, windows usually do not close tight and allow some noise and cold to enter through.

KKeerweiersuqinIt was really a last minute booking. We went back to my husband's hometown on the eve of the Chinese New Year, and we had to bring our big dog with us. However, it was not easy to book a hotel at 8 pm that day and still be able to bring the dog. The front desk service was really good, and they contacted me patiently. We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 that night, and there was a special sightseeing car to pick us up. The environment is very good, and I plan to bring my elders here to celebrate the New Year next year🧨
