GGuest UserI stayed in Hefei for a few days this time. My butler, Mindy, contacted me in advance to help arrange my room. She also promptly reminded me about extending my stay and replacing my room card, and the cleaning was very timely. If I needed anything, I just had to contact the butler. They even helped deliver my takeout to my room! 👍 When I checked in, they also gave me a pink rose exclusively for ladies 🌹, and the hotel itself is all pink too~ Everything was great, I'll definitely come back next time!!

GGuest UserIt's rare for me to be enthusiastic enough to write a review for a hotel I've stayed at, but the InterContinental Hefei provided an absolutely fantastic experience. In terms of service, we arrived around 10:00-11:00 PM, and as soon as our car pulled up to the entrance, a bellhop warmly greeted us and helped with the door and luggage. The front desk proactively upgraded us to a high-floor, scenic king room and even offered a complimentary welcome drink for being a member. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room. During our stay, whenever we called for an extra blanket, a disposable bathtub liner, or a remote control battery change, someone was at our door within roughly three minutes. The room rate included a happy hour, and when I brought my child (who is 1.6 meters tall) the next evening, they didn't charge for an extra person and even offered a complimentary item for the child. Upon checkout, they even gave us some fruit to take on our journey. The room facilities were absolutely superb as well; it was very spacious, and all the amenities were complete and thoughtfully designed. It featured a large bathtub with a TV next to it. Breakfast was very rich and offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, the stay was truly wonderful. The location is also very convenient, close to attractions like the museum, ocean world, ancient Xiaoyaojin Park, pedestrian street, Lei Street, and the University of Science and Technology of China campus. There's also the Yintai in77 shopping mall just one block away, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. I will definitely choose to stay at InterContinental Hefei again on my next trip to Hefei.

GGuest UserI arrived too late in the evening, and it seemed the concierge had already finished their shift, so there was no one to help with my luggage. However, the service was excellent starting from the next morning. I forgot my ID when checking in at night, and the front desk clerk on duty even ran to bring it over – really impressive service!
The bathroom area in the room is quite large, which makes the room itself feel a bit small. The bathroom heater wasn't very effective, and it had a noticeable displacement issue. The hot water tap was also inconveniently located. The overall style of the room is simple yet comfortable, elegant in its simplicity, and the location is superb. It's a slight shame there's no double vanity, but the generously sized miniature toiletries are a nice touch. The marble and carpet分区 design at the entrance is fantastic; it effectively blocks sound and enhances the overall texture. The overall design is truly outstanding.

Crystal Orange never disappoints, but Hefei's friendly service was the cherry on the top. The staff were full of smiles, very respectful and also helped with our luggage. The amenities in the room were extensive and of good quality. This room just missed a full length mirror and some hooks to hang towels, but was otherwise perfect. Breakfast was good enough, and food deliveries came directly to the room via the robot. I am now staying at another nearby hotel that is an ”international brand” and I can say that Crystal Orange Hefei far exceeds it in quality, service and overall class. Well done to the staff at the Crystal Orange Hefei.

- Accommodation 🏠
My husband and I work hard, so for our vacation, we just wanted a place with good air, excellent service, and convenient facilities where we could relax. We chose the Guanshanfang, which has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking green hills and a pond. When we opened the windows, the sounds of birds and insects, along with a gentle breeze, filled the room – it was incredibly soothing.
- Dining 🍽️
The hotel has an in-house restaurant that serves three meals a day. Breakfast is complimentary, while other meals are self-paid, costing around 100+ RMB per person. The menu offers a good variety, and considering we didn't have to leave the hotel, the food quality and price were acceptable.
- Service
The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Anything we needed could be delivered to our room, and they patiently answered our questions and offered guidance regarding travel advice and everyday queries. On busy weekends, things occasionally felt a bit rushed, likely because the hotel is relatively new and still finding its rhythm.
- Getting Around
For those who enjoy hiking and sightseeing, there's a mountain about 500m from the hotel suitable for trekking, with a temple at the summit. Additionally, about 10 kilometers away, you can access the Lunan Chuanzang Scenic Route for a scenic drive up to Zhaiji Mountain for some breathtaking views. My parents thoroughly enjoyed it. If you plan on exploring, driving is recommended.
- Other Amenities
The hotel features a swimming pool, gym, and laundry room. They also offer sound healing and handmade sachet workshops. Even if you don't venture out, there's enough to keep you occupied and entertained for at least a day within the hotel. I hope they'll add sports facilities like a badminton court in the future, which would surely attract even more guests.
Overall, we were very happy we chose Daiaoshanju for this trip; it's definitely worth a visit.

There's a KFC, a noodle shop, and Mutongji Stinky Mandarin Fish downstairs, and Luckin Coffee across the street. It's also very close to Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, Xiaoyaojin, Mingjiao Temple, and Bao Park, all within a few minutes' walk.

LLives out of a suitcase.Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet.
Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive.
Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.

GGuest UserI am not the person who travel and review a lot, but this is one of the places I called Gem in Chaohu.
The rooms is clean and well considered. My daughter enjoyed the views of mountains and balcony. And for kids, this place has a lot of amenities for them: swimming pool, game room, etc.
So I would recommend this place in the area if you have no idea what to do with your kids!
BTW: it has hot spring too, but we don’t have chance to try, will leave it for next trip

KKeerweiersuqinIt was really a last minute booking. We went back to my husband's hometown on the eve of the Chinese New Year, and we had to bring our big dog with us. However, it was not easy to book a hotel at 8 pm that day and still be able to bring the dog. The front desk service was really good, and they contacted me patiently. We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 that night, and there was a special sightseeing car to pick us up. The environment is very good, and I plan to bring my elders here to celebrate the New Year next year🧨
