The breakfast is also very rich. The main reason is that the price is not high. It is very suitable for family travel. I will stay here next time if I have the opportunity."

Nana at the front desk was very enthusiastic and always had a sincere smile on her face, like an old friend she hadn't seen for a long time, making people relax instantly. The front desk was also very professional when I checked in. Seeing that I had a baby, the front desk offered to upgrade me to an executive Narada King Room. Miss Xu at the front desk introduced me to me that this room is a 2.4-meter king-size bed for me to take my baby to sleep. Be more comfortable. In the room, I found a little surprise. Fresh fruits were prepared in the room in advance, which made me feel even more considerate. The room service was even less impressive. I called to ask for an extra pillow and it was delivered in less than five minutes. The staff also asked me carefully if I had any other needs. Every employee in the hotel seems to serve you exclusively. The service here is simply unparalleled. I must give it a five-star rating without hesitation. I will come back next time!"

"The front desk staff were incredibly rude, incompetent, and completely inexperienced in dealing with foreign guests. They handled every issue robotically; for example, despite my Ctrip booking clearly showing an extended stay, they insisted on treating it as two separate reservations just to make their lives easier, inconveniencing me by forcing two separate payments. What's truly unbelievable is that the front desk didn't even have enough cash to give me change for a cash payment. To top it off, they inflated my bill, making it impossible for me to claim reimbursement after returning home. When I called the hotel to address these issues, the staff member who answered the phone was equally unhelpful. They couldn't understand their own mistakes, argued about them, and seemed to have poor hearing and terrible short-term memory, as they couldn't grasp information even after repeated explanations. This was an absolutely terrible experience, and I strongly advise choosing a different hotel."

The customer service was very thoughtful; they called in advance to confirm my check-in time and provided detailed information about parking and other matters. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied."
