The self check-in with facial recognition means no queues and it's super easy to use, which is a lifesaver when you're rushing for a high-speed train – no time wasted. The room is fully smart, equipped with Xiao Ai (a smart assistant), so I could control the lights, curtains, and air conditioning just by calling out from bed. It's incredibly convenient and frees up your hands. The amenities are comprehensive, with all sorts of extra supplies available, showing great attention to detail. The hotel even thoughtfully prepared fresh welcome fruits, which was a lovely touch as soon as I entered the room. The cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm transiting through Hefei!"

Great ‘onsen’ style bath. The Service: fantastic service - communication went well and our needs were constantly being met. The staff kept checking in with us if we were comfortable during our stay. The executive lounge: great (basic) food and good drink options. Open from 15.00-20.30 (17.30-20.30 happy hour and dinner)"

The room facilities are also excellent, and the smart toilet is a definite plus. The breakfast is very rich and varied. The staff's service attitude is wonderful, and they are very patient in resolving any issues. Overall, I'd give this experience a perfect 5-star rating."

"The hotel lobby is grand and it's located near the administrative center, surrounded by many shopping malls like Impression City and Intime. Getting to the old city by taxi is also convenient. Although the hotel is a bit older, the room facilities are very well-maintained. The executive room I stayed in offered excellent value for money; it was spacious and had a view of Swan Lake. The executive lounge offers afternoon tea and a buffet dinner. The hotel staff are incredibly welcoming; a staff member even personally delivered my takeout order to my room. I felt right at home and it's definitely worth staying here again."

Miss Luo Ping at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and even upgraded our room when she saw we were traveling with an elderly person."

"This May Day holiday, I took my parents and in-laws on a trip. We had already explored Jiangsu and Zhejiang, so we opted for Anhui. We stayed at the Meliá Hotel in Hefei's High-tech Zone and visited all the main attractions: three ancient towns, Baogong Park, Xiaoyaojin Park, Hefei 1972, Leijie Street, and many more. Now, about the hotel itself: it follows the HUAZHU Group's standard model, offering excellent value for money. My only complaints are that the TV was mounted a bit crooked, the hot water wasn't hot enough, and the room service for deliveries was poor; I requested water, and it never arrived."

It's also super convenient for food, drinks, shopping, and entertainment, and close to the concert venue. There are plenty of electric scooters for rent nearby, making it easy to get around."
