"Came to Hefei for Zhou Shen's concert, but couldn't get tickets, and all the hotels near the Sports Center were fully booked. So I chose InterContinental; I've always had a soft spot for them because I'm a member. As expected, the lobby was very grand upon entering. My room was upgraded to a deluxe floor, which included a BLUEAIR air purifier. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, a very comfortable design. The hotel provided welcome fruit and Bai Xiang water daily, which was a nice touch! The hotel is very close to Intime in77, and Swan Lake is right across the street. I even walked to the concert from here, so the location is great. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hefei."

"This hotel is truly fantastic, definitely a solid five stars! Honestly, I felt comfortable the moment I checked in. The young staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and polite, and check-in was quick. They even thoughtfully mentioned a nearby fresh market, which was great for buying fruit – that was a very considerate touch.
The room was very clean; the linens were fresh with no strange odors, and the pillows were just the right firmness. Even for someone like me who usually struggles to sleep in new beds, I slept surprisingly well. The bathroom was spotless, and the hot water came on instantly, so I didn't have to wait ages for a shower – that was a huge plus for me.
Breakfast wasn't fancy, but it offered a good variety with steamed buns, congee, eggs, and various side dishes. It was hearty, home-style food, and definitely enough to fill you up.
As for the service, I forgot my charger yesterday and called the front desk; they brought one up within minutes and even said there was no rush to return it, which was super convenient! The location is also pretty good; it's about a ten-minute walk to the metro station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you don't have to venture far for a meal. All in all, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm next in town!"

XXiaoOsuThere was a little hiccup when booking this time. I originally booked a double bed room, but I made a mistake. The hotel quickly solved the problem and added an extra bed. The service attitude was really good. The room is quite big and comfortable to live in.
What satisfies me the most is the laundry service. You can pick it up and deliver it directly to your door, so you don’t have to worry about anything. This is very convenient. The small refreshments in the lobby are also very well made and taste good. It feels good to have some when waiting for friends or when taking a break.

AAnxious but kindA Pleasant Stay with Excellent Service
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was overall quite impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were welcoming and incredibly efficient, making the check-in process both speedy and effortless.
The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping team obviously takes great care in ensuring that every detail is attended to, from the fresh linens to the spotless bathroom.
The hotel's location is another great advantage. Being near the subway made it incredibly convenient to get around and explore the city with ease. Despite its prime location, the price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money.
Breakfast was a highlight of the morning, with a delicious variety that really set me up for the day. The quality and selection of food were outstanding, and it was a treat to start each day with such a satisfying meal.
One area for improvement would be the noise cancellation in the rooms. Being close to the subway, I did notice some ambient noise that occasionally disturbed my sleep. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay.
In summary, this hotel excels in many areas: exceptional reception, efficient check-in, clean rooms, convenient location, reasonable pricing, and delicious breakfast. With a bit of improvement in noise cancellation, it would be truly perfect. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

There was no air conditioning in the entire public area, including the corridors, elevators, etc. It was cold everywhere except the room, which was very uncomfortable! The temperature in the restaurant was also not high, which made people lose their appetite. I stayed for three consecutive days in heavy snow. If I could check out, I would have run away long ago!

It is good to know that the reception is in the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable.
