The self check-in with facial recognition means no queues and it's super easy to use, which is a lifesaver when you're rushing for a high-speed train – no time wasted. The room is fully smart, equipped with Xiao Ai (a smart assistant), so I could control the lights, curtains, and air conditioning just by calling out from bed. It's incredibly convenient and frees up your hands. The amenities are comprehensive, with all sorts of extra supplies available, showing great attention to detail. The hotel even thoughtfully prepared fresh welcome fruits, which was a lovely touch as soon as I entered the room. The cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm transiting through Hefei!"

Great ‘onsen’ style bath. The Service: fantastic service - communication went well and our needs were constantly being met. The staff kept checking in with us if we were comfortable during our stay. The executive lounge: great (basic) food and good drink options. Open from 15.00-20.30 (17.30-20.30 happy hour and dinner)"

"The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the pedestrian street. Li Hongzhang's Former Residence is just downstairs. The room facilities are also excellent, and the smart toilet is a definite plus. The breakfast is very rich and varied. The staff's service attitude is wonderful, and they are very patient in resolving any issues. Overall, I'd give this experience a perfect 5-star rating."

"The hotel lobby is grand and it's located near the administrative center, surrounded by many shopping malls like Impression City and Intime. Getting to the old city by taxi is also convenient. Although the hotel is a bit older, the room facilities are very well-maintained. The executive room I stayed in offered excellent value for money; it was spacious and had a view of Swan Lake. The executive lounge offers afternoon tea and a buffet dinner. The hotel staff are incredibly welcoming; a staff member even personally delivered my takeout order to my room. I felt right at home and it's definitely worth staying here again."

Miss Luo Ping at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and even upgraded our room when she saw we were traveling with an elderly person."

"This hotel was truly an unexpected delight on our trip to Hefei! The location is superb, directly facing the lake, with a large green garden behind it. It's also very close to Sunac Land, just a short walk along the lake. In the mornings, the elders enjoyed strolling by the lake, and in the afternoons, after the kids got tired from playing, we could relax on the chairs by the lawn back at the hotel. Everyone was extremely satisfied. Plus, there's Intime Sunac Mall nearby, so if you don't feel like going out to eat, ordering takeout is very convenient."
