This place is very comfortable. The air is so good that there is nothing to say. When you open the window in the morning, you will see green eyes. The mountains are quiet and you can hear insects and birds. The hotel hardware is good, there are some, the staff is also enthusiastic, and they laugh when they meet. The housekeeper Xiao Wang has a quick response to any needs. It will not be boring during the day. The hotel has arranged a lot of hand-made experiences, making incense cards, folding fans, printing, papermaking, and eight-section brocade and ceramic hand-made. If you don't want to do it, you can go to the gym to do activities, or make a cup of tea and sit in a daze. The air in the mountains is humid and the room is equipped with a dehumidifier, which is still very good. The room has a set of dinners, and the restaurant tastes very good. There is a stream nearby, which is very suitable for bringing a baby to play in the water. The baby doesn't want to leave. It is a place that can make people completely relax, and stay quietly for two days, and feel that the whole person has slowed down.

My stay during the Spring Festival was fantastic! The hotel environment was elegant and comfortable, with a particularly strong festive atmosphere. They even prepared fun activities and heartwarming gifts for children, showing attention to detail and a strong sense of the New Year. Special thanks to the lobby manager, Wu Jing, for her warm, attentive, and meticulous service, which made the entire stay a truly pleasant experience. Overall, a superb experience, I will definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel because I was taking an early morning international flight from Hefei Airport. The room was clean and tidy. There was a field next door, and I could hear geese croaking, haha.

This was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

I've never experienced waking up in the middle of the night because it was too hot in a hotel. The power went out in the middle of the night, I couldn't charge my phone, and the toilet wouldn't flush. I called the front desk and was told the power would be back on by 8 or 9 AM. It was still off at 9 AM, so I had to walk down 16 flights of stairs using the emergency exit. The stairwell was pitch black, the emergency lights weren't working, and there were no floor markers above the fourth floor. Absolutely terrible!

Facilities: Not bad Hygiene: Not bad Environment: Pretty nice, but it would be better if the windows in the corridor were open. The smell of grass blowing from the trees in the garden must be very nice. Service: Very good.

The landlord is very enthusiastic and patiently answered my questions. The room is clean and tidy, and the decoration style is what I like. The landlord is very considerate and put some books for guests to read when they are bored. This is something I rarely encounter when staying in a B&B outside. Thumbs up👍

The European-style hallway is absolutely stunning! With its domed frescoes and marble floors, it feels like stepping into a European palace – every photo is a masterpiece. Although the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are clean and the service is attentive. My only complaint is that the room's carpet had a damp smell due to its age.

For any hotel location is the key, and although this is located right by the amusement park and water park and chao lake. It doesn’t have good directions or take good care of the walkways to allow people to walk unhindered. A shuttle bus to local spots should be provided. Breakfast which they provided had a ton of options but all of them subpar. If they had only a few things but made well and delicious it would be much better. The air conditioner was the worst. It pushed out humid air and rarely cool enough to drop the room temperature. All over the hotel they have ads for their restaurant but when we asked about it, it was closed. If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare. Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months. There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.

Even the most detail-oriented person will love it! 🔦 The walk-in closet is incredibly organized: layered design and warm lighting mean no need to unpack and search for things. 🛏️ The room feels spacious: the king-size bed, sofa, and desk are clearly separated, and the magnolia pattern on the carpet is so soothing. 🪟 The sheer curtains allow light in but not through, creating stunning city views during the day and city lights at night – the ambiance is simply divine. 🛁 The bathroom is sparkling clean: a smart toilet and floating countertop, even the trash can is foot-operated. Comfortable accommodations are the top priority for business trips.
