There is no shower cabin. It is hard to take shower and impossible to use toilet after the shower. And the place is brand new! The cleanless is not great. There were hairs on the toilet ground, I had to remove them myself… Also the room cleaning is not 10/10.

My parents, my partner, and I came from Hefei city to Lujiang for a weekend staycation. Our top priority was finding a place that met everyone's needs. [Facility and Service Needs] - Accommodation 🏠 My husband and I work hard, so for our vacation, we just wanted a place with good air, excellent service, and convenient facilities where we could relax. We chose the Guanshanfang, which has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking green hills and a pond. When we opened the windows, the sounds of birds and insects, along with a gentle breeze, filled the room – it was incredibly soothing. - Dining 🍽️ The hotel has an in-house restaurant that serves three meals a day. Breakfast is complimentary, while other meals are self-paid, costing around 100+ RMB per person. The menu offers a good variety, and considering we didn't have to leave the hotel, the food quality and price were acceptable. - Service The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Anything we needed could be delivered to our room, and they patiently answered our questions and offered guidance regarding travel advice and everyday queries. On busy weekends, things occasionally felt a bit rushed, likely because the hotel is relatively new and still finding its rhythm. - Getting Around For those who enjoy hiking and sightseeing, there's a mountain about 500m from the hotel suitable for trekking, with a temple at the summit. Additionally, about 10 kilometers away, you can access the Lunan Chuanzang Scenic Route for a scenic drive up to Zhaiji Mountain for some breathtaking views. My parents thoroughly enjoyed it. If you plan on exploring, driving is recommended. - Other Amenities The hotel features a swimming pool, gym, and laundry room. They also offer sound healing and handmade sachet workshops. Even if you don't venture out, there's enough to keep you occupied and entertained for at least a day within the hotel. I hope they'll add sports facilities like a badminton court in the future, which would surely attract even more guests. Overall, we were very happy we chose Daiaoshanju for this trip; it's definitely worth a visit.

I've never experienced waking up in the middle of the night because it was too hot in a hotel. The power went out in the middle of the night, I couldn't charge my phone, and the toilet wouldn't flush. I called the front desk and was told the power would be back on by 8 or 9 AM. It was still off at 9 AM, so I had to walk down 16 flights of stairs using the emergency exit. The stairwell was pitch black, the emergency lights weren't working, and there were no floor markers above the fourth floor. Absolutely terrible!

The staff were incredibly kind and polite, patiently answering all our questions about local attractions and transportation. They even offered helpful tips for our outings, providing truly thoughtful service. The room was spotless and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom was dry and odor-free, with plenty of hot water. The internet speed was excellent, and the soundproofing was superb, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and shop, with all necessary amenities nearby. Public areas were regularly cleaned, maintaining an elegant and tidy environment, and cleaning staff were always available when needed. All the in-room appliances were in perfect working order, and essential amenities were well-stocked. The value for money here far surpasses other hotels in the same price range. From arrival to departure, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free, with no hidden costs and attention to detail at every turn. This hotel is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already saved it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all travelers.

The quilt is a little small for two people to sleep in. The faucet in the toilet is fixed and installed too high, which is not friendly to girls. The most important thing is that they do not provide drinking water. You have to buy it from the convenience store downstairs and bring it up every day. The landlord's service attitude was very good and enthusiastic. He picked us up at the door and took us to the parking lot (because the parking lot was like a maze)

This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

It is simply a paradise. It is worth checking in many times. The children stayed for two days and were not willing to go. Guests staying can experience the playground for free: swings, ziplines, tents, boating, fishing, feeding small animals, study, yoga, etc.; charges: archery, picking, horse riding, various handmade, etc.; Dining is a variety of self-grown green food, healthy and delicious. Beautiful experience, in short, will come again in the future!

For any hotel location is the key, and although this is located right by the amusement park and water park and chao lake. It doesn’t have good directions or take good care of the walkways to allow people to walk unhindered. A shuttle bus to local spots should be provided. Breakfast which they provided had a ton of options but all of them subpar. If they had only a few things but made well and delicious it would be much better. The air conditioner was the worst. It pushed out humid air and rarely cool enough to drop the room temperature. All over the hotel they have ads for their restaurant but when we asked about it, it was closed. If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare. Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months. There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.

My stay at the Vienna International Hotel Hefei Binhu Tangxihe Park Metro Station Branch was an absolute delight! 💯 First of all, the location is superb, just steps from the metro station. Nearby shopping malls and restaurants offer everything you could need, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. For those driving, there's 24-hour free parking, so there's no need to worry about anything. The front desk staff were exceptionally attentive, handling check-in and check-out with lightning speed, and even providing helpful tips on nearby attractions. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, with soft and comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The breakfast selection was also excellent, offering a variety of options, including Chinese porridge, pastries, and steamed buns, as well as Western bread and coffee. 💐 Overall, it's incredibly good value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hefei! [Thumbs up]
