BBeibeitaoThis hotel is very comfortable and stylish. It's within walking distance of the three major museums and MixC (shopping mall), perfect for a relaxing getaway. The price was also stable during the May Day holiday, which shows it's a reliable big-brand hotel. Highly recommended!
**Facilities:** Complete, spacious rooms.
**Hygiene:** No issues.
**Environment:** Both the indoor and outdoor environments are great, not noisy.
**Service:** The service is good, staff are very proactive.

ʚʚyangxiaoyangɞService: Absolutely fantastic! I've never seen executive lounge staff work so hard. Our butler, Xiao Guan, was especially wonderful and catered to our every request! We had a very comfortable stay; the kids didn't even want to leave.
The hotel food was also delicious.
The location is excellent too. Swan Lake is right downstairs, and in77 shopping mall is just a block away on foot. Walk a bit further and you're at MixC shopping mall.

YyaseinThe best hotel during my trip to China.
The room was clean, well-organized, and new.
The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and varied.
The staff were extremely helpful. It was a snowy day, and they offered me hot water upon arrival and turned on the heating before I entered the room. On the second day, they kindly helped me arrange a taxi. Small gestures, but very important.
By the way, I travel a lot and stay in a different hotel almost every day, but I truly felt the need to thank this wonderful staff.
Mercure Hotels will always be my first choice.

GGuest UserThe front desk who checked in was very welcoming and generous, and even gave us snacks! The room is clean, tidy and quiet. It is only two subway stops away from Hefei South Station. There is Baoheyuan subway exit nearby within a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient. Five-star recommendation!

GGuest UserThis trip to Hefei was a little special for me. Although I was traveling with my mother in her 50s, I also wanted to spend time with my boyfriend who lives in China, so I ended up booking two separate rooms at the same hotel.
At first, I hesitated, but it turned out to be a great decision. By reserving two rooms in the same hotel, my mother could rest comfortably in her own space, and I was able to spend time with my boyfriend according to our schedule without making anyone feel uncomfortable. What I appreciated most was being able to respect and balance both relationships — family and partner.
The hotel staff handled the check-in process and room assignments smoothly, and both rooms were clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Having two rooms in the same hotel also made it very convenient to move around and go back and forth as needed.
For anyone traveling with family while also needing some personal time, this arrangement can definitely be a thoughtful and practical option.
There seem to be slightly more international visitors than Korean tourists in Hefei, so I decided to write this review in English.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right inside Hefei South Station's North Plaza, just a few minutes' walk to the boarding gates, making it super convenient for catching high-speed trains. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet modern design. The bedding was comfortable, and the hot water was fast with good pressure. The service was good and responsive. The only drawbacks were the average soundproofing, as I could occasionally hear noise from the corridor, and the facilities were quite basic. Breakfast options were limited, and the value for money was just alright, making it suitable for a transitional stay.

GGuest UserThis was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

AAnonymous UserThe room was quite nice and very clean; even the towels on the floor were very white. The shower gel came in small bottles, which made me feel safe using it. The only drawback was the hairdryer, which was too weak and got too hot after a while, causing it to shut off automatically.

GGuest UserThe location is okay for concerts, about a 30-minute walk. However, there is construction nearby, which makes it noisy. The renovation is probably quite old, and some of the design is not very reasonable. There is no full-length mirror, and the sink does not have a trash can. Also, people will slip small cards into the room at night. The room itself is quite large.
