"My stay at this hotel was excellent. The ambiance, cleanliness, and comfort were all top tier, and I would rate it 10 out of 10. The reception area is beautifully designed, and the view from the upper floors, especially the breakfast area, was a highlight. The location is very convenient, with street food, small shops, and cafés within walking distance. There is even a Luckin Coffee right next to the hotel, plus a small shop attached, which made things very easy. The staff were pleasant, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The food was good, but I would have appreciated a bit more Western variety to make the experience even better. Overall, this is definitely a do-over for me. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return."

"Hilton Hefei, review: The location is excellent, very close to the train station, with a subway station right next door. The environment is quite good, and the high-ceilinged lobby feels grand. The front desk service was decent; my room was upgraded before arrival. The executive room wasn't particularly large, but the facilities were well-maintained. The elevator requires a key card to operate, which adds to the safety. Guests also receive complimentary fruit upon check-in, which is a nice touch. The executive lounge's light meals offer a decent variety, though the only made-to-order items are noodles and wontons, which were just so-so. Breakfast had a good selection, including special local dishes like Huainan beef soup and freshly stewed chicken soup with small wontons. There was also a cart service offering a unique 'sa tang' (thick soup) which tasted good. The made-to-order egg rolls were also delicious. The chef at the noodle station was particularly enthusiastic, explaining everything and even helping to prepare an Anqing-style wonton soup base. The service was exceptional. Overall, a very good hotel. Highly recommended."

"It's rare for me to be enthusiastic enough to write a review for a hotel I've stayed at, but the InterContinental Hefei provided an absolutely fantastic experience. In terms of service, we arrived around 10:00-11:00 PM, and as soon as our car pulled up to the entrance, a bellhop warmly greeted us and helped with the door and luggage. The front desk proactively upgraded us to a high-floor, scenic king room and even offered a complimentary welcome drink for being a member. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room. During our stay, whenever we called for an extra blanket, a disposable bathtub liner, or a remote control battery change, someone was at our door within roughly three minutes. The room rate included a happy hour, and when I brought my child (who is 1.6 meters tall) the next evening, they didn't charge for an extra person and even offered a complimentary item for the child. Upon checkout, they even gave us some fruit to take on our journey. The room facilities were absolutely superb as well; it was very spacious, and all the amenities were complete and thoughtfully designed. It featured a large bathtub with a TV next to it. Breakfast was very rich and offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, the stay was truly wonderful. The location is also very convenient, close to attractions like the museum, ocean world, ancient Xiaoyaojin Park, pedestrian street, Lei Street, and the University of Science and Technology of China campus. There's also the Yintai in77 shopping mall just one block away, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. I will definitely choose to stay at InterContinental Hefei again on my next trip to Hefei."

"I stayed at this hotel twice within ten days, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The breakfast had a great variety and was served for a long time. The location is superb, right in the middle of the pedestrian street, and all the nearby attractions are easily accessible. The room was clean, well-lit, and the linens were new and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The room was also very quiet, and drinking water was freely available. The hotel even offers afternoon tea and a late-night snack, which really shows their dedication. What particularly impressed me was this afternoon when I received a call from the hotel. They asked about a skincare sample I had left behind. It was something I didn't want and had forgotten to throw away. The hotel found it and immediately called me to inform me of the forgotten item. I quickly told them I didn't need it. Their incredibly responsible and attentive service is truly commendable."

"The hotel has been newly renovated, and the facilities are quite complete. However, it's a hotel converted from an office building, so the soundproofing isn't great; I could clearly hear conversations from next door. The location is pretty good though – just 100 meters out, cross the sky bridge at night, and there's a street food night market. The cleanliness was decent, but the bathroom had a slight odor when I first entered the room. The environment was okay. The service was enthusiastic. Even though I arrived early and my reserved room wasn't ready, they offered to upgrade my room if I waited half an hour. In the end, it was still the room I originally booked, which wasn't a big deal. However, the noise from conversations and laughter next door at noon made it impossible to rest. After only a few minutes in the room, I asked to switch, and they eventually moved me to a room with a mahjong machine."

"The overall stay experience is super satisfied! The location is excellent and the travel is very convenient. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sleep is very stable. The front desk service is warm and polite, the check-in and check-out efficiency is very high, the staff is gentle, and the needs can be responded in time. The guy at the front desk also gave me an umbrella and sent it to the West Station in the past two days. I would like to give you a thumbs up 👍. The overall price is super high, the experience of staying is full, and I will give priority to this next time I travel!"

"Finally, we were able to experience the Grand Hyatt Hefei during this spring break, and it was a wonderful 2-night staycation! The Regency Deluxe Twin room was perfect - very clean, spacious, well appointed and with great city views. We enjoyed the onsen style bath in the room; the pool, steam and sauna facilities were all good. Room service was great, satisfying the midnight cravings of my family. Breakfast had an awesome spread - a balanced variety of local and western dishes. Dinner and drinks at the Club Lounge were pretty good, even for vegetarians. Drink selection was curated very well even if a bit limited. It was a great place to hang out after dinner and drinks, especially after we convinced our family friends to check in and join us the next nigh. Also, shoutout to the great service from the lovely club lounge staff! Special thanks to Lily, our WeChat contact, who went above expectations in being proactive and supported all our needs. We brought up something for improvement that aligns with current industry practice and she happily resolved it during our stay. Great customer service for sure!"
