Was staying at the hotel in May this year but this time round the original 2 rooms that was assigned I am very disappointed that the Aircon was not working well. First time, they said that due to winter and it's all central system controlled so it's like this. They tried to solve the issue by bringing a cooler.. tried and it's totally no use at all. I compared the 2 rooms and my parents room was much warmer than mine so I had no choice but to go down and inform them about it. They did an excellent recovery by changing another room for my parents and they offered a suite for them. The room this time round is very cooling.. much cooler than mine but it's ok mine is still alright. I hope they will look into proper maintenance of the hotel.

Our group total 19 stay hotel for 2 nights, everything was smooth and pleasant. Just the bed mattress too soft, after asked the front desk only know can request take out the topper. Nov start for winter weather While everything was well-maintained, some areas have started to show their age, and a touch of modern updates could really elevate the experience.

-Reception and breakfast service staff not warm.
-Walkway from metro station, hotel corridor and room lighting not bright enough.
-Pillows are too soft for our liking.
-Shower room wall tiles need deep cleaning.
-TV not working well. Hotel technician was called in.
-Breakfast items are varied.

Had a brief but great stay at the hotel. Leo‘s excellent service at reception was appreciated, making check-in seamless and hospitality exceptional. The room had really nice views, thank you.

After staying in Wanda, service felt spotty. No one in attendance at the main door when we arrived. Had to drag our luggage to the registration. No USB port in the room to charge cell phone. When I inquired about an adapter, was told they don’t provide and have to use commercial charger and that there is a charge. Finally got an adapter from the front desk, apparently, a poorly trained service attendant.
Won’t stay in a Kempinski again.
