"Facilities: This hotel has an old-money charm, and you can really see its past luxury. Everything is very well-maintained, and the rooms are clean. There aren't many power outlets, but they thoughtfully provided power strips. The tatami mattress was very comfortable, and the cleaning staff did a thorough job every day. The view from the window was beautiful, and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves was a dream.
Service: The hotel offers a shuttle service to Atami JR Station, departing every half hour from in front of McDonald's. There are two vans per shuttle, clearly marked with the hotel's name in red, and managed by hotel staff. They drop off at both the old and new wings, which makes up for the slightly inconvenient location.
Environment: The hotel boasts three large hot springs, all with both indoor and outdoor baths. I tried them all, and each has its own unique character. My skin felt so smooth afterwards! The walkway on the 15th floor of the Ocean Wing (old building) offers panoramic ocean views, making it the perfect spot to watch the sunrise.
Dining: The buffet dinner was absolutely, incredibly amazing! Unlimited tuna belly! All-you-can-eat scallops and roe! Shrimp, sea bream, squid, salmon – there was so much I couldn't even try it all. The cooked dishes were also delicious, but my stomach just couldn't fit any more.
I saw some not-so-great reviews before checking in, but perhaps everyone has different preferences. We, however, highly recommend it!"

"Service: The front desk offers Chinese-speaking service, and the staff were very patient and friendly.
Facilities: This is an older, established hotel, and the facilities feel even older than my parents, but they are very clean and functional. The hot springs felt just okay, mainly because the environment and facilities are quite dated, and the indoor bathhouse was a bit stuffy. The buffet, surprisingly, was excellent! The hotel is very close to the sea, but the sea view from the room doesn't give you that 'right on the beach' feeling of endless ocean.
The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the station. You need to queue up next to the front desk, and it's essential to go early as there are usually quite a few people waiting.
Environment: The corner view from the buffet restaurant is beautiful; I recommend going for your meal early. Enjoy the scenery of Atami town while eating when it's less crowded. The hotel isn't far from where the fireworks festival is held, and there's a kimono rental shop about a 6-minute walk from the hotel. However, you can also pick up yukata for free downstairs at the hotel itself."

The view, service, and amenities were all wonderful.
The bathroom in the room was especially large and very nice.
The amenities were all high-quality, and it was fun trying them all out. For this location and price, with a private bathroom in the room, I think it's a great deal!"

"A deeply moving ocean view". This resort hotel has a sweeping view over Sagami Bay.
"Only 9 minutes from Atami Station, no stairs all the way down the slope, check out there is a shuttle bus up the mountain. Guests staying can choose their preferred yukata style. Breakfast is a buffet form, dinner is more old-fashioned Japanese food package, the taste is quite satisfactory. The hotel has more Japanese guests than foreign guests, who may only have 3 or 4 groups. The rooms are spacious and offer tatami-laying services, the sea view is excellent. The day of the fireworks festival will also open the rooftop for guests to watch, the rooftop is completely unobstructed very clear!"

"Everything is very good. The service is very good. However, the location is a bit far from the station and there is a big slope. However, there is a free shuttle in the morning. Lunch and dinner require reservations. The private bath has a nice view. The receptionist can speak Japanese and English. If you only speak English, it may be a little difficult to communicate."

"It can be seen that there are hotels that are old, and the facilities are relatively old. Like door keys, switches, sockets, and toilets, these look like the standard of a domestic 3-star hotel more than ten years ago. Because it is related to the beach, the room is a damp musty smell as soon as it enters, but there is a purifier in the room. It is not easy to book a room on the night of the fireworks conference, although the price may have doubled 3 times compared to the usual price. The room rate includes 2 large and 1 small, one berth and two meals, and 3 people have made the bed and put toiletries.
Breakfast and dinner are buffets. It is best to make an appointment with the hotel in advance for dinner. We don’t know. We went to the scene and were told that there was a second 20 o’clock. Fortunately, our driver sister and the front desk softly grinded hard and said that we were going to the beach to see the fire. We were transferred to the first session at 18:30. Although the quality of the buffet is not much, it tastes very good, especially fried shrimp, egg fried rice, steak. Soft drinks and beer are also free, and the meal time is 70 minutes.
After dinner, there are two roads from the hotel to the hydrophilic park google map, one passing through Atami Ginza, there are many people and cars and shops to walk slowly. If you want to feel lively, you can go here. We chose a path with steps along the river. It is not tired to go downhill to the beach. It takes about 12 or 3 minutes to get to the hydrophilic park. It is just right to see the fireworks here. If you don't want to go to the beach, there is also a terrace on the 5th floor of the hotel (you can see a sign on the same day), but it will be blocked by the front building.
Be optimistic about the fire back to the hotel, you can also go to the large bathhouse on the 2nd floor to take a bath and soak in the hot springs, comfortable. The latest admission time for breakfast the next day is 9 o'clock."

"The building is not new, but the cleaning is well done despite the reasonable price.
Yukata is prepared in the room, but the lobby also has a color yukata and color band for women, so I could choose it myself.
The lobby also has a self-service water server, tea pack and coffee.
It was very good that there was a shampoo bar in the bathroom.
Amenities were also substantial and I was saved because I had a lot of skin care supplies.
After all, I was happy that the hair dryer in the make-up area for women beside the hot spring was a repronizer and a refa. There was also a refa hair iron.
The dryer in the room was also Saronia, so I felt that they were thinking about the service that women would like compared to ordinary inns and hotels.
There was tea, detox water and ice in the dressing space. (both men's and women's baths)"
