"The hotel's facilities and front desk service were all quite good. However, on the morning of the second day, I had just woken up and gone to the restroom, completely undressed, when a cleaner pushed open the door, saying we were checking out. I was a bit speechless as we literally bumped into each other. She kept confirming with my naked self before saying she made a mistake. She apologized briefly and left, but I was still annoyed. We hadn't checked out yet, so how could she just swipe her card and walk in? Shouldn't the card not work if we haven't checked out? Later, after we did check out, a staff member called me in the afternoon asking for a good review. I was in a public place at the time and didn't want to bring up the issue, but I couldn't honestly give a five-star rating.
On a positive note, there was something worth praising. Later, when we stopped briefly at the entrance with our shared electric scooter to pick up our stored luggage, one security guard very aggressively told us to move. But another security guard quickly came over and said it was fine for us to stop, and even helped us with our luggage. That was very thoughtful and definitely deserves praise."
