The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's overall environment was elegant and beautiful, with scenic views everywhere you looked, perfect for photos. On a sunny day, the sea-view room offered fantastic photo opportunities, and the rooftop terrace was an excellent spot for sightseeing and pictures. Even the lobby and restaurant decor were exquisitely tasteful. Friends who love photography will absolutely adore this place. What truly stood out was the warm and attentive service. The front desk staff were thoughtful and thorough; they not only proactively reminded us about afternoon tea times, helped with our luggage, and kindly informed us about the weather, but also suggested we use the shawls and blankets in the lobby to ward off the cool breeze. They also enthusiastically recommended local restaurants that served authentic and delicious food at great value. The most touching moment was when we accidentally left an item behind after checking out. The hotel actually contacted us and arranged to mail it back, demonstrating incredible meticulousness and sincerity. Overall, our experience was perfect. The environment, cleanliness, and service were all faultless. It's definitely a place we'd love to return to."

"Recently, I visited Dalian and booked a hotel online that had an ancient Chinese aesthetic. The interior decor was really charming, and they even played songs from 'Eternal Love' (San Sheng San Shi). It was super convenient to get around from the hotel; just a short walk to the right and you're at the seaside. There are also plenty of great food options nearby – the sea urchin dumplings were absolutely delicious! I'd definitely come back here again if I have the chance. Very satisfied!"

"The bathroom is too small. The shower relies on a water heater, so after one person showers, there's a waiting period before the next person can use hot water. Plus, the glass shower door leaks, flooding the bathroom floor. The TV is just for show; you can't actually watch anything (it's supposed to be smart TV). The underground parking is a two-way street that's both narrow and winding. There's no phone in the room to call the front desk or housekeeping; you have to add them on WeChat. It feels more like an apartment than a hotel."

"The front desk staff gave us a free room upgrade, which was a nice touch overall. The hotel doesn't have its own parking; you have to park across the street or at Xinghai Park, both of which are paid. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Dalian Ocean University and Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and right across from the sea, so it's a sea-view room! Although the room was near the light rail tracks and there was a bit of noise, I personally didn't mind it, and the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs. I was here for an exam, and the hotel kindly offered a free late check-out. After finishing my exam at noon, when I came back to use my room card, it was already past 12 PM. I didn't want to go down to extend my stay, so I asked the cleaning staff for help with my card, and that was fantastic! The hotel's cleaning auntie contacted the front desk, verified the guest's name, so security was top-notch! Highly recommend! Great value for money!"
