Traveling with the elderly and children, we chose this B&B where the sea is just outside the door. It is so beautiful. The overall environment is clean and tidy, and the facilities are fully equipped. The rooms on the upper and lower floors can accommodate family trips and provide independent space. You can enjoy the sea from the room, and there is a light show at night, and you can have a panoramic view of the beautiful Xinghai Bay Bridge. The butler was very welcoming and met our various needs. We bought seafood ourselves and he helped us process and cook it for free. Getting up early to enjoy a sunny breakfast in the courtyard, and falling asleep listening to the gentle waves at night is really a pleasant vacation mode.

The environment and service were top-notch, making for a fantastic stay. The best part was that we arrived at 11 am because our room wasn't available yet, so we were just looking around the neighborhood. The receptionist called to let us know we could check into another room and even upgraded our room for free! The service was incredibly thoughtful. This will definitely be our first choice for any future trip to Dalian – absolutely amazing!

I always stayed at this hotel for my business trips. This time, I brought my child and didn't hesitate to choose it again. It's a serviced apartment, and the room is huge. It comes with a washing machine and all the kitchen utensils you could need. The living room is super spacious, making it very convenient for working or doing homework, and my child loved it. Downstairs, there's also a billiard room, swimming pool, gym, and a kids' play area. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; they're enthusiastic and patient and always resolve any issues promptly. Highly recommended – I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

The apartment is conveniently located. The room has a wonderful separate area for breakfast or coffee while gazing at the sea. The bed and pillows are comfortable, which is very important to us. The toilet has a smart lid. Please note: the kitchen is not equipped with any kitchen utensils. If you want to cook, you'll need to buy or bring your own induction-safe pan. But this wasn't an inconvenience for us. There's a wide variety of food options nearby at reasonable prices, so you don't even have to travel anywhere. It's perfect for the price 👍

I highly recommend this guesthouse! It boasts a fantastic location with easy access to the subway and a hospital nearby! There are also tourist attractions nearby! The owner is simply amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean! There's a large, high-definition TV with projection! Staying here and enjoying the view is fantastic! The owner is warm and attentive, doing everything they can to help you with any problems! This is the perfect choice for a relaxing trip to Dalian! Set a tatami room. The boss is so kind, I can see that he is doing it very carefully. The room was very clean, the toiletries and towels were all available, the bedding was very comfortable, and a lot of water and snacks were provided for free. It's been raining a lot in Jinshitan these past few days, so it's quite cool. My relatives came to visit, and I booked this place for them. The location is excellent, the service is good, and it's very clean. The room has a kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine. You can cook seafood and other meals in the room. It's also very close to the beach and the Jinshitan Market. Highly recommended!

My stay at this hotel was quite nice overall. The price was affordable, and the place itself was reasonable for what I paid — not the most comfortable, but fair for the cost. It’s located close to the sea, though not directly beachfront. The lady at the reception, who was also the owner, was very attentive and genuinely helpful, which made a big difference. The only downside is that the area is quite far from downtown, so it’s a bit inconvenient if you plan to explore the city often.

The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including both Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The public areas were also very pleasant, quiet, and elegant, allowing for relaxation. The only drawback was the limited parking spaces. However, this minor flaw doesn't detract from the overall experience. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip. I also recommend it to fellow travelers.
