"Our butler, Taozi, added me on WeChat a day in advance and thoughtfully prepared two sets of children's amenities in the room. Booking through Ctrip gives you access to an exclusive check-in/check-out counter, so there's no waiting in line. We booked an Sky Pool Room, and Taozi proactively helped us reserve a perfectly located room, almost in the center of the hotel, with an amazing sea view. For three days, Taozi was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our requests. There were tons of kids' activities; the children absolutely loved making cookies and sandwiches. There's also a huge play area with trampolines, inflatable castles, ball pits, and slides – everything you could imagine. The Sky Pool Room was also fantastic. The sun no longer hit the pool around 1 PM, so we could play in it all afternoon. It was so refreshing to jump into the pool right from our room! The businesses on the basement level offer great value with package deals; for less than 200, you can enjoy eight different activities. The escape room was really fun, and the small animals were adorable. We'll definitely choose a Sky Pool Room again next time; it's perfect for kids. Our only small regret is that we couldn't go to the kids' splash area at the water park because it was under maintenance. We'll have to go next time!"

"The room was surprisingly good, and my whole family loved it. The front desk staff was warm and attentive. The young man who helped us was also excellent—quiet but very handsome! He patiently guided us through check-in, helped with our luggage, and even told us which floor the parking was on and where the 'L' level was, which was super convenient for food deliveries. The beach was just a few minutes' walk away, and the complex itself was lovely with great privacy. They even covered our parking fees. I'd feel bad not giving them a five-star rating! Huge thanks for the care and daily housekeeping during our stay. All in all, fantastic value for money and a great experience. Seriously, for this price on a vacation, what more could you ask for?"

"The hotel more looks like a bed and breakfast than a 4 star hotel. The room we booked was really small, around 12 square meters. With a balcony outside to sit. However, the view does not worth sitting and many other neighbors are just checking you.
The room itself was clean, but inside the community isn't very clean at all.
Probably, the highest disappointment comes from the public swimming pool which is a really tiny swimming pool. Their swimming pool is around 2.5 meters to 2.5 meters. So if you're coming to have a nice swimming experience, don't even think about it in this hotel.
We booked a room with breakfast included which was around 50 yuan more expensive than if we didn't want any breakfast. Let me be honest with you, their breakfast doesn't worth at all. There's no salad, no seasonal fruit, no bread, no coffee (broken coffee machine) and no desert. Forget all the things you can find in breakfast of normal 4 start hotel, It's just some dumplings, egg and simple corn which you can buy from any shop outside for less than 10 yuan all of them.
Overall, the price doesn't fit the service you receive, specifically about the swimming pool and breakfast."

"Stayed for a couple of days, and the front desk was great, giving me an upgrade. Unfortunately, it rained the whole time, so I didn't get to see the beautiful sea. There weren't many guests, so I had most of the facilities to myself, which was perfect for someone who likes peace and quiet. The coconut milk and yogurt at breakfast were delicious, and the hot food menu changed daily. The soaking tub was really comfortable. Since I don't swim, I just floated in the pool for a bit; staff came to clean it daily. For this price in Hainan, a pool villa is really excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again."

Any needs are on call. The whole process is meticulous and warm. It is really comfortable to bring the baby here. The homestay is a super textured European-style cream-style building. "Hygiene: The room was spotless, and the pool water was incredibly clean.
Facilities: This is my second visit, and I can't praise it enough. For a price of just over 2000, getting a 155 sqm room with a pool is truly amazing value for money.
Environment: The oysters at the Chinese restaurant, though 25 each, were huge and incredibly fresh. My family asked for extra vermicelli, and the restaurant happily accommodated. The chicken in the coconut chicken dish was delicious, tender, and juicy. With a voucher, the meal came out to around 300, which is much better value than outside restaurants. The sour and spicy hotpot at the noodle shop was enough for three people, and the fish and shrimp were very fresh.
Service: While we were having afternoon tea, my family wanted to feel a breeze, and Master Huang He at the bar was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent service. Thumbs up!👍
Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back."

The hotel's gardens are also charming, with well-arranged tropical plants and the subtle scent of frangipani, making walks incredibly pleasant. The breakfast selection is extensive, ranging from Chinese congee and dim sum to Western pastries, alongside freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruit – every morning you can eat your fill and eat well. Our butler, Chloe, provided very thoughtful service; she was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very well looked after. This was a fantastic holiday experience, highly recommended."

"For our three-night stay, the hotel offered a complimentary airport transfer (either pick-up or drop-off at Sanya Phoenix Airport). The owner had initially promised both airport pick-up and high-speed rail station drop-off. However, after considering our plans, we ultimately opted to rent a car for convenience. A complimentary professional photoshoot was also offered, but my family didn't take advantage of it.
We booked two rooms and stayed for three consecutive nights. I was personally very satisfied, and the service was excellent. Funnily enough, on our second day, I even ran into an old elementary school classmate during breakfast! What a small world!
My friend stayed at the boathouse next door for their first night. My entire family stayed here for all three days, and everyone was very happy with it. Renting a car is essential for getting around conveniently in this area.
P.S. The lady who runs the convenience store next door is incredibly kind and enthusiastic, giving us lots of local tips and recommendations. We had an absolute blast playing at the beach – so much fun we were practically hanging seaweed from our ears!"

"This is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!"

"Aside from the really bad wall sockets, everything else was fine.
The room, amenities, and bathroom fixtures are all good, including TOTO fixtures, a Hansgrohe shower, a Samsung TV, and an Otis home elevator. The overall decor is luxurious, but the style is more appealing to an older generation.
The pool water looked clean, and the children didn't experience skin allergies or diarrhea after swimming.
The bedding is high-thread count, probably over 220, and very comfortable.
The mattress is a bit soft, which is not ideal for me.
The pillows are high-height, which is not ideal for me.
The housekeeping service was prompt, attentive, and welcoming.
The breakfast lady was also very nice.
The community has beautiful greenery, with some minor gardening efforts. You have to ask the security guard before entering or leaving the community. Overall, it's significantly better than the neighboring community.
The room is a minute's walk from the beach, a straight path. The ground-floor garden has a pool and running water for washing sand.
There's also a laundry room with an automatic washing machine, making it convenient for drying clothes. Right next door is the Kimpton and Indigo, sharing the same beach. It's actually nicer than the beaches at the Kimpton and Indigo, and less crowded. It's also not too far from the lighthouse, so it's a nice view from afar.
I recommend this place."
