Hotel is in the center of the city, close to metro station. Staff were very kind and helpful. Hotel has all the services you need including laundry. Hotel is clean though the hotel seems a bit outdated. The price quality ration is very good

Fantastic hotel, the staff were amazing, very clean, and reasonably priced considering I was there for the World Cup match in Philly. I had a fantastic view of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge from my 5th-level room. They also have a very good self-serve coffee machine available 24 hours free of charge. Very happy with my stay overall. Nice sized apartments with good kitchen facilities. The bathroom was nice and clean. Good sized double bed and sofa-bed. The only downside was the noise from the neighbours, the rooms are not very sound-proof, the neighbour upstairs when flushing toilet was very noisy can wake you up.

We stayed here for a graduation and had a great experience! The rooms are updated with new carpets and furniture. A huge plus: the King rooms have pull-out sofas that work perfectly as extra beds. Major shout-out to the breakfast staff. They are super warm and attentive. We ordered off the menu instead if buffet. As for parking: Easy access to their own garage with a guest discount. $40 instead of $52, per night. Highly recommend this hotel if you're in town!

Ctrip set, go to booking. The front desk is very convenient, it is not clear where my name is. The breakfast was quite good, the eggs and the fruit were very good. The streets are relatively clean, I am easy to turn, I have to rely on navigation😂

Pretty good, it's one of the better hotels in Philadelphia. Even though there were a lot of people these past few days, the service and elevators were really good and fast. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I might consider staying here again if I come back to Philly.

Upon entering, I found there was no drinking water, and the bedsheets had noticeable stains, which immediately brought down the overall experience. While the bathroom facilities were complete, the general maintenance felt a bit subpar and didn't meet the brand standards I expected. ✨ **Overall Impression** If your main priority is easy access to explore central Philadelphia, this location is an excellent choice. But if you have high expectations for room cleanliness and meticulous service, you might be a bit disappointed. It's best suited for travelers who prioritize location above all else and are less sensitive to minor details.

The decoration is old-fashioned, clean and tidy, and close to the airport. Overall, it is OK. In terms of facilities and items provided: American hotels do not provide toothbrushes, slippers and other items, which is quite different from domestic hotels of the same brand.

The hotel was not up to snuff. There was some kind of sports team staying there,, and only 2 elevators, so there was a line to wait for the elevator. There was also only one person at the desk, so, again, a long wait for check in. When I said, ”Gee you really need help here,,” the woman said ”No, I'm fine. I've got three kids, I can handle this!” (Well it wasn't you I was concerned about, lady!) Also, the parking cost $25, otherwise you can park on the street (absolutely no spaces!), or go down the street to a paid lot. The room was adequate, the place was clean, but it was definitely not worth the high price.
