Right next to City Hall. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. The subway station is right outside, there's a supermarket downstairs, and Reading Terminal Market is also within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Kind staff. Great location. Comfortable bed. Relatively "aged" property and amenities. Breakfast should improve, a bean to cup coffee machine would be a great addition to the current service.

Housekeeping is only on alternate days, unless you request otherwise. The quality of housekeeping is a bit inconsistent. However, one nice perk of the hotel is the complimentary breakfast, though it's the same items pretty much everyday. I attended an event at the Convention Center, which is a short 5-min walk away. There's also a supermarket (Trader's Joe) nearby.

The room is very spacious and clean, with a kitchen for easy cooking. The location is good, close to the city hall and the farmers' market, not far from the university town, and the public security is good.
