The hotel has the perfect location within the historic district of Philadelphia. Walking distance to the Independence Hall and National Constitution Center.

Date of incident: December 7, 2025. I arrived with a paid reservation and confirmation under my name, and offered to provide my photo ID and payment card. The front desk refused to check me in. They told me to leave without giving any room or assistance, leaving me outside at night in cold weather with my partner. The way I was treated felt discriminatory because I was judged for my accent when I tried to explain my reservation. I showed proof of payment, ID, and confirmation number, yet they still refused service without any valid reason. I had to book another hotel the same night and received no service at all. Guests should not be denied service or treated differently based on language or how they speak. I do not recommend this hotel.

It is one of the more comfortable hotels I stayed in during my stay in the United States. It has parking service, and the hygiene and hotel facilities are good. The overall price-performance ratio is above average.

The location is great, very close to the subway station. There is also the famous Liberty Center and some famous museums nearby. It is very convenient to walk in the old city. Philadelphia City Hall is also very close. Ridin Martin is also very close. I walked the whole way. It was really convenient. The room was clean and big. It was very comfortable to live in.
