Staff is wonderful, super helpful and kind. Very accommodating to our event and all of the attendees! Had wonderful, easy service throughout the whole weekend. The bed sheets had a prior stain. You can tell they were washed but it was an old makeup(?) stain… a little discomforting but everything else was up to par. The elevators seemed to give out fairly easy with constant use.
Overall had a great time, will be back!

One of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had!
They lost my luggage - which contained my seizure medication and mobile phone - after temporarily storing it in their office while I went through an agonizing check-in debacle.
The manager (Kate Hernandez) was one of the most discourteous and rude people I have ever encountered.
I was treated with such contempt and disdain by her it brought me to tears.
The way this place is run is deplorable - you'd think it was an illegal ************ hideout.
The room was so awful I could not stay the night and asked my husband to come and get me out of this hellhole.
I will never stay here again and I will tell everyone I know to look elsewhere for accommodations.
It is one place to definitely avoid if staying in Philadelphia.

This hotel by far is the most comfortable place to stay. It's always clean, quiet there are so many floors it's hard to be bothered. The food is ok I don't think they have a chief however great place.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the city hall and within walking distance to most attractions. It's close to the subway station and the city center of Philadelphia is beautiful and clean. It was raining heavily when we arrived at the hotel and we couldn't see the scenery outside the window. But the arranged room is quite nice and quiet. The bath water is also very large.
