"Honestly, rated this lower simply because of the parking situation. The site needs to do a better job calling out parking options and pricing. It’s also wild to charge $70+ for Valet Parking especially for that tiny little lot across the street. We parked behind the hotel overnight and it cost $25, a price I would have accepted at the hotel.
The Hotel was tidy, breakfast was good and the employees responded well to loud guests yelling and and banging around late at night."

MapxmuThe room is spacious and quiet, and the service is excellent. Housekeeping comes daily to clean and replenish water. The hotel is located on the UPenn campus (slightly to the north), making it convenient to access the campus. There's a Wawa directly across the street from the hotel, which is great for general grocery shopping and also offers self-service ordering for Western-style brunch and hot food. The food is tasty, and you don't need to tip extra. The only drawback was a temporary elevator malfunction where I was stuck inside for a couple of minutes, but it fortunately resumed normal operation quickly.

YousipFantastic hotel, the staff were amazing, very clean, and reasonably priced considering I was there for the World Cup match in Philly. I had a fantastic view of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge from my 5th-level room. They also have a very good self-serve coffee machine available 24 hours free of charge. Very happy with my stay overall. Thank you, guys. 😊👍

JamesNot far from the city center, the subway is not far away, the hotel room is relatively small, but considering the location of the gold expensive can understand. Only free lemonade in the lobby is available for drinking.

Pretty good, it's one of the better hotels in Philadelphia. Even though there were a lot of people these past few days, the service and elevators were really good and fast. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I might consider staying here again if I come back to Philly.

The hotel is in a good location, with many restaurants and a Walmart around. Free parking.
The room is OK, there is no electric kettle and slippers. But the facilities are old, it should be an old hotel.
The overall feeling is good

Guest UserWe stayed here for a graduation and had a great experience! The rooms are updated with new carpets and furniture. A huge plus: the King rooms have pull-out sofas that work perfectly as extra beds.
Major shout-out to the breakfast staff. They are super warm and attentive. We ordered off the menu instead if buffet.
As for parking: Easy access to their own garage with a guest discount. $40 instead of $52, per night.
Highly recommend this hotel if you're in town!

Julie LevineThe hotel was not up to snuff. There was some kind of sports team staying there,, and only 2 elevators, so there was a line to wait for the elevator. There was also only one person at the desk, so, again, a long wait for check in. When I said, ”Gee you really need help here,,” the woman said ”No, I'm fine. I've got three kids, I can handle this!” (Well it wasn't you I was concerned about, lady!) Also, the parking cost $25, otherwise you can park on the street (absolutely no spaces!), or go down the street to a paid lot. The room was adequate, the place was clean, but it was definitely not worth the high price.

Guest UserThe hotel is located in the Chinatown of Philadelphia, close to the city hall of Philadelphia and the city hall. You can get to Penn by subway. Unfortunately, in a hurry, I didn't have a good meal in Philadelphia Chinatown.
