The room is spacious and quiet, and the service is excellent. Housekeeping comes daily to clean and replenish water. The hotel is located on the UPenn campus (slightly to the north), making it convenient to access the campus. There's a Wawa directly across the street from the hotel, which is great for general grocery shopping and also offers self-service ordering for Western-style brunch and hot food. The food is tasty, and you don't need to tip extra. The only drawback was a temporary elevator malfunction where I was stuck inside for a couple of minutes, but it fortunately resumed normal operation quickly.

The most satisfying hotel during our East Coast trip! The facilities are complete, luxurious, and elegant! The service is also excellent! The hotel itself, from the inside out, is an architectural masterpiece 👍 The lobby is grand and magnificent! Enjoying breakfast here with delicious food and beautiful scenery was a great experience! Most importantly, the location is superb, right next to City Hall! The transportation is convenient, and the environment is safe (which is very important in Philadelphia)!

Fantastic hotel, the staff were amazing, very clean, and reasonably priced considering I was there for the World Cup match in Philly. I had a fantastic view of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge from my 5th-level room. They also have a very good self-serve coffee machine available 24 hours free of charge. Very happy with my stay overall. Not far from the city center, the subway is not far away, the hotel room is relatively small, but considering the location of the gold expensive can understand. Only free lemonade in the lobby is available for drinking.

this app doesn’t tell you that parking for this hotel is $62 per night. The pool was very shallow but nice. The hotel was nice and clean, friendly staff. The bakery goods inside their little store were delicious and fairly priced. The view from our room was awesome as well! I would stay here again!

We stayed here for a graduation and had a great experience! The rooms are updated with new carpets and furniture. A huge plus: the King rooms have pull-out sofas that work perfectly as extra beds. Major shout-out to the breakfast staff. They are super warm and attentive. We ordered off the menu instead if buffet. As for parking: Easy access to their own garage with a guest discount. $40 instead of $52, per night. Highly recommend this hotel if you're in town!

The hotel was not up to snuff. There was some kind of sports team staying there,, and only 2 elevators, so there was a line to wait for the elevator. There was also only one person at the desk, so, again, a long wait for check in. When I said, ”Gee you really need help here,,” the woman said ”No, I'm fine. I've got three kids, I can handle this!” (Well it wasn't you I was concerned about, lady!) Also, the parking cost $25, otherwise you can park on the street (absolutely no spaces!), or go down the street to a paid lot. The room was adequate, the place was clean, but it was definitely not worth the high price.

While the bathroom facilities were complete, the general maintenance felt a bit subpar and didn't meet the brand standards I expected. ✨ **Overall Impression** If your main priority is easy access to explore central Philadelphia, this location is an excellent choice. But if you have high expectations for room cleanliness and meticulous service, you might be a bit disappointed. It's best suited for travelers who prioritize location above all else and are less sensitive to minor details.

The hotel was Charlene and the very nice gentleman check me in was awesome. The food at hotel was very good The room was great I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton suite Philadelphia Airport.

The decoration is old-fashioned, clean and tidy, and close to the airport. Overall, it is OK. In terms of facilities and items provided: American hotels do not provide toothbrushes, slippers and other items, which is quite different from domestic hotels of the same brand.
