Hampton Inn Philadelphia Center City-Convention Center
"Located in the convention center district, the hotel is walkable to Jefferson Station which allows for easy access to the airport. Breakfast was pretty good and there’s even 4 waffle makers so there isn’t a queue to make waffles. The room was nice and they welcomed me to the room with my name on the TV screen"
The Study at University City, Study Hotels
"The hotel room is small and the facilities are average, close to the level of domestic express hotels. The price is inflated"
DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia Center City
"We inadvertantly booked Trip.com instead of Hilton directly as I always do. 2 rooms. When we arrived, one room was ready but the other was not. They told us to come back closer to 2pm. We did. Wasn't ready. Come back closer to 3pm, and we were told, "it may be closer to the guaranteed time of 4pm." We had reservations and that would push us. However, we came back at 3 and were told that "because you're third party....." Everyone around us was getting a key but our room wasn't ready. We were made to feel like third class citizens because we were "third party." I wasn't given a chance to show my Hilton Honors number because we were "third party." Well, the "guaranteed" time of 4pm came and went, and we were getting anxious about missing our reservation. At 4:20 the representative went to a manager and got some sort of waiver but explained the room was not the one we paid for. (Two queens) but instead it was 1 queen and beside the elevator. By now we were so late we just went with it. We wasted more than 3 hours in the lobby, were made to feel inferior because we were "third party" and we had a substandard room when we paid for better. Bad experience, made worse by bad policy, insensitivity of representative by continued bexplanation that the reason everyone else was getting their room because we were "third party", apparently a form of low class in Hilton. Well, I'm a Hilton Honors member for decades, and while we made a mistake because you sold rooms to a third party and we were usurped online, our mistake ruined a perfectly good visit."
Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia City Center
"Check in was pretty slow, but the room was clean and quiet. Reasonable price."
The Heid Lofts By Reside, A Wyndham Residence
"The two-bedroom, one-living room apartment is huge, complete with an ice maker, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The kids loved it. There's a gym on the rooftop with amazing views. It's a 15-minute walk to Chinatown and Reading Terminal Market. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Philadelphia."
Hyatt Centric Center City Philadelphia
"Very good accommodation experience, the environment and service are very good"
Sosuite at The Onyx - Museum District
"Really great customer service"
Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District

"Juan at the front desk saved the day as I needed to change two rooms- the first one was dirty and the second one smelled like smoke. Juan made sure he got me a room that was clean and even went with me to make sure. The staff is courteous and professional."
Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center
"The hotel has a strong sense of design. The top floor has an unobstructed view of Philadelphia. The lobby is decorated with flowers. The room facilities are clean and tidy. The service is very good. The view and food in the top floor restaurant are good."
The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia

Courtyard Philadelphia City Avenue
"This hotel is terrible, bad sheet so dirty, and so damn cheap can’t even provide water and tissue. Never going back to that hotel."
The Notary Hotel, Philadelphia, Autograph Collection
"The room is very big, the bed is very high, the key is the excellent location, five-star recommendation"
Fitler Club
"Very cost-effective hotel, convenient parking, I stayed here to walk around Philadelphia, after all, Philadelphia is not big"
The Dwight D Hotel
The Inn at Penn, A Hilton Hotel
"A very cozy place right in the UPenn campus with spacious rooms. Everything was just fine. Maybe the wake up knock at 9:30 am on the checkout day attempting to ensure that we do not oversleep and indeed leave the room by 11 am was not necessary."
Holiday Inn PHILADELPHIA ARPT-STADIUM AREA by IHG
"The sound insulation was bad, can heard the water pipe, the people in the hallway, and the outside cars. If you are a quite sleeper, don't choice here. Overall the value of the cost is okay. The parking charge is not that reasonable."
Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown
"Hotel in downtown Philadelphia although located tucked near an expressway. Around a 10 minute walk to Rittenhouse Square. Just like many Sheraton hotels however, the hotel is a bit outdated which can be seen through the carpet and the bathroom however, cleanliness is decent. Spacious room. Housekeeping not very proactive, did not come for one day or came at 6pm. However, front desk was responsive and get that situation amended quickly. Not a bad stay for a decently price 3 star hotel in Philadelphia."
Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia Center City
"I sent an email to the hotel asking to cancel my booking or change the dates. I couldn’t travel to Philadelphia because I was ill. The weather was awful in New York and I fell ill. I couldn’t travel any further. And I was only in the US for a few days. I’ve never encountered such disregard from a hotel before. A complete lack of response. This reflects very badly on the quality of service. I visit the US from time to time, but I’ll be giving this hotel in Philadelphia a wide berth. A total lack of respect for the customer."
