Booked one deluxe room and stayed for one night with kids. The room is sufficient, ample toiletries with a bottle of distilled water. The kids enjoyed much at the pool, it was big maximum of 4.2 feet and an adjacent kiddie pool with water fountains also good thing is that the kiddie play room is just along the area so you can watch your kids play around. They also have sun loungers and couches. At the same floor they have this six hole miniature gold area designed for fun and playful guests. In the evening we went to the roof top, there was a bar and spend some time just chilling around. Then buffet breakfast was ok, the kids loved the champorado. Then we went for a quick stroll to the adjacent mall, and you don't have to go down for there was a connecting area at the 4th floor. All in all the stay was absolutely ok despite this musty smell, I think from the carpet that is not dried up? or from the sewer. However, that does not make our stay memorable.

Pros: nice architecture , nice SPA & service, free mini bar (cup noodle & Pringle chips, coke and pineapple juice) Cons: - super slow reception (bad line management), smells really bad since it’s a ****** and alot of random people walk in and out and smoke. - NO OUTSIDE FOOD or FOOD DELIVERY!!! that’s actually absurd, since as an tourist, I want to enjoy local food in the comfort of my own home/room, and that is not allowed.. really crazy. - NOBE restaurant is also extremely overpriced and bad, we got the omakase.. and the presentation was horrible.. food was so so average.. - The pool is only open till 8pm, you don’t really have much time to enjoy it since during the day time it’s so damn humid and hot outside, realistically you will start using the pool around 6 pm ish when it’s least hot - loud noisy room, you can hear the loud train, traffics, airplane noise outside, combined with the room next door.. it’s so loud , I am honestly shocked by how bad the sound proofing is

My recent stay at Savea Hotel was truly memorable. The hotel enjoys an ideal location, conveniently situated near the mall and several prominent hotels. The iconic swimming pool is stunning, especially when viewed from above, and the overall ambiance of the property is impressive. The food was also excellent and exceeded our expectations. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the team for making my birthday celebration extra special. Special thanks to Richie for the beautiful room decorations, Ron from Housekeeping for ensuring our room remained spotless throughout our stay, Pauline for thoughtfully checking on our experience, and the female chef who personally delivered our lunch on our first day (I regret not getting her name, but I hope she receives the recognition she deserves). The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, thanks to Riann and the reception team. They even went the extra mile by assisting me in booking a Grab to Terminal 3, which was greatly appreciated. I fully understand that the hotel is currently in its soft opening phase, and naturally there are areas that can still be enhanced. While the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, it was honestly one of the best breakfasts we have experienced, with every dish being flavorful and well-prepared. For further improvement, management may wish to focus on pest control, particularly regarding flies. One area for improvement would be the in-room dining order management system. Due to a system error, my order was not reflected properly, resulting in a wait of almost two hours. As I had not received any update, I personally went down to the reception desk to follow up on the status of my order. Unfortunately, due to my flight schedule and limited time before departure, I had no choice but to cancel the order. While I understand that challenges can arise during a soft opening period, improving order tracking and communication would greatly enhance the guest experience. Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to the management team for generously extending a complimentary late check-out after understanding my flight schedule. This thoughtful gesture made our departure much more comfortable. Thank you to the entire Savea Hotel team for your warm hospitality. I look forward to seeing the hotel continue to grow and improve, and I would gladly return in the future.

The staffs are very helpful. Their security is good too. The view is amazing. Location is super. They have 711, Bank & ATM on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a Mini Chinese Supermarket, Pool, Gym, kids play area, a small shop which sells some clothing, a Cafe/Restaurant and a Malatang hhh. Quite a combo, you can get what you need. They also offer free rides to some places nearby. The only downside is that we found 2 rubbish bags under the cupboard that is not ours and the sink is not very clean. Others are acceptable. I’ll still consider it for my future stays. Hope they can improve the cleaning and make it smell fresher.

I stayed at this hotel for about ten nights and had the opportunity to switch between several rooms. It's an extremely convenient choice if you have a flight to or from Ninoy Aquino Airport and are looking for a budget-friendly option without sacrificing essential services. The double rooms are equipped with everything you need for your stay: there's a TV, a hot water kettle, and two complimentary bottles of water are provided. The complimentary toiletries kit is complete for two people, with sachets of shampoo, toothbrushes with toothpaste, and soap bars. The towels are always clean. A big plus is the in-room telephone, which is very useful for making requests to reception or ordering food without having to go down in person every time. Recommended for its practicality and excellent value for money.

Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest. Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety. The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided. On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests. The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.

Second stay, different unit in Phase 1—and still an amazing experience! We truly enjoyed our time again. Just a small note: compared to our previous 2-bedroom stay, the kitchen utensils were more complete and had bigger pots and pans. The 3-bedroom unit had smaller ones than expected, but it wasn’t a problem for us since we live nearby and could easily get what we needed. ONCE AGAIN, KUDOS TO THE HOST. Thank you...

Unfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

Cozy place. Enough space for solo or couples. Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process. Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved. Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
