"2 stars only because first, the front desk staff were not even professional when talking to their hotel guests. Next, the bathroom had a water leak from the wall, and there was also a time when the water supply was cut off. Also, the room had no window, not even a hanger or a place to put clothes. There was a TV, but no Netflix just for display, and you still need to subscribe .And there was also a time when the keycard did not work, so we had to go back down to the front desk instead of being able to rest, which was quite inconvenient.
Unlike other hotels with the same price or even cheaper, that offer complete amenities. In this hotel, it’s hard to understand the setup, and the lighting is also depressing since it’s all yellow."

JJude K.I stayed at Okada Manila from February 21 to 24, 2026 and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained, and the facilities of the hotel were impressive.
During my stay, my travel companion lost an Apple AirPods Max shortly before check‑out and we thought it was impossible to get it back. The security team, especially Supervisor Arnold, worked very hard to help us and finally returned the headphones to us safely, which made us feel very grateful and impressed by their professionalism.
Overall, I felt safe and well taken care of in this hotel, and I would be happy to stay at Okada Manila again and recommend it to other travelers.

AAnonymous UserWe recently stayed at the hotel to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday and Father’s Day, and overall, we had a wonderful experience.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the facilities were well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. I would also like to commend Ms. Mari from the Front Office for her excellent service during check-in. She was professional, warm, and accommodating.
There were a couple of areas that could be improved. Upon check-in, only one of our rooms was available, so we had to wait for the other room to be prepared. In addition, the birthday cake amenity that I had requested in the special notes during booking took quite some time to arrive.
Despite these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and had a memorable celebration with our family. Thank you to the team for helping make our special occasion enjoyable.

GGuest UserBooked one deluxe room and stayed for one night with kids. The room is sufficient, ample toiletries with a bottle of distilled water. The kids enjoyed much at the pool, it was big maximum of 4.2 feet and an adjacent kiddie pool with water fountains also good thing is that the kiddie play room is just along the area so you can watch your kids play around. They also have sun loungers and couches. At the same floor they have this six hole miniature gold area designed for fun and playful guests. In the evening we went to the roof top, there was a bar and spend some time just chilling around. Then buffet breakfast was ok, the kids loved the champorado. Then we went for a quick stroll to the adjacent mall, and you don't have to go down for there was a connecting area at the 4th floor. All in all the stay was absolutely ok despite this musty smell, I think from the carpet that is not dried up? or from the sewer. However, that does not make our stay memorable.

Wwanderer0112The hotel was outstanding from the outside, and so as inside. It’s convenient to visit the Ayala Malls Manila Bay which is just opposite to it. Rooms were superb and the birthday amenities is really good.
Breakfast is mediocre, not something I will look forward to, unlike my other trips.
The only downside is that you need to cross the whole ****** full of cigarette smell every time you want to go to the mall nearby, or to go to the breakfast place.

Ggloriousme8The staffs are very helpful. Their security is good too. The view is amazing. Location is super. They have 711, Bank & ATM on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a Mini Chinese Supermarket, Pool, Gym, kids play area, a small shop which sells some clothing, a Cafe/Restaurant and a Malatang hhh. Quite a combo, you can get what you need. They also offer free rides to some places nearby. The only downside is that we found 2 rubbish bags under the cupboard that is not ours and the sink is not very clean. Others are acceptable. I’ll still consider it for my future stays. Hope they can improve the cleaning and make it smell fresher.

MOA - great for morning walk / exercise, back and forth
Only downside - you can hear people moving and talking outside your room, sometimes bathroom will smell of smoke (possibly from the exhaust)
Lobby - warm and welcoming
Employees - all respectable
Room - clean, cozy, relaxing
Table space - great specially for those who are working
Room Wifi - can be a bit unstable but overall great connection, choose 5g option for a more stable connection
Bed - king size with 4 pillows and warm duvet cover
2 sofa bed - can make larger beds with two sofa beds available in the room (you can request them to arrange this before your check in)
Bathroom - clean, warm and cold water, with hair dryer, towels can be replaced upon request for additional cost, standard set for hygiene care (toothbrush, toothpaste)
Fridge - available, just need to plug it in when you arrive
TV - only cable channel, no netflix or other streaming app
Safety deposit box - available
Swimming Pool - not heated, very cold, great in summer or hot weather
Breakfast - Buffet, a few selection but has appetizers (salad, fruits), main dish, desserts, drinks, coffee, cereals. Overall great food.

Extremeli Suites have excellent customer service from checking in to checking out. The staff even comes by everyday to ask if there are anything I need to make my stay comfortable. Even asked if I need replacement of water bottles used for brewing coffee. The amenities are nice. The view is amazing. I can see most of Metro Manila from the 18th floor I'm staying at.
If Solaire or SM MOA has any more events, I would definitely come back to Extremeli for my next vacation in Manila. 10/10 highly recommend.

One of the best parts of staying here is definitely the spectacular view of NAIA. If you love planes and aviation, this place is perfect for you. Watching aircraft take off and land from the rooftop or window view feels so calming and exciting at the same time, especially during sunset and nighttime when the runway lights look beautiful.
Another highlight is the cat around the property — super cute and mabait! It honestly added warmth and charm to the experience and made the stay feel even more welcoming.
The location is also very convenient, especially for early flights or layovers. Overall, Rain Airport BNB offers great value for money, a peaceful stay, and a unique experience for plane lovers. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
