Patient staff and room upgrade, but severe water and flooding issues! Pros: Extremely patient, nice, and helpful staff.Got a complimentary room upgrade. Cons: No water for several hours (apparently due to the neighboring hotel).The bathroom flooded badly once the water returned because the drain was clogged. Could not take a normal-length shower because the bathroom floor would quickly overflow. Found insects inside the room.The staff did their best to help us, but the building's maintenance and plumbing issues ruined what could have been a perfect stay.

The room was clean, and the bed and blankets were very comfortable. The location is convenient – just a 15-minute drive to the airport – so it's perfect for a layover. On the downside, it fronts a busy road, so car noise can be an issue (as other reviewers have pointed out). Light sleepers should be aware, and keep in mind they charge extra for late checkout, even if it's just over an hour

I stayed two nights in Manila before heading to Boracay. This hotel is a Chinese-invested property, so it has a very Chinese style. It was very convenient and comfortable. I'd recommend it! Stays: August 3-4, 2026 and August 8-9, 2026.

Never ever again!! Arrived: The Room type that I already paid and reserve was given to someone we have to wait for an hour to get checked in. No wifi in the room where they put us. The next room stinks so bad. There is a still water when u take a shower and it smells like pee in the BR even no one is using it. The pipe is messed obviously messed up. I don’t recommend it.
