Special thanks, my much appreciation for Mr. Joshua who welcomed me with high hospitality, warm face and with friendly service in the evening while I arrived to the hotel, even he was responsible for Check-Out Service. And didn’t count for the deposit, which made me feel so welcomed guest🌹 Hotel is nice, clean, and full of snacks, water, tea in the room, also all of them are free. Small things: the water in the sink going in so slowly, and the shower water has middle thrust. AC in the room works 100% well, sometimes i felt myself in the Antarctica❄️🥶👍 Breakfast: doesn’t have Pickled cucumbers and Masala tea. The foods mostly based for Asian style, not European or Mediterranean 🥲 But all good and nice😊 Philippine and its people are very kind, friendly, always like to help, always speaks with respect. Definitely I will come to visit Philippines again and again, with love from Kazakhstan 🇰🇿❤️🇵🇭 В целом все хорошо, кроме кухни, еда более азиатская, не нашла соленные огурцы, и другое что нам привычно. I stayed at Okada Manila from February 21 to 24, 2026 and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained, and the facilities of the hotel were impressive. During my stay, my travel companion lost an Apple AirPods Max shortly before check‑out and we thought it was impossible to get it back. The security team, especially Supervisor Arnold, worked very hard to help us and finally returned the headphones to us safely, which made us feel very grateful and impressed by their professionalism. Overall, I felt safe and well taken care of in this hotel, and I would be happy to stay at Okada Manila again and recommend it to other travelers.

Our stay at Nobu Hotel was enjoyable overall, and we really appreciated the convenient location next to several shopping malls. That said, there are a few points worth noting. The lobby and elevator areas had a noticeable cigarette smell, which wasn't ideal for us as we were traveling with young children. We also found the no-outside-food policy a bit inconvenient, especially since the hotel's dining options were limited later in the evening. The signage to the pool and shopping mall could be clearer. We accidentally tried to use a nearby pool that turned out to be for another hotel, which caused some confusion. The staff eventually allowed us access after checking our room number, but the interaction felt a bit tense, and our children were repeatedly watched closely even with my husband supervising. Breakfast offered good variety, with both buffet and à la carte choices available. We opted for the buffet, which is served at the Hyatt Hotel and requires a short shuttle ride. On our first morning, we paid 155 HKD for one buffet access. The next day, reception staff offered promotions—30% off for new members or buy-one-get-one for BDO cardholders. We took the buy-one-get-one offer, but when we tried to use it again, we were told it could only be redeemed once per day. This restriction hadn't been mentioned earlier, and it was disappointing that the staff didn't offer any flexibility or attempt to void the transaction. Overall, it was a decent stay, but given the price point, we would likely explore other options next time.

The staffs are very helpful. Their security is good too. The view is amazing. Location is super. They have 711, Bank & ATM on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a Mini Chinese Supermarket, Pool, Gym, kids play area, a small shop which sells some clothing, a Cafe/Restaurant and a Malatang hhh. Quite a combo, you can get what you need. They also offer free rides to some places nearby. The only downside is that we found 2 rubbish bags under the cupboard that is not ours and the sink is not very clean. Others are acceptable. I’ll still consider it for my future stays. Hope they can improve the cleaning and make it smell fresher.

Walking distance to MOA.Easily accessible to the giant mall and hypermarket. Room is spaciou and clean. It would be great to install a small shelf for bathing amenities inside shower area.

Staying at this luxury penthouse hotel near City of Dreams was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we checked in, we were treated like VIPs. The penthouse itself was stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly designed with panoramic city views that were absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. The amenities were top-tier: a private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, smart entertainment system, and even a soaking tub with a skyline view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every corner of the suite exuded sophistication and comfort. The location was also perfect—just minutes away from City of Dreams, SM Mall of Asia, and the airport. Whether we wanted to explore, dine, or enjoy the nightlife, everything was within easy reach. What truly set the experience apart was the personalized service. The staff were attentive and professional, making sure our stay was seamless and luxurious from beginning to end. If you’re looking for a high-end stay in Manila that blends privacy, comfort, and convenience, this penthouse is the perfect choice. Will definitely book again!

Second stay, different unit in Phase 1—and still an amazing experience! We truly enjoyed our time again. Just a small note: compared to our previous 2-bedroom stay, the kitchen utensils were more complete and had bigger pots and pans. The 3-bedroom unit had smaller ones than expected, but it wasn’t a problem for us since we live nearby and could easily get what we needed. ONCE AGAIN, KUDOS TO THE HOST. Thank you...

Unfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

The place is so clean, nice room super spacious and a lot to offer. Has cooking utensils but I would like to request adding mugs for person like me who loves coffee and also cutlery. Aside from that everything is great super live the place. Will make sure to book this again.

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
