”Although there was a technical issue during check-in and our paid room was fully booked, the hotel staff resolved it professionally. We visit here every month, and our children really enjoy the activities organized by the staff. The restaurant serves incredibly delicious pizza, which we always look forward to having. Please maintain the same great taste, but I hope the restaurant staff can be more attentive to arriving guests and avoid judging customers based on their appearance.”

Had a great stay in swiss garden hotel. The location is great at mid mountain, and easy to book a grab with only 20 mins ride away from genting first world. The hotel is also near premium outlet. Room is spacious with good view, staffs are helpful and courteous. Only thing that may not be nice for me is the shower. It only has rain shower without the handed one. Its just my preference to use the hand shower. But overall it was an awesome stay!

Love the hotel, love the views😍 good for relaxing and quiet surroundings👍 rooms are spacious with complete amenities, lots if entertainment such as pool, gym, bowling, billiard, many restaurants below the apartment, but not entirely open yet, However for family with young kids & elderly, keep in mind that the walking distance from Antara to skyworld or main building of genting arena is about 20 mins and uphill, they do provide buggy car but only a short distance, grab takes some time to come, but other than that everything else is beautiful❤️

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was soft, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The suite was also equipped with useful amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and washing machine, which made the stay feel just like home. The location is very convenient, only a short drive from Genting Highlands. There are also restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby, so it was easy to find food and anything I needed during my stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the check-in and check-out process. They responded quickly whenever assistance was needed, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful mountain surroundings. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The facilities were clean and well looked after, and everything contributed to a pleasant stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Geo38 Premier Suites Genting Highlands. It offers great value for money, excellent comfort, and a convenient location. Cleanliness - The unit is clean. But found that toilet rug was not changed as it looked dirty and partially wet. Towels with stains. Otherwise, it’s a pretty good stay. Good location - walkable distance to restaurants and convenience stores Good and fast service from service crew - no long q for checking in and out Swimming pool - so many people in swimming pool on weekends, looks like soaking in water instead of swimming, the water didn’t look clean (abit yellow/greenish), recommend to skip swimming ya

Had an enjoyable stay at 1001 Hotel overall. One of the biggest highlights is its location. It’s situated away from the busy ****** crowds, making it a peaceful retreat while still offering easy access to the attractions. The view is absolutely stunning—waking up to a sea of clouds was truly unforgettable and one of the best parts of the stay. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The check-in process was slower than expected (only one staff) and the front desk staff could communicate more clearly and proactively with guests. Better coordination and customer service during check-in would create a much better first impression. Another downside is the limited food options within or near the hotel. While this may not be an issue for short stays, having more dining choices would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax with spectacular mountain and cloud views, 1001 is a great choice. With improvements to the check-in experience and more food options, it would be an even better destination.

The suite was good and spacious. It has balcony and the facility around that area is quite good. The view also nice. There is a few cafe to choose from, and retail outlet like The News and KK Mart outlet. There are basic room item provided such as iron and iron board, slippers, toothbrush, soap & Shampoo, kettle, coffee & tea, mugs, TV, safety box and hair dryer, but there is no mineral/drinking water, small fridge or microwave provided. However the check in is quite tricky as you may find the person arranging check in staying in the alley nearby The News outlet, there is no proper reception counter available. The customer service will not answer your call. They only reply via what's app so do not bother to call, you may get scolded by the lady who answered. This can be said as not a hotel service, so do not expect that kind of services from this provider. It is more like AirBnB style. However it was a nice stay just during the night i don't know why there is strange shouting and yelling and disturbing sound once in a while came out from nowhere. so it's quite disturbing my sleep a few time wake up in a shock hearing something unwelcoming sound. But if your ear is sound proof while sleeping i think it will not becoming a problem to you.

The door lock was a bit faulty, it wouldn't close securely and kept making strange noises at night, disturbing my sleep!

Fantastic! I absolutely loved it. Everything was so simple and straightforward. The self-check-in process was a breeze – no need to bother anyone. The customer service staff were also wonderful 😊. Nice and very good!

The apartment was sufficient for our family of 7. The amenities provided is also sufficient. However, the checking in procedure was a bit inefficient. The host could have contacted/WhatsApp me earlier and let me know how exactly to check-in. Rather than I was sent here and there by the people at the hotel. Another thing, the apartment is on the 10th floor, so I can hear the cars ramming along the road. It was very2 noisy all night.
