Hotels with Parking in Bentong

Staying 3 days 2 nights, last minute booking and requested a room on the top floor but unfortunately there were no rooms available that time. Stay in block C with hill view and new cable car. Can see a little bit of the Skyworld ice age game. Fortunate to picture a clear view on daytime and night. Satisfied because the cooking equipment and washing machine work well especially the dryer. There will be more famous f&b shops will be opened soon. Although there is only 1 access key and parking isn't free, I am still satisfied with the facilities available especially the outdoor and indoor playground, swimming pool, hidden garden, hammock, stargazing, wall climbing, trampoline all free. Other extra activities such as bowling, darts & pool, golf simulator and karaoke are also available and the fee is also affordable. Comfortable for families to have fun in privacy. More interestingly, the staff are also very quick to act when receiving complaints. To go up to Skyworld, you can also go through the skybridge and walk 20-30 minutes. If you are lucky, you can use the buggy provided. Wheelchairs and strollers are also available at the customer service counter on level G. Highly recommended for large families. I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and definitely will come back again.

”Although there was a technical issue during check-in and our paid room was fully booked, the hotel staff resolved it professionally. We visit here every month, and our children really enjoy the activities organized by the staff. The restaurant serves incredibly delicious pizza, which we always look forward to having. Please maintain the same great taste, but I hope the restaurant staff can be more attentive to arriving guests and avoid judging customers based on their appearance.”

Had a great stay in swiss garden hotel. The location is great at mid mountain, and easy to book a grab with only 20 mins ride away from genting first world. The hotel is also near premium outlet. Room is spacious with good view, staffs are helpful and courteous. Only thing that may not be nice for me is the shower. It only has rain shower without the handed one. Its just my preference to use the hand shower. But overall it was an awesome stay!

Love the hotel, love the views😍 good for relaxing and quiet surroundings👍 rooms are spacious with complete amenities, lots if entertainment such as pool, gym, bowling, billiard, many restaurants below the apartment, but not entirely open yet, However for family with young kids & elderly, keep in mind that the walking distance from Antara to skyworld or main building of genting arena is about 20 mins and uphill, they do provide buggy car but only a short distance, grab takes some time to come, but other than that everything else is beautiful❤️

I had a wonderful stay at Geo38 Premier Suites Genting Highlands. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Genting Highlands. The location is very convenient, only a short drive from Genting Highlands. There are also restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby, so it was easy to find food and anything I needed during my stay. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful mountain surroundings. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Truly a family-friendly hotel! The Sixers Room with bunk beds was definitely a hit with the kids. The hotel location is very strategic — just opposite SkyWorlds Theme Park with only a 3-minute walk, and about 5 minutes to Avenue Mall. Very convenient for families with children. There are also plenty of food choices nearby. You can easily find a variety of food at Avenue Mall, or take a short walk to Kayangan Apartment for authentic Chinese food. The hotel is also near the link bridge connecting to Antara Mall, making everything easily accessible. Security is also very good. The access card only allows you to enter the floor you are staying on, and there are security personnel stationed downstairs, which made us feel safe throughout the stay. If you prefer a quieter environment, opt for a room facing the hill side. It is much less noisy and you can still enjoy the cable car view. Overall, a great stay for a fun, comfortable, and convenient family getaway!

Cleanliness - The unit is clean. But found that toilet rug was not changed as it looked dirty and partially wet. Towels with stains. Otherwise, it’s a pretty good stay. Good location - walkable distance to restaurants and convenience stores Good and fast service from service crew - no long q for checking in and out Swimming pool - so many people in swimming pool on weekends, looks like soaking in water instead of swimming, the water didn’t look clean (abit yellow/greenish), recommend to skip swimming ya

The suite was good and spacious. It has balcony and the facility around that area is quite good. The view also nice. There is a few cafe to choose from, and retail outlet like The News and KK Mart outlet. There are basic room item provided such as iron and iron board, slippers, toothbrush, soap & Shampoo, kettle, coffee & tea, mugs, TV, safety box and hair dryer, but there is no mineral/drinking water, small fridge or microwave provided. However the check in is quite tricky as you may find the person arranging check in staying in the alley nearby The News outlet, there is no proper reception counter available. The customer service will not answer your call. They only reply via what's app so do not bother to call, you may get scolded by the lady who answered. This can be said as not a hotel service, so do not expect that kind of services from this provider. It is more like AirBnB style. However it was a nice stay just during the night i don't know why there is strange shouting and yelling and disturbing sound once in a while came out from nowhere. so it's quite disturbing my sleep a few time wake up in a shock hearing something unwelcoming sound. But if your ear is sound proof while sleeping i think it will not becoming a problem to you.

The door lock was a bit faulty, it wouldn't close securely and kept making strange noises at night, disturbing my sleep!

It was conveniently located near the ******. It will be great if the check in process was more efficient and the service staff were more helpful n patient. The deluxe rm only looks newer than the standard rm. Housekeeper knocked on our door even tho dnd was hung. Wish slippers were provided since we paid more for it. Hope to c improvement on our next stay.
