MMystery solvedThe stay was good, clean, and easy access to the mall, ****** and sky avenue. However be prepared for a 100m run from the entrance to your hotel room, it is actually wide enough and quite a nice walk 🤭 staff were well trained and attentive to any needs or questions you may have, not sure what amenities the hotel has as there wasn’t any that had directional cues for guests, so I’m guessing there aren’t any? I may be wrong

GGuest UserPlease see the details of my experience below: Incomplete Check-In & Luggage Handling: I reached the hotel lobby around 11:00 AM to check in and provided my NRIC and phone number to the receptionist for verification. Because the room was not ready yet, I told her it was fine, left my baggage with her, and requested her help to bring it up to the room once it was ready. I then rushed to catch the shuttle bus to the theme park. Delayed Evening Check-In & Unsecured Baggage: When I arrived back at the lobby around 10:00 PM expecting to simply collect my room keys, a different receptionist took more than 15 minutes to process my check-in all over again. During this time, he also faced a printer failure while trying to print my breakfast vouchers for the next day. Furthermore, I noticed my baggage was still left out in the open area of the lobby. Lack of Urgency at Front Desk: While waiting for my late check-in, the phone at the front counter rang continuously for more than 10 seconds. Only one staff member finally answered it, while three other staff members just stood there daydreaming. As a waiting guest, I personally felt quite irritated watching the front desk phone ring for so long without being answered. Poor Staff Attitude: When I asked what time breakfast was served, the staff member replied, ”It's standard lah... 7:30 AM till 10:30 AM,” as if I were a barbarian who had never stayed in a hotel before asking a dumb question. Their attitude felt like I don't care. Disregarded Guest Request: Because I was too exhausted to continue waiting for the breakfast voucher to print, I requested that the staff deliver it to my room later by simply slipping it under the door. However, when staff member came to deliver it, he still pressed the doorbell, unnecessarily disturbing my rest. Confusing Service Design & Layout: The hotel room lifts are quite complicated to reach from the lobby. The receptionist merely pointed and told me to ”go straight and turn right.” Carrying my own baggage, I went straight, turned right, had to make a U-turn, and kept asking around before finally finding the room lift. It felt like a treasure hunt, banging around here and there until I finally reached it. I am not sure if your service design is intentionally meant to handle customers this way. Room Cleanliness Issues: The room itself was quite dusty. I could clearly see hair and dirt on the bedsheets. There was also some black substance inside the fridge, to the point where I did not dare put any of my drinks inside. Overall, the hotel is quite nice physically considering the age of the hotel. It just really needs to improve its service culture, staff training, and cleanliness standards.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is centrally located in Gotong Jaya, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. However, it's about 10 km to Genting Highlands, which isn't an issue if you're driving. The hotel itself is very clean, tidy, and comfortable! Highly recommended!!!!

AAnonymous User2nd time I'm staying here. Unfortunately this time I got level 12 compared to the 1st time I've been here before at level 42. I requested the highest level floor but I got level 12. This time when the sliding door opens there's smelly like people cooking. There are no indoor slippers and coffee cups provided here compared to the other unit I stayed at before. For this time check in I feel so bad and dissatisfied.

GGemx8Truly a family-friendly hotel! The Sixers Room with bunk beds was definitely a hit with the kids. The hotel location is very strategic — just opposite SkyWorlds Theme Park with only a 3-minute walk, and about 5 minutes to Avenue Mall. Very convenient for families with children. There are also plenty of food choices nearby. You can easily find a variety of food at Avenue Mall, or take a short walk to Kayangan Apartment for authentic Chinese food. The hotel is also near the link bridge connecting to Antara Mall, making everything easily accessible. Security is also very good. The access card only allows you to enter the floor you are staying on, and there are security personnel stationed downstairs, which made us feel safe throughout the stay. If you prefer a quieter environment, opt for a room facing the hill side. It is much less noisy and you can still enjoy the cable car view. Overall, a great stay for a fun, comfortable, and convenient family getaway!

VVivienleeys96I stayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient—about 7 minutes from Awana Resort and around 20 minutes to SkyAvenue. There are also plenty of shops nearby where you can dine or pick up daily essentials, which made things very convenient. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the lifts were fast, so getting to the unit was easy. The unit itself is very spacious, especially for a couple, which made the stay comfortable. That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. It would be great if the unit provided a kettle or a water filter for added convenience. Also, the water heater took quite a long time to warm up, and the water pressure in the shower was rather weak. Overall, aside from these minor issues, everything else was very good and I would say it’s definitely worth the price.

AAnonymous UserThe view here is really beautiful — I was lucky enough to get the carpet cloud view, memang cantik sangat especially from my room on the 43rd floor. The room itself was comfortable and the overall atmosphere feels quite premium. A few things can be improved though. Inside the room, the phone line was almost non-existent and the WiFi was quite weak/slow. Another confusing part is the lift area — once you come out from the elevator, there’s no proper signage or directory showing whether your room is on the left or right side, and no room number guide on each floor, so it can be quite confusing at first. Parking-wise I can’t comment much since I used the valet service, which was convenient. Breakfast was okay with quite a lot of choices. If you’re paying during walk-in, it’s around RM80 per person. Overall, still a nice stay mainly because of the amazing view and cool weather.

AAnonymous UserIt was a pleasant stay for us as the room is clean and spacious too. Really great deal for the price paid. The hotel even extend my check out time to 12noon as well I check in late the day before. One thing I’d comment is the parking lot - they seems to have a centralised carpark & it is quite far from where we stayed.

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had mixed experiences. On the plus side, the hotel's mountain-top location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views and a 15-20 minute drive to the theme park and ******. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. However, I had some significant concerns with the hotel's facilities, which felt outdated and in need of maintenance. There is a swimming pool with warm water, but no hot water shower at changing room after you swim. It's not possible to shower there before you back to your hotel room. Cleanliness could also be improved too. The biggest headache was the parking - while it's free for hotel guests, the process of validating and exiting the car park was convoluted and stressful, especially during peak hours. I.e. every time you exit the car park, you need to validate your touch n go card at hotel lobby (tower 2) while car park is at tower 7. You have to take lift to level 3 to walk across skybridge and take lift again to collect your car. Don't forget you only have 20 min to exit the car park after validation. And the parking lots themselves were also cramped and challenging to navigate. The hotel's layout, with multiple towers and levels, was confusing even for me, and I found myself getting lost daily. I e. Check in at tower 2, you may stay at tower 3, car park is at tower 7, and breakfast is at another tower. If you're comfortable with this, you might enjoy your stay, but I'd recommend exploring other options in Genting Highlands.

SStefy TanOverall, the stay was decent, but the check-in process was quite a hassle. Since I booked through Trip.com, I had to ask the staff to manually sync my hotel booking details with my passport before I could proceed with the self check-in kiosk. The whole process took almost an hour, which was pretty frustrating. The room itself was so-so, fair enough for the budget. The bathroom was quite small, and somehow the drinking water tasted a bit strange. But overall, the room was still comfortable enough for a short stay. The best part is definitely the location. It’s super strategic, especially if you’re planning to travel to other cities like Penang. Once you go down to the first floor, you’ll immediately find the bus terminal, which was really convenient. Check-out was much better since it could be done independently through the kiosk and took less than 2 minutes.
